hey guys come here look like Tesla so today I am gonna show you some hidden features and easter eggs on our model 3 and these are all part of the v9 software and a lot of them are also on the X and the [Music] all right we are gonna start out with something pretty funny that shows that the guys at Tesla have a good sense of humor if you go over to the media tab you can see that the call button is one of those old 1800 cell phones and if you press and hold for a second on it it actually changes it to ahoy hoy no no no my number is once you must want to which was Alexander Graham Bell's preferred way of greeting someone oh boy all right so another little hidden gem that we've discovered is when you tap on your Tesla teeth you go over to the model specifically more on the E and I'll slide this up again for you and press and hold for about five seconds and just see what happens to your Model 3 here and just like magic we have this beautiful rendering sketch of our model 3 and now for a little change of location let's see what happens when we do the exact same thing in our Model X so now in our Model X let's tap on our T and see what happens when we hold the model down here and look at it all the people that have worked on her her thank you so one of my favorite features with the model 3 has to do with the original three horizontal stripes that Tesla had for their original logo of the model 3 but you probably remember that about three years ago do this threaten to sue them so they just went ahead with the regular old three for their logo however we have discovered a few of those horizontal stripes still hidden in the model 3 so when you open up the front trunk they're right here on the grocery latches so sides have them this one goes out to our friend Ryan McCaffrey over at they'll ride the lightning podcast he discovered that the child tethers for the car seats actually have them on them as well so the trunk and hidden down here because there must be three hidden ones you can see there they are again so when you're actually inspecting these little more carefully you can see that on the edges it kind of slopes up just like the original three logo so this is not just three lines that are part of the design this is actually the original three logo in all these places so if you guys have seen more of this in your three or you found anything else let us know in the comments below so did you know that you can actually put your finger in navigate and either swipe down or to the right and it will either take you to your home or to your work depending on where your current location is so it's a really quick easy way to get there really fast so this next Easter Egg also works on the s and the X but since the three doesn't have the ring around the charger just check out what happens so we get a little rainbow charging now with the s and the X you probably know that you get the rainbow ring around the charger so here is another one for you guys my son is absolutely obsessed with the new Tesla tari games so this is a shortcut to get to the games faster you can actually triple tap on the Tesla T and there you are now what's the shortcut to get them to load faster so this next one will probably be one of your favorites so you're driving along you put the car in the autopilot and you're speeding a little bit and oh no you see a cop and you need to go the speed limit you just tap on the speed limit instantly you're there you're safe you're good no ticket so have you guys ever noticed this honeycomb design on the model free well it's not there just for looks it was actually inspired by NASA and used for energy absorption in the lunar landings so it helps as part of that crumple zone in the Model 3 along with the franck here helps absorb some of that if you are ever in a crash and another quick shortcut for you guys that you might not be aware of you can actually tap on the battery icon and it instantly brings up your state of charge okay so another thing to make your driving experience more enjoyable with the Model 3 when you go to turn it goes back to the starting position and sometimes you go to turn it off and you end up turning on the turning signal go in the other direction and whatnot so to turn it off you can actually half look down the same direction and it turns it off a lot faster a lot easier definitely makes it more enjoyable alright so here is a bonus one for you guys when you are about to start a software update there's usually a two-minute countdown well you can actually triple tap on the screen and then we'll in simply start the software update so that's it with what we have for you guys if you know any other tips or hidden features about the model 3 or any of the cars for that matter please comment below and thank you guys for watching that was anything really fun so this also should and this is what happened this little cutie wants us to open up a toy for him found one of his toys that have been hidden away and now you think to it look at it and though look at our trash and look at this guy trash and he's back like some help too so here is a shortcut to get to the J and he's back again Oh what now can you build that so just if you ever gonna freak out video games this is why we haven't made a video for two weeks wanna shake that wanna break away I'm tired of waiting [Music]
