Why Sekiro Is THE BEST Fromsoftware Game

insane level design amazing gameplay paired with astonishing enemy representation and having a spiral difficulty is what we love about from software games spending a number of hours in any Dark Souls game is one of the best gaming experiences of all time defeating orstein and SM in Dark Souls 1 gives you a pleasure that not every game can offer it just makes you crave more and more of these kind of games and from software stepped up their game even more whoops that's the wrong one sakiro Shadows di twice is a action adventure game set after the sangoku period in Japan the main protagonist of the game is Wolf a Shinobi with a prosthetic arm fighting his way through different types of enemies to Serve and Protect Lord Kuro who he took an oath to the story is very fluid and you won't have any problems understanding the game because the narration is much more better than other from software games there's a big debate in the community whether if Securo is a soulslike game or not and I don't think they ever reached to an agreement because this game is so much different than the previous games that from Sofer made the movement is completely different in sakuro there is no such thing as stamina bar so you can run jump and Dodge all you want this change already makes the game way more faster from other Souls games the combat mechanic in this game is what makes it special your main source of defense is deflecting enemy attacks within a small time window this negates all damage from most attacks and builds up both yours and enemy's posture bar posture bar fills up every time you are deflecting and blocking an attack when your posture bar fills up you will get staggered and won't be able to defend for a brief period if you get hit while staggered it deals significantly more damage by contrast if enemies reach their posture threshold you can perform a death blow and kill them in a fight you usually try to fill up their posture bar by attacking and deflecting to make it easier to perform a death blow some enemies and bosses perform something called prous attack a red Ki sign will appear above sako's head indicating that the enemy is performing a pilous attack these attacks cannot be deflected and there are some certain skills in the game that will help you deal with them there are four different types of previous attacks in the game the first one is the classic grab attack which you can Dodge or side side step pretty easily the second one is sweep attacks which covers a wide area and your best option is to jump over them if you jump a second time over their head you will actually do some posture damage thrust attacks which is another kind of preious attack that you can use it to your advantage by performing a mury counter to deal a lot of posture damage to the enemy the last one is lightning attacks which will both stuns you and Deals a great amount of damage you can easily do a lightning reversal by jumping in the air catching the lightning and pressing the attack button before you reach the ground as you can see you can use these attacks to your advantage by being cool calm and Collective in Souls games when you kill a mob it will grant you some Souls that you will use to upgrade your character or use to upgrade your weapons and buy different items there's no such thing as soul in Securo when you kill an enemy you gain some send and some experience send is the currency of the game which you can purchase different items from the shop or upgrade your secur prosthetic by obtaining enough experience you will gain skill points and you can spend those on your different skill trees in Securo there is no such thing as upgrading your weapon to further levels instead when you defeat a boss you will get their memory and you can use it to increase your attack power there are also prayer beads which you can find in some parts of the map or obtain after defeating some mini bosses every four prayer breed can be used to upgrade your max HP and posture Shinobi Prosthetics add a different variety of tools to Your Arsenal which you can use in the fight since there is no other weapon in the game there's not much Variety in the combat except combat arts and Shinobi Prosthetics it forces you to actually get good in the game people in community call Securo hardest from software game to learn but easiest to master boss design is exceptional and has the best bosses between the souls born games every boss teaches you a lot about the combat mechanics in the game and forces you to be better it's a very enjoyful experience and I myself had my best gaming moments defeating these bosses now people argue that seiro is the best from software game and to be honest everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I think every Souls game is special in its own way whether it's Dark Souls 1 and its a special map design or elen ring and its most immersive experience but the replay value in seiro is so much higher because you want to get better not to mention you can replay bosses all you want which at this point should be in every Souls game I can't praise the combat system enough hopefully both from sofware and other Studios tried to implement this mechanic in their games look at what Li of P did even though they tapped into it slightly they showed you can mix both play styles to make something even better after all I think we can put sakuro in a perfect game category because not only it's the most polished game that from software has ever released the fast-paced combat system paired with its Amazing Story makes it one of the best
