on this call with a tech support scammer they're global minds llc they pretend to be you know microsoft support they scan people and then they do refund scams the call kind of goes upside down after a little while and i get into like a shouting match as vivian against this guy for like 20 minutes it's actually pretty hilarious um and he will not he won't say that he's from india it's unbelievable i think it's pretty this one's pretty funny i hope that you do enjoy it get through the whole way and you'll get some laughs out of it but he doesn't like to have his location revealed he doesn't like to be told that he's a scammer and then but he does slip up a couple of times he says call some other scammers he ends up calling vivian a scammer too so anyway i hope you like this hope you enjoy it and uh let's get into it this was a recognizer um hello i've got uh my says on my computer system um some kind of error i can read out in euro code yeah give it to me sir okay um it says uh system warning alert error zero x c zero zero four f c zero three so and may know sir what we're doing on the control system that time when this thing all appears um i attempt to go on to my mother's gmail on her computer on her computer again so this is not your computer it's my mother i'm visit my mother's health and i'm trying to get onto her i do her online banking i'm trying to get on to um her corner do you find the windows keyer key with the four flags yes yes press the windows key with the letter r r is in romeo at the same time on my screen it says um it says run type it there's her hsn henry h's and henry two h's altogether okay hold on then give a space then type www.microsoft.com likely clauses uh you are not connected to the internet so from where are you calling right now austin texas why what do you notice or what do you see now on the screen it says um jump to url in the second box to type their www dot support dot me okay and then um it says okay and cancel so click ok yes okay tell me what you see now um i see support connection may i see we take securities seriously report abuse i see enter your six digit code is included i'm gonna give you the numbers okay start downloading click on start download okay um it says uh file download security warning do you want to uh run or save zlatan okay what is global mind llc it's a company nature i thank you for your help as well um i i only try to go on to system uh for online banking and for gmail how will this continue um probably i mean this my mother computer probably multiple years i don't know it's been okay but multiple years ago it's like one year two years years four years probably multiple like three years do you have any warranty on the computer i do not have warranty i don't know this is my mother's you're having an infection right now okay these infections are making the computer problems at this moment yes it might be installed some kind of malware or kind of viruses on the computer which making the trouble right now would you mind telling me that do you have any warranty on the computer system or not no i don't have any warranty i don't think why well if it is not warranty there if you need to fix the problem there again there might be a costing involving that right a charge is there okay and what are the charges i just may for the clean the computer for you it will cost you around something 200 dollars there and if you want the warranty extender that will be extra charged for the warranty there okay well how old is this computer i don't know can you explain me what the virus is because my my son is not good at this stuff and if he's been hacking my computer well i would probably need to put something on there to fix it i think he's trying to help you out you said that he's trying to be helping you to get to your computer system well we do online banking on my computer and i'm not i can't see very well so i don't even see what the text is on the screen really well i i don't have my glasses down here but essentially the biggest issue is is it gets slow sometimes and he has to do my online banking for me what was your bank name ma'am it's the first baptist bank of sarasota florida yeah yeah you can see that he's trying to visit to that banking there thursday april 23rd it's not today okay we haven't do any activities later right related to your bank okay hold on let me ask him what he was doing laughs what what were you doing he's saying he was trying to get on the gmail that was the first website he was gonna go to gmail and then he was going to go to another no there is no there is no activity today to write with the name of gmail there wow what okay well what is what's on there then you may see that by yourself right i'm taking your browsing right now see that okay last the last browsing directory right to your banking that was interesting who just did that i did it thursday april 23rd did you draw that yes ma'am just to make you understand but how are you able to do that when how are you able to do that when i'm on the phone with you i am connected to your computer ma'am oh okay how did you do that well do you want me to yeah yeah how did you get onto my computer he called the microsoft and microsoft is connected to your computer right now to check the computer right but i've never seen that as how do you do that is there was an encryption code i gave i had to go in there and and he had to work on my computer he was on for like eight hours and then another gentleman they said that they overcharged my account so
