damage per shot but the r9 shoots faster yeah this is strange but i think the vault still is a faster time to kill just it all comes down to this final round and if i can get some kills and everyone match so in conclusion guys the r99 got 14 kills and the vault got 15. this is all without the pity kills of course but we all know that kills don't matter so in the end they're both op and apex
