[Music] tell me something about yourself this is usually the first question that we ask candidates and sometimes it can be very frightening for candidates as you don't really know what to talk about it's very Broad and you don't know how to start just remember that there is no right or wrong answer you can start however you want however you prefer and you can say whatever you think is relevant for deoy and for that specific position keep in mind that we usually really like to hear stories about candidates so how you developed a specific interest for a career path how you decided to approach a specific job why are you interested in this job and in deloid this is a very crucial question so in this case we really want to know whether you truly have a passion for deoe and for the job or whether you're just randomly applying to different jobs different positions in different companies it's very important that you highlight your motivation so that you show us that there are some reasons why you like the job why you like Deo also don't forget this it's very very very important that you show that you've done your research before the interview what questions do you have for me this is the very last step of your interview and it's always going to come so you better be prepared it's your last chance to express your motivation and reasons for joining both deoy and the job and the specific team that you are are applying to so my suggestion in this case would be that of flipping the question around to us and maybe that would be a great chance for you to gather some information about theoy or about the job
