What It's Like to Visit White Stallion Ranch

[Music] howdy y'all and welcome to white stallion ranch here in Tucson Arizona it is a member of the dude ranchers association and it is a family-oriented dude ranch so let's go check it out so here we are at white stallion ranches breakfast location we actually rode here on our horses and they've got the breakfast my face set up for us complete with eggs potatoes and then the legendary blueberry pancakes so come check it out and grab a blue plate you go through the line they load you up with all kinds of food and then let me show you the blueberry pancakes over here at the end [Music] [Music] it's taking saddling up to the bar a little literal but it's kind of me can ask a bartender for a drink but you are your own bartender here at white stallion ranch they actually have a bar that's an honor system and what you end up doing it is now you choose what you want I've got wine and beer I've even got margaritas free men and spirits you can order bottles above or bottles of liquor and then on this cheat sheet it's um it just shows what you ordered for the day and you put this in a little drop spot and that's it it's easy to have beverages here at lifestyle ranch [Music] so our evenings entertainment was getting to see all kinds of animals we've had a great presentation from Garcia and Hector and this is a chinchilla this is one that I'll actually hold tonight we also saw snakes scorpions lots of interesting there was actually a Burmese python that my son was willing to hold but this guy is probably more my speed so he's super soft and sweet but anyway that was a great evening to learn about all kinds of different animals and wildlife pairs and we're going on a hayride to our cookout spot here at white stallion ranch might be a little bit bumpy and dusty but it's going to be lots of fun [Music] so we're here at the cookout it's a lunch place where we're getting all the grilled chicken water and lemonade and then we've got a total over here with some fixing [Music] so I highly recommend the wine and cheese ride it's a slow ride so it doesn't require any loafing and you get to a nice shaded location to enjoy a glass of wine wait they have whites in Reds you can even have a couple glasses if you choose I had one of each and got to enjoy a lovely cheese board with some fruits and most of it is also just wonderful just socializing with fellow guests who become friends and you may even end up planning your vacations here at white stallion Ridge in the future together that's the cool thing that I've learned about this location is how how much camaraderie gets formed in the short amount of time it's a very bonding experience and you may make lifelong friends [Music] here on Cheetos rise we're at our resting spot my Cheetos hey I'm here at white stallion ranch and in the main lobby I'm here with Brooke she is the coordinator for all the activities she gets us all the list daily for the rides and all the other fun things to actually just going over some informations about signing up for rock climbing so Brookes been helping me with that how long have you been with the ranch um two years of maze Oh awesome and what's what's your favorite thing about your job you know I think honestly interacting with all the guests and learning where everyone's from and what you know what brought you here and how you're enjoying she's managed to help us kind of find some cool activities the rock climbing sounds really interesting because the property is one of the only places in the United States that you can actually do rock climbing on on the actual ranch itself so rock climbing here on white stallion ranch is unique it's the only property in the US private property that offers rock climbing right on-site and the advantage to that is you don't spend all day traveling to a rock climbing site to try it that would eat up your entire day we started out about 8:30 this morning and we're headed back now it's a little after 11:00 so we should be back in time for lunch so really great experience [Music] [Music] one of the fun things to do here at white stallion ranch because it's a 3,000 acre property is to walk the grounds you'll see lots of different wildlife here lots of birds chirping one of the neat things about my stallion ranches but the horses will come up to this fence as you can see they think I have treats with me which I came unprepared make sure every gifts because otherwise these guys are gonna nibble at you and and expect something so hey tonight's steak night here on the ranch and so they're already busily preparing mistakes they're being cooked to order they asked us today what we actually how we wanted our steaks prepared this is Alice and Stephen and they're hard at work making our steaks to perfection we have a lot to look forward to tonight [Music]
