Go ahead and state your name. William Thomas Zeigler Jr. How long have you been on death row? 46 years. And at this time I was housed inside of the death house And, uh, I heard what went on and so forth and, ah, all for his execution. I've never forgotten it. In my life, the way and when I was raised, the life I had, ah, I didn't pay too much attention to the prison system or to the court system and   As far as the death penalty, well, I didn't think about it that much. Now, I can tell you straight up it's wrong. And not just because I am here. It's wrong.  If you, if you look at the number of people in just  the State of Florida that have been exonerated   By, ah, the courts it tells you that it looks like mistakes are made. And, and, the death penalty is political. VERY political.
