feeling a little bit sweet truth be told not really Last today's my last day as conductor I'm retiring after 32 wonderful years time for me in the Mirage Express to say goodbye to one another oh congratulations on retirement sir thank you my wife is very excited about it she's already got our plane tickets to spagonia locked our shower's been on the fritz so I'm excited to use the hotels his wife's excited we're enough of my quibbles today's you're working the Dining Car here's the menu for today menu added to your inventory cool I can open the inventory anytime to view items I've don't own an air fryer oh I'm sure little quizzes in order why are we doing a quiz yeah I mean I just want to know where I'm at love it when you say you said cool dude I could say chicken cordon blew smart train with all the latest gadgets this train can really handle anything you throw at it we've had a lot of adventures together in me and this train it's not easy to leave after 32 years I don't blame him for being wistful this train is exclusively used for events it's not a passenger train I remember that from the interview what's the event today a murder mystery party nothing better than some Thrills to end my tenure as conductor oh okay cool so I'm not actually dead in this story man what do you mean what do you mean that oh okay we cleared things up Knuckles is okay he's got this yes when we funneled here to the dining car it's a home base so to speak I'll be with you to gather tickets but after that you'll be on your own so I'll need you to do everything in your power to make sure our paying kiss I will taken care of understood I can't afford to lose a stop I have to pay for college uh yeah I can point I can't afford to lose this job you sure can't the severance pay is everyone well actually the detective and the journalist can't be the murderer so we're stuck here for an hour before going out and scooping the place I bet you're the murderer I'm not I don't know that's pretty suspicious Amy's not the murderer guys see there's always a neutral party makes sense to me seems as though Amy's more excited about deciphering the mystery anyways what do you think of amongst one another everyone has roles to play so they must be exposed do you know what their character motivations are Amy no the Lord cards are comfortable no one knows we've done my backstory is that I was best friends with this flaky that decided to join the decided to join the evil Dr Eggman kick-starting my desire for justice in the world that's lame Batman has a better backstory his parents at least died what is that your desire for justice is kind of weak it's a bird what I said afraid Alpha Alpha's cool I'm in I'm in the Lord is that I'm a nosy person turned journalist wow cheese oh Tails want me to cook any of this for you when we got we got here sure macaroni I normally never make microwave meals I prefer to cook my cast iron skillet has gotten a lot of use lately I can cook a mean cast iron Pizza how do you make a mean Pizza I just make the toppings look like an angry face that's clever thank you I've only had microwave lunches this week what's with the wet floor sign alert and once I slipped on some spilled juice at the grocery store no what floor side at all and then that's why I filed a complaint luckily Sonic was there to catch me yeah it's kind of embarrassing you really panicked there it's not my fault it was scary wow Sonic really is as fast as they say the fastest thing alive everybody was going so fast he also slipped on the juice it wasn't like this moment okay but I caught Tails we split we slid a gentleman's shopping cart are you serious well it's the thought that counts I suppose huh what's that behind Amy what uh what this a rod the tip is broken it looks to have originally been its own thing we can all do that people Hammer uh Amy that looks like your Hammer's handle no no explain them no thank you I'm not sure if it's related to our mystery but I like spinning it around so we'll keep it stick is added to our inventory I think we found Clues let's Target Amy and find out no I don't know that seems pretty solid well we're some damage on the Shelf is supposed to prove something it fell over damage makes sense you have no argument here you're grasping okay tails what now well now we follow this train of thought how did there's a crack on the Shelf relate to Amy oh she's a violent person so now I have to explain myself well you see I uh well when I get stumped I like to think what would Sonic do I would never think that but I have a good uh Problem Solver why don't you want to think like me dude over where in the microwave well trying to heat up your chili dog yeah I wanted my Fork all nice and warm hey it's me Sonic I just have to tell you please don't do something stupid like putting a fork in a microwave okay thank you back to the video dude so stupid that's so dumb I can't believe you do something as dangerous as that you it can start a fire Sonic yeah maybe this is really bad advice what would Sonic do not properly heat up his chili dog hey son force to be reckoned with he's always running forward he reads pushing bad news he never loses I can count several times he's lost to me like an endless Runner game I play a lot of those on my phone yo it's confirmed jeromez games on his phone can I play games on your phone uh sure whatever works just close your eyes and think what would Sonic do and find your argument that is bad advice all right let's prove we're not grasping let's follow responsible for hitting the show you just said nothing was around for the Shelf to fall into what was the Shelf hit with then I guess we must pick the hammer piece thing it looks like it is actually a part of Amy's Hammer uh what is that a stick you truly believe a stick could do this kind of damage no your Hammer can oh it's time to think all right let's go got the sonic yeah I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do my very best to get these Rings yeah don't make us lose our train of thought that was clever knuckles thank you yeah I'm really clever like that you're right that's can't do this kind of damage to the shelf on its own but if it's attached to something it could like let's say a hammer look at all is it this is actually lands to your pico Pico hammer gutter we found the murderer guys we did it watch you attempted to hit the Shelf out of the way but you failed the handle to your Hammer snapped right off [Music] said I tried to get us all out with my hammer but I failed oh so she wasn't actively trying to kill Sonic she was trying to get him out of the room no Rapunzel ripped right off I figured it was no big deal and try to hide it but I suppose my embarrassment got the better of me she does look genuinely sorry about the situation for Hammer to snap like that Amy it was one of my backups it's a little lighter to carry around I didn't think I made it well lucky for you I'm into dabble as a mechanic let me see both pieces of your Hammer just tighten things here a little elbow grease there there and [Music] then according to my calculations if you hit the shelf right right here it should do the trick all right what [Music] completely shattered incredible we did it all right Groove here whoa what happened here that Shadow you're supposed to guess oh um dude you can show Like A Little Bit of Sympathy I'm an innocent victim here wait why are you happy about this looks like I'm fine now once uh what a whirlwind I'm exhausted already Jerome that was really convincing Sonic body numb can't move what are you saying I don't understand I just need to rest Sonic is he actually hurt he's not moving are these wounds on him genuine my hands on his wrist but I don't sense a pulse am I doing this right what in the world is going on is this part of the murder mystery or is this serious Sonic oh no oh no I feel myself panicking calm down Jerome what do I do I need you to do everything in your power to make sure our paying guests are well taken care of understood these guests are incredibly renowned which means they must be remarkably Rich so I leave their care to you Jerome my favorite employee how is going through a day good point surely you won't let me down on this last ride [Laughter] the conductor yeah he's pretty weird hmm I need to catch up to Amy and Tails to get to the bottom of this even if this is part of the game I just can't risk it I'll keep everyone safe conductor you'll see that is the most anime thing I'm actually Dead next time
