Hey guys,
Welcome back to my channel. You know, a while ago I made a video
about the world before the flood. And also after the flood.
Very interesting series of life-changing truths every man must know
on DLM Men's Lifestyle, my other channel. And some people ask, well, where
does Cain's wife come from? And so that's what I'm going
to answer in this video. [Genesis 4:16] That's all it says here - it
doesn't say where she comes from. Then it says: [Genesis 4:17] So again, here the Bible doesn't
say where she comes from. But, many people miss the following verse. [Genesis 5:3-4] And now listen carefully to this part. And he had other sons and daughters. He lived a very long time so he didn't
just have Cain and Abel and Seth. A lot of people think that's
the only three kids they had. No. He had many other sons and daughters.
And just think a little bit about how many he could have had because
he lived to be 930 years old. That means Adam still had
56 years to talk to Lamech. Lamech was the ninth descendant from Adam.
From Seth's family line. Adam was 874 years old when Lamech was born.
Now let that just sink in a little bit. Because at that time, the family tree
would be huge with a lot of people. So a lot of people forget about time because it
doesn't say when exactly Cain married his wife, and Lamech, interestingly enough,
is of course Noah's father. The Jewish historian Josephus
wrote in the works of Josephus: Now Josephus was an historian writer.
And most of his work is accurate. But of course it is not the Bible, so we can't
say 100 percent that this is inspired by God and is 100 percent truth.
It could have been this many children, we're not sure.
But it makes sense all Cain had to do was just wait until one of the family lines
- so many - there were probably... if you had 50 kids or more that one of them brought forth just
a woman of age that Cain liked... it might have actually been also even one of Cain's siblings.
Remember in that day and age, their DNA was still near perfect and family members married
each other and they had many many children. The law against incest came only
much later in the time of Moses. Now some people say, even Christians, they believe
that there were people on the Earth before Adam. Me, personally, I doubt that
because Acts 17:26 says: [Acts 17:26] God made from one man every nation of mankind.
This is very important for me and also understanding that sin entered
through one man and spread to all. That's what Scripture says, right?
And also says for we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
But it is because of Adam, through Adam, that sin came into the world.
And we're all actually one big family even though we all look different after thousands of years.
We all come from Adam so people need to stop hating each other so much and start loving
each other more, because we're one race. The human race.
And remember Ephesians 6:12 says: [Ephesians 6:12] Now, if you want to understand why the world -
humankind - became so evil right before the flood, who the mighty men of old were, the men of
renown, the Nephilim, then watch this video here. It's going to be very, very interesting.
It's from my other channel called DLM Men's Lifestyle.
Watch that whole playlist to understand it and then remember to subscribe.
And never forget, that God loves you. And I love you, too.
Bye.
