our bodies may be limited but it's our spirit that's unstoppable when I let go of what I am I become what I might be the Defiant human spirit remains steadfast when you choose courage in the face of fear you defy the things that hold you back from greatness I think that life is not about the amount of days that you live on this earth but it's about what you fit into those days that allows you to live remarkable life every one of us every single day is blessed with the air that we breathe the opportunities that we have I challenge you every single day to get out of bed and do something that your future self will be proud at some point we all bought into this lie that you've got a feel ready in order to change we are not designed to do things that are uncomfortable or scary or difficult and in order to change in order to do all those things that you life that you work with your dream you're gonna have to do things that are difficult uncertain or scary we want to change we want to live a better life the desire is there again it's about how do you go from knowledge to action you and I are designed to be purpose seeking mechanisms when we're not when we live in our comfort zone we live a life of survival no matter how chaotic your vision no matter how chaotic your life don't ask yourself who you are today ask only who do you want to become and then are you willing to pay the price to get there taking action today or you never will
