Which Jedi Are Still Alive During THE MANDALORIAN

hi friends welcome back to another episode of generation tech my name is alan the mandalorian second season trailer has just come out and we're given a quick glimpse of one of the major story arcs this time around narrating the trailer is the armorer or as i like to call her the hammer and tongs murderer she basically tells dingerin that he must return the baby yoda back to its own people who also are an ancient enemy of the mandalorians that she calls the sorcerers which funny enough is also the term i used for the jedi i also call them magical baby snatchers so most likely dingerin is going to be spending a good portion of this season looking for the jedi or what remains of them the question is who is he going to find which jedi are actually still alive five years after the return of the jedi and who is going to end up training the baby yoda to use the force that's what we're gonna take a look at today although it's not official ahsoka tano apparently will be making an appearance in the second season portrayed by rosario dawson asakutano was a major player during the clone wars and we saw her in action quite a lot as anakin skywalker's padawan but eventually she had a falling out of the jedi order after she was wrongly accused of bombing the jedi temple and basically ceased being a jedi from then on she does return for a short time to help the republic during the siege of mandalore and manages to find herself caught in the middle of order 66 but she manages to survive that as well along with her buddy rex asakitano is considered by many as a gray jedi or someone who has distanced themselves away from the jedi code and jedi high council some great jedi also balance the force within themselves and use both the dark side and light side of the force as far as we know ahsoka doesn't use the dark side of the force but she still fits the armorer's term sorcerer because she is still force sensitive during the galactic civil war serkitano aided the phoenix rebel cell on many occasions one of her missions was rescuing force sensitive infants and keeping them out of the grasp of the emperor's inquisitors and darth vader which kind of makes her the perfect candidate for taking on the baby yoda the last time we see a socatano is shortly after the liberation of love followed by phoenixel and 0bby a young jedi by the name of ezra bridger had gone missing after sacrificing himself in order to save his planet and his friends asarquitano believed that the young jedi was somewhere in the unknown region and leaves o'fall to search for him the mandalorian in the first season mainly stays in the outer rim which is adjacent to the unknown region it should be noted that the unknown region is an extremely treacherous place to navigate even for a force sensitive so it's probably not that easy for ahsoka to find ezra on the time scale the mandalorian takes 10 years after ahsoka tenno journeys to the unknown region because ahsoka tenno is more or less confirmed for the second season there's a really good chance that she is the one the mandalorian is going to be bringing the baby yoda to [Music] ezra bridger was just a street urchin from lothal city his parents had been killed for resisting the empire and he was basically left alone until he ran into a group of rebels from phoenix cell amongst them was order 66 survivor kanan jarrus who quickly took the young force sensitive under his wing kanan himself was a pretty green jedi and still considered a bad one because that's what he was when his master died but the presence of ezra bridger made him push himself further and the two began to learn from each other and rapidly increase their own understanding of the force although ezra bridger was quite childish and lost when the rebellion first found him a series of events including the death of kanan jarrus made him mature quickly during one journey to the world between worlds ezra bridger is given the choice to change the pass and he decides to save ahsoka tano during her duel with darth vader on malachor this is most likely why asakitano is journeying to the unknown region to find ezra bridger during the liberation of lothal ezra led a bunch of space whales against the forces of grand admiral thrawn after the space whales enveloped thrawn's ship they jumped to hyperspace taking everyone inside of it along with them including ezra hopefully ezra and the circuit tunnel have found each other by the time of the mandalorian series it also should be noted that thrawn's people the chiss actually live in the unknown region it's quite likely that if ezra and thrawn don't kill each other first they will eventually run into the chess faction and perhaps even stay there it'd be really cool to see the unknown region in a live action star wars tv show it'd also be really cool to see the chiss ascendancy faction in live action as well the next two individuals we're going to be talking about we're also involved in the protection of jedi younglings like baby yoda we of course are talking about calicus and siri gender both survivors of order 66. cal was just the young had one like kanan jars during the fall of the republic his ambassador had died protecting him from the clone troopers and helped him to escape coward hide in plain sight on the scrapper world of baccarat until he was discovered by an inquisitor right before he was captured siri junda came to his rescue siri was a jedi knight and a seeker prior to the fall of the republic seekers were basically recruiters who sought out force sensitives and brought him to the jedi order now during order 66 siri junda and her apprentice trilla sudari managed to save a group of jedi younglings but eventually the empire captured them all trilla was turned into an inquisitor and siri agenda overcome with rage managed to use the dark side to escape her captors she was actually horrified by what she had become and so she cut herself off from the force since then she's devoted her life to finding a jedi holocron which contained the locations of several force-sensitive children in the galaxy calcus joins her on her mission and the two travel across the galaxy trying to locate clues on where the holocron has gone along the way they run into the last death mary knight sister miran survivor of general grievous massacre during the clone wars she was also a force sensitive and could fall into the category of a sorcerer siri jondo's team manages to find the holocron at the end of their journey but instead of pursuing all the children and restarting the jedi order they decide to destroy the list and let fate determine what will happen to all the force sensitive children it's unknown where siri cal and mirin go after the events of jedi fallen order but we do know that it takes place in 14 bby which is almost 25 years before the events of the mandalorian so what was luke skywalker up to after the battle of ender well first he trained his sister leia organa to become a jedi but she would give up her saber and devote her life to serving the galaxy as a senator after the empire officially fell luke would go on several adventures with laura santeka and the two would search for jedi artifacts and texts luke's goal was to learn as much as possible about the jedi of old and restart the order he would travel to many different worlds from lothal to akhtu looking for the first jedi temple he would do this for about 10 years and most likely was still adventuring when dingerin found baby yoda and rescued him it'd be a complete trip for the mandalorian to run into this legendary jedi we know that mark hamill is always down to do more star wars but he's probably a little too old at this point to play a young luke skywalker it wasn't until 15 aby or five years after the mandalorian series that luke would finally settle down and start training his nephew ben solo and establish the new jedi temple so the timing is a bit off for baby yoda to join luke's new jedi order during the trilogy era we know about three members of yoda's species yoda baby yoda and then yaddle yattle was a female member of yoda's species born in 509 bb1 she was a highly regarded jedi and sat on the jedi council during episode 1. she was an incredibly powerful force user just like yoda but she dedicated most of her life to more scholarly pursuits enlightened channel actually dies sacrificing her life to save an entire world from a bioweapon but in canon she sort of just disappears after shakti takes her seat on the jedi council it said that it was her decision to step back after the battle naboo because she sensed that the jedi order was going in the wrong direction kind of like how qui-gon jin sensed the same thing now remember calcastas and siri gundy well they had a pilot a to them on their mission known as griezdritis grew up on the planet of lateron and the locals there had a legend about a small green pointy eared force user who was in yoda they were talking about yattle no one really knows what happened to yemen but we do know that she's much younger than yoda probably by 400 to 500 years on top of that yaddle had a very interesting force ability known as morico this was the ability to slow down an individual's body functions to the point of death it could also be used for hibernation and extending one's life i believe yaddle is still alive and most likely has not been found by the empire it's possible that this is who the mandalorian must bring the baby yoda to a member of its own species so basically those are the only jedi left while the mandalorian series is going on in the galaxy well at least in the canon version let me know in the comment section below if i have missed
