rivalry after affi's mighty r34 gtr broke super love his hearts in a previous battle well this time we've got another supra stepping up but it's got something very special under the bonnet oh and we guy [Music] so what's going on gas gang today we are back with another legendary freeway showdown hearts were broken last time this r34 gtr pulled up and well he's back again and things are about to go down do not move a muscle trust me this is gonna be epic let's get it and in partnership with race logic and as usual we're gonna be running four different tests first up is the zero to sixty next up is a quarter mile run after that it's a drag race to the quarter mile and finally we line all cars up for the quarter mile roll race let's get over and meet all of the cars and their owners so first up today welcoming back affy from exclusive autos and his savage 800 brake horsepower nissan r34 gtr modifications include a fully built 2.8 hks stroker engine a g-ready t-78 single turbo conversion v-cam to reduce lag and hks management the r34 is running on ripple eight semi-slick tyres and weighs in at around 1560 kg giving it a power to weight ratio of around 512 brake horsepower per ton the nissan drives all four wheels via its six-speed manual transmission and stepping up against him and representing for the 2jz fanboys introducing aussie and his 700 brake horsepower mark iv supra aero top but this one special modifications include a fully built 2jz gte engine a with bits pt 6266 gen 2 single turbo conversion with bits top feed fuel injector conversion and 850 cc injectors uprated fuel pumps with bit 264 cams and the os guy can 1.5 weight lsd and cybex ecu and here's where it gets special the supra is also running a with bit 7 speed dual clutch gearbox conversion from a bmw e92 m3 with upgraded dodson super stock clutches giving it lightning fast changes compared to the traditional auto or 6 speed variant the supra is running on michelin ps4s tyres and weighs in at around 1680 kg giving it a power to weight ratio of 416 brake horsepower per ton but is it enough to beat the other two and last but not least introducing akib also representing exclusive autos and an ultra rare nissan r35 gtr nismo running 600 brake horsepower modifications include none it's in bone stock form and at 600 brake horsepower it's making the least power of all three cars i'm hoping it's modern drive training technology will make up for its shortfall it's also on street tires and weighs in at 725 kg giving it a power to weight ratio of 347 brake horsepower per ton it drives all four wheels via its dual clutch transmission happy welcome back to the channel brother um i want your predictions half mile quarter mile roll race zero to 60. pleasure glad to be back again and you know what the minute i heard supra i thought gotta go and entertain all them fans again um you know what it's going to be sick mate it's going to be sick looking forward to racing the super again and obviously the nismo is going to be a bit of a hard one especially but hopefully we can shave off a bit of time on those quarter mile in that north 60 if i can get half a second quicker it will be there mate it'd be there but um looking forward to it mate and uh let's smash it all right brother so how do you reckon it's going to go today zero to 60 quarter mile drag race roll race well first of all i'm just grateful for being here don't want to make excuses on the first run but i've just aborted an aaa rescue half an hour ago my car hopefully will be running around as long as the lumbar sensor don't come back on but aside from that um i'm just really glassed to be a quarter mile let's start with note 60. i got 3.9 on my second run on the initial um drive by with jamie i've thinking obviously the tyre pressure has been decreased now rubber in the track get heated the tires i'm probably trying to get 3.7 i think it's doable um and the quarter mile i think late tens is doable providing we've got no hiccups with the lambar sensors or anything like that and the rolling 50th and that's where it really will excel and we should see it uh doing some crazy times all right bro so what is your predictions for today roll rate zero to 60 drag race quarter mile well i think i think north to 60 i think i think i'm going to have them obviously newer generation car forward drive it's going to do the business hopefully um caught them all again i don't know i might get lucky um but you know the big power supra you know he's he's going to catch me up um the 34 years old i don't know if reckons he's he's gonna have me but let's see what happens let's put your test let's see what happens so first up is zero to sixties right let's get a quick sound check [Music] [Music] [Music] and the v box pbt starts recording as soon as they start moving so whenever they're ready they're just going to go for it right gtr gang let's go let's go gtr again and what we've all just witnessed there is a sub free second time from the 20 year old manual gtr at a crazy 2.97 seconds to 60. absolute madness 2.971 come on we're warming up we are warming up warming up warming up for below three seconds [Music] that's better sideways more fun and the rear wheel drive dual clutch super runs an impressive time of 3.88 seconds and the modern r35 gtr shows its older brother how it's done with a rapid time to 60 of 2.78 seconds so taking a look at the og battle zero to 60 leaderboards you can see the nismo gtr just about makes it onto the all-wheel drive leaderboard in joint 12th position with a time of 2.78 seconds the r34 moves from second to first position on the all-wheel drive manual leaderboard with an og battles record-breaking time of 2.97 seconds the supra goes into sixth position on the rear wheel drive leaderboard with a 0 to 60 time of 3.88 seconds and round one goes to the nismo r35 gtr so next up is the quarter mile tests let's see how to get on [Music] once again sorry guys and once again affy absolutely sends the hell out of the 34 managing an epic time of 11.13 seconds and that's a rapid time of 11.72 seconds from the dual clutch supra [Music] and once again the nismo shows them how it's done by managing an insane time of 10.84 seconds happy boy you got some serious work to do with this one so taking a look over at the quarter mile leaderboards you can see that affy stays in first position on the all-wheel drive manual leaderboard beating his previous time by over 1 10th of a second with a new personal best of 11.13 seconds at a speed of 127 miles per hour the supra drops into fifth position on the rear wheel drive quarter mile leaderboard with a time of 11.72 seconds at a speed of 128 miles per hour the nismo r34 is fast but just not fast enough to make it onto the all-wheel drive quarter-mile leaderboard with his time of 10.84 seconds at a trap speed of 128 miles per hour and although it wasn't fast enough to make it onto the all-wheel drive leaderboard akib and r35 nismo gtr still managed to take round two also you might have told these boys to go home now do you know what do you know what yeah you know what i think that's good enough but you know what this car's got more in it next up is the freeway drag race place your bets okay supra nismo supra nismo supra ready ready ready ready [Music] [Music] mmm so come on come on come on what happened there stayed behind and yeah that was a mess i don't know what happened the r35 didn't go into launch control affy was sleeping at the start marker but somehow still managed to reel in a super and beaten by about a car length for the finish line let's line them all up and do it again i went a bit split second too late and yeah come on come on [Music] come on gtr uk band and what a race and after an epic launch the manual r34 manages to beat the r35 gtr to the finish line by about half a car length affy never fails to entertain and unfortunately the supra gets served an ice-cold train-left gaparoni by both gtrs don't mess with godzilla even the younger ones need to get caught a lesson in it the r35 nismos and that and round three goes to affy and the r34 gtr you're a legend you want here oh my god i think so i'm sure i did i'm sure it did mate what the happened there well i killed i killed him anyway so next up is the roll race and this is where the supra could pull one back let's get it so the aim for this race is for the supra to be the pace car roll at about 50 miles an hour pick your best gear and as soon as they hit the start marker it's go time let's go [Music] [Applause] come on with so guys anyone who's racing in the racing scene always start with the manual lose your career and once again that start was just all over the place no one could keep pace it also seemed like the supra's gearbox was playing games but incredibly the r34 still manages to beat the 35 to the finish line by about half a car length let's line them all up and try again [Music] [Music] so that's what i'm talking about two days in when it goes it goes and aussie shows everyone just how fast that dual clutch super is on a roll when he gets it right he's pulled one back for the 2jz community round four goes to the supra legends all of you we've done this before we brought the r34 together and the supra this time we we added a 35 in the mix uh the 35 and 34 massive shout out to exclusive autos because you brought both down which was amazing um and today the supra pulled one back man tell me what happened guys she'll go first well first of all i'm just glad to be here i was uh literally as i said before in the previous interview uh cancelled my a rescue i thought i'm sending this car to whitfix to get fixed but the center ender thing just basically wasn't a question today so i'm just glad to be a beautiful weather and then these two weapons turn up godzilla's and i thought right let's have it i didn't know but i think i know what carl means when he goes i didn't know he would send it that hard and he's just gone a bit further dipping into i don't know if i could say on camera you could say it in the car okay yeah i don't want to spoil it for the viewers but the 2.9 i can't even see that on youtube so massive shout out to this guy he's sending it it's four wheel drive manuals you have to respect that so he sent it to the moon um i knew i would have him on the rolling i'm quite confident the way the car pulls but what i didn't think was uh i thought my quarter mile i was a bit disappointed with that i thought i'd be at least late tens but you know uh is what it is i think on prep surface and still running street tires i think our triple h and a few minor tweaks will probably get that number correct but uh yeah i'm happy yeah legend and happy the man in the moment no hero bro talk to us come on i'm glad you know what firstly if my boy is watching a.d i'll beat your car the nismo i had to do that for him anyway so i'm glad we dipped it below free because i thought that's going to be hard work but you know what it quite easy done it and you've done it second time again so you know what it's wrong she yeah so she's staying yeah yeah um thank you to the super for turning up because for a minute i thought it was me against the nismo that would have been a bit boring with axe because he loves his autos but um you know what the other lesson is to all you viewers like um anyone wants to race and stuff you know start with manuals yeah there you go do you know what the thing is this brother fair enough rear wheel drive and whatnot with the i was quite confident in the gtr in in in 35 because obviously it's our own new style engine and everything all the all the tech that goes into it but you know we're not we're not on the north sixties and the quarter mile myself it was smashing is exactly what i expected but then when i went up against these guys [Music] the thing is we've done we've done a few different races and it was never the same result every time it was always a little bit there or a little bit here it was always varying and even with me i mean without making any excuses is you know a couple of times i left it in manual i had to change myself a little over here all that kind of stuff but at the same time i don't think with me it was going to make much of a difference yeah you know at the end of it but i've got to say i've got to say a few things right closing big up to the supra yeah big up to the super broad because you know what i like them too and you know what it's done really well too rip being a real driving everything nismo i actually thought i was going to be behind it but i gapped it a couple of cars but so to close it off who's
