that structure not made for as much weight as this thing has it has a big truck frame big truck motor big truck tires and axles and wheels sits very heavy and we'll just Crush like a pancake if it flips so we want something not that we're going to roll it but just in case where I wouldn't be a pancake that would be ideal oh it's working good Brandon doesn't have a hammer drill but they don't to put some of the PB on here and when it stops spinning around like right there we take our measurement the degrees it's at eight it goes certain and then you pass that calculate you you take off eight you're doing 90. plus 10 or something yeah well that'd be two degrees so if you're doing 90 then you would go 98 plus your 15 teams bring back bring back dang like butter it's some thick pipe and that thing just makes it look easy okay so this matches that so I need to go past it a little bit that's the map nailed it look what you did we win nice work why are you making that face don't make that face green these critical times it looks amazing Brandon is trying to make this this is a wire that he bent for the outline this is going around the differential in the back uh he's trying to make this out of thick one and a half inch pipe the problem is the first Bend's easy put it wherever in whatever plane because it's a round thing it doesn't matter but now every other Bend has to be in the right spot and in the right plane if this thing is rotated a little bit this way when we Bend it'll screw all up and this will be a piece of trash pipe this is the first pipe Brandon's ever been so I am actually I bet Brandon that he won't be able to do it correctly the first time I think this is going to be a scrap piece of pipe this is a learning experience Tony's relying on here so we know where the center is so we can keep everything in the same plane as good as possible I still think it's going to be a little wonky and we're gonna have to trash this but put your bed in the comment below does Brandon have this are we throwing this piece of pipe away we got a bunch of marks all over so we can try to get the next bin in the right spot in the right plane huh stressful we it is very loud the wreath is because we need to hook up these track bars these traction bars so this is where my rear axle is that's where my rear axle is and so this goes like this these are welded to these see this is going to be welded to that gonna be here and all of that goes down here front of the car back of the car it's gonna attach up here the single spot then they'll come and get wider down here hooking to that axle right there the problem is we don't have enough room on this axle since we kind of narrowed it a little bit to fit under a car body we don't have enough room to hook both there and there on this so one is going to hook to this axle here the other side of it is going to hook to a man that pipe we're putting around this thing it's going to hook basically to the cage around this differential it goes around this way it'll make more sense when you see it but that's the whole reason we're trying to bend pipes down here we're also going to bend those pipes for a cage later but today we're working on just trying to make this little thing he's packing over there two dudes grinding big fans going there's a compressor going places loud and I'm over here screaming hey one up top and then hook them together and one here and there's plenty to do everything we need to do that one actually works pretty good up front I love it let's just if you got too much pipe tacos coming your way bro yeah I've heard that before literally just turned on my camera start recording and the air compressor turns on so we tacked this thing up so you kind of get an idea of what the whole purpose of this thing is so that is our traction bar right there you can see that cut out for our axle they actually need to cut it out wider well they did cut that side out that side's not cut out wider yet because this axle is freaking huge you gonna throw it up there oh are you gonna be able to hold it up more on that end right here I'm super strong oh wait Tony's gonna do it what yeah you're not doing anything you don't get a taco all right you can hold it all up all right you ready are you going to that side oh okay I thought you're going to this side your thing's in the way though all right so that goes there we'll bolt to a bar that we don't have up here yet higher dude that looks good there yeah I thought there were two so why wouldn't you just put it on this side where there's more room because the transfer case is in the way oh that makes sense that nothing would fit here hey guys it's just gonna be one of those there's the bar yeah from there this bar is on up here way up top yeah on top so Matt you see that all that shackle stuff yup grab that and give it can't can't grab oh yeah oh God well yeah here let me help it sorry I should have built this truck taller so that we could you know get under it easier this will be sitting right here a little yeah see like that and so it'll kind of hinge yep cool it's supposed to just do that but not a lot you know this isn't supposed to move back and forth at all all this does is stop that bar from pulling up and back down but it has to have this because if you were to solid mount this there and in the back the axle isn't the spring wouldn't work yeah yeah I'd be pushing up into into the truck so this moves forward and back just slightly as it's going there's a lot of geometry at work here there is math a lot of math happening science math models right luckily someone else figured out not us yes cool and then that thing that went over the differential there is what will hook to the inside bracket there yeah this thing look to that so I think what we're going to do like Tony was saying the other day if we bring a bar from the top one that we're doing and wrap it around to the bottom then we can just take a cut and Contour you know all that cut out right there and then weld this to the pipe love it yeah I mean it's really good super good your camera's really dirty that's what I do trying to get the hang of it which uh I realize it's going to be the exact same issue I have when I actually am trying to do a burnout competition in Milo Rider but you have to not only drive the car forward backwards and turn you have to be able to flip switches and so this has switches for every corner of the car and then these switches raise the whole front and whole rear so you can go up and down and bounce it but like these you can adjust where like how high you want to Each corner of the car and then this is obviously going forward back sideways I didn't look at any of these other buttons what is that oh drop front so you got pancake buttons too so I didn't even see those anyway got to figure this out but also this should be really good practice because we are doing a burnout competition and it's going to be stressful lots of like thinking while I'm doing it because I'm trying to burn out and Hit Switches probably end up just wrecking but anyway these things are super cool and uh we actually haven't even charged batteries that was how much juice they had so I'm going to charge the batteries and see if they have some more power uh the green one was doing a burnout which is pretty cool so maybe I'll be able to practice not in a real car practicing these things so I don't you know mess up my real car let me show you what whistling Diesel's got going on over here pretty well so whistling diesel had a Hilux and he had two squatted trucks that he put through a freaking machine that just grinds him up into nothing and then he Jarred it up and are all these boxes his jars all of them yep all these boxes are full of these jars that each have a bunch of random Parts in the truck so like these were things that were inside the cab of the truck uh this one's mostly yeah this is all mostly inside stuff he just kind of sort them there's a there's a valve right there and then some of them much bigger Parts they would not fit in jars and all these things are getting boxed up and shipped out we put stickers on the jars um and it's classic with some diesel it's going crazy so this is what they look like and they're boxed up and they will be going out soon because they are selling like bananas and totally like messing up our normal Day stuff thanks a lot with Cindy so appreciate you just you know blocking up all this but it is pretty funny and a pretty cool idea I mean he had to cut the top of a bunch of these because the parts are still cookies and these just went through like a I mean like a garbage disposal for vehicles and now they're shipping out to you it's garbage you're welcome foreign [Music] bill in here which is cool until you look at it and realize it is half a 100 Bill he ripped 100 bill in half and put it in two different jars classic whistling diesel style they also sent different wheels so we're gonna put some some gold spoked wheels and some white wall tires on the car and Jen is over there putting some stickers on it okay we're getting that that custom look dude these are sick and the batteries are charging so we can get a full charge out of it and then I can go bop it around the neighborhood here it's gonna be sick when it 64 but it was like built as a low rider probably 20 years ago and so it has some wear and tear on it but it's like seeing this makes me want to get a super nice one and mine's a four-door two doors of the way and tour convertibles are really cool I'm just saying I can see myself getting a two-door convertible 64 low rider someday I just have a feeling that might happen anyway thank you guys for
