[Music] my name is Andrew uh I'm working in deloe Switzerland now for over 3 years I'm a senior consultant in the US Tax Group based in Zurich my name is Anna I work in tax and legal in Global Employment Services at Deo for over three years hi my name is Xavier I am a senior manager in transfer pricing based in Geneva I've been with Deo for 4 years hi my name is Nina and I'm a senior consultant in tax and legal deoy Switzerland for almost 2 [Music] [Applause] years in my role I enjoy working with International clients and find out how they operate and how they communicate with their offices around the world projects we are working on are both challenging and interesting at the same time we all can interact with our clients on a daily basis we all can feel that we are contributing to something important thing I enjoy most about working in US task Consulting is the fastpac environment and also the opportunity to work with International Teams [Music] first and foremost the excitement so it's not a stereotypical tax job you're in a very client facing role with also a lot of technically demanding uh challenges and it's overall a very exciting job to work in even at a career start level I worked directly with the senior colleagues and lived my responsibilities independently although experience helps we truly never stop learning as we uh supporting our clients solving their most complex problems in an everchanging [Applause] environment I completed a master's degrees at in tax at the University of Geneva which was fully financially supported by Dee we have constant communication with our professional development leaders about our objectives and how to achieve them the firm also invests a lot into language learning and professional qualifications such as CPA Deo Whitland offers you a lot of opportunities for growth one of those in my case being the opportunity to pass all my CPA exams with the support of my team moreover I had the opportunity to join the deoe talent Council that's based within the global employer Services [Music] Group we have very friend friendly atmosphere in deoy I always receive support from my leaders and my team members and I'm very grateful them for it it's a very fun fast-paced work environment our team is very goal-driven goal oriented uh one nice thing I like about our team in particular is everybody has each other's backs so when it's busy we're able to pick up work from each other more and overall it's quite a fun environment to work in our work environment uh is very stimulating and Consulting is very diverse working with colleagues from different background definitely helps to create a collaborative and Innovative working [Music] [Applause] environment I would definitely recommend a career in TX for those who love challenge working in international environment and collaboration I definitely would recommend a career in tax it's a great opportunity to work with clients it offers a lot of opportunities for growth in terms of your technical capabilities and it's also a very fun job [Music]
