Let's mix it up. 5 cups of flour (600 grams). 1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams). Let's get a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. 10 minutes later. Roll out the dough with a diameter of 35 cm. Open and prepare all 4 meringues in this way. 100 grams of melted butter. Lubricate everywhere. Put the second layer of dough on top. Equalize the edges. Let's continue in this way until all the dough is finished. Put the third layer of dough on top. Put the fourth layer of dough on top. Let's grease the top of the last dough. Cut one inch wide. And wrap it like a cylinder. Prepare them like this. Cover with a bag to keep it airtight. Let it rest in the freezer for 10 minutes like this. 10 minutes later. Roll out the dough with a diameter of 15 cm. 100 grams of feta cheese + 100 grams of cheddar cheese. Tie the ends tightly. And let's put it on the baking tray like this. Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 min. 1 egg yolk + 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven.
