What is a gachavtuber ?

Hello ! Nao’s here ! As you may know im a vtuber more precisely a gachavtuber and most of my youtube content is made with my gachavtuber And so recently ive post some videos and received a lot of comments asking me what is this , how do you do that, Is that a gacha mod ? So this is a gachavtuber and so i will explain to you how to make your own gachavtuber Just before i want to give a little warn i will say vtuber, gvtuber and gachavtuber a lot just think that it is the same words with the same meaning i just use it for not repeat too much myself during the video With that said,lets gets started! what is a gacha vtuber ? A gachavtuber is a Virtual Youtuber who is an online entertainer like a streamer or a youtuber Just like a VTuber, but the style either resembles or is based on the artstyle of the gacha games The avatars are created with Live2D Cubism for the rigging and Clip Studio Paint, or any other drawing program for the artwork Vtubing can be a alternative to showing your face to the internet most commonly use VTube Studio to make their model move with facial recognition to get that real time interaction that VTubing is known for As an example of a gachavtuber we got Ambrxxy Beowulf Moonbeat Yui Blu Koyuki and so much more as being a gacha vtuber becomes widely known ! What Is the gachavtubing community ? Suprisingly the gachavtuber community is still unknow and very small If you want to start your journey as a gachavtuber you should join the Gachavtuber server I will put ALL the links in the description I REALLY suggest and hope to see you there not only to be in the community but to help you on your journey as a gacha vtuber !! Let's start with the setup If you want to stream you will need a good connection to your interent after you will need a good microphone people want that interaction and how else are you gonna talk to your viewers? For the camera, you are a gachavtuber so you dont need a good camera but the better the camera is, the better the facial tracking will be Now let's talk about commissions If you didn’t know a 2D VTuber model is desinged, sketched, drawn and cut for rigging This is all down in an animation program called Live2D Cubism The parts are rotated deformed and warped and so it can move! You actually have two options you can go through with this If you can draw all your models layers and rig it in Live2D You can actually become a gachavtuber for completely free It’ll take a lot of work but once you have your finished model it’ll be soooo worth it! but if you don't know like me, you will need to commission someone like i did with sadaze, my model artist and lylltie, my model’s rigger Prices can be very very expensive do expect that the higher the quality the more you’ll have to pay When looking for an artist to make a gachavtuber model you can look around on instagram and the gachavtuber discord But for a rigger you actually have a lot more options! You can look on twitter the Live2D discord vgen vtuber.gg (discord server) and the gachavtuber discord too! So what is next ? I could talk about ALL the assets you need to be a full vtuber and streamer but this is honestly only the tip of this never ending iceberg Overlays Logo schedules Promo art video editing and A LOT more This can all sound overwhelming but please know that the gachavtubing community and the VTuber community will welcome you open arms !
