[Music] good morning you guys um today's video is gonna be really really fun i am showing you guys everything i eat in a week attempting to be healthy before we get started make sure you guys give freaking awesome videos coming out on there so go and check that out you guys all know i am a freshman here in college at southern virginia university i love it here as you can tell so some of you guys have probably heard of the freshman 15. so this is something i am really trying to avoid by either working out eating healthy just honestly anything i can do to avoid this freshman 15. so since it is the new year it's a new time to you know start fresh i mean it is march i you know i need to get rid of some of my old workout clothes i just really want some new workout clothes but being the college freshman i am i want to keep it cheap because a lot of workout clothes can be very expensive so i found this amazing company amazing app called mercari and on mercari you can easily sell things you can easily buy things and another bonus is a lot of the times it's a lot cheaper because this is other people's stuff that they are trying to sell you could sell some of your stuff and then with that money that you use to sell your old stuff you can buy some new stuff we are going to be doing a little shopping right now which i am very excited for so we're going to be opening up the mercari app so we're going to search for some workout clothes and it just comes right up so they've got a bunch of different stuff oh look at this oh my gosh look at that oh you can also make an offer too so you can make an offer for something that's cheaper so i am excited to keep using this app especially for me being a college student because it makes it so much more easy to find maybe some equipment or stuff that would be normally very expensive maybe even some used books because i know that that's really hard for students so i feel like mercari is really great for that i'm gonna keep on using makari and i think you guys need to use makari i really love it i find it super easy i can't stress enough how awesome this app is so you guys need to go into the description and go and check out mercari you need to download mercari app i mean you're making money here guys and you can be shopping and spending money at the same time what's better than [Music] that we have a salad i haven't had a salad in i think like a month honestly i got kind of tired of it so i stopped eating it and now i'm back we've got tucker over here what are you eating in this week so i just got a quick little snack me just kidding chips in queso it's mucho bueno what are you eating in this week miss sophie today i am eating a chicken quesadilla and i think i'm gonna go get some fruit from the fresh market because i love fruit will you grab me a cantaloupe and watermelon course thanks love you're welcome what are you eating today i am eating my turkey pesto sandwich [Laughter] you smell that everywhere was that your water it's basically all just rice and guac at this point i'm so excited so i finished i'm so excited i'm done i like my fruit you know a what she actually does she disgusts spicy food fruit poop hi why am i in my car i don't know but it is currently dinner time i hope that the calf has like something better in the other section if not i'll probably get quesadillas [Music] [Music] and i'll get a cha spring roll a chinese spring roll that is it we have two hours and 15 minutes to spare to spend so let's see how slow we can eat our food [Music] hi can i get a highland breeze with extra coconut cream yeah huh yeah that's it got the goods i'm just gonna head back to my room to chill yay [Music] um we just gotta practice early um we gotta practice six minutes earlier um i went to bed late again last night but honestly i'm not that tired i don't feel tired right now i got two and a half hours of sleep but i'm kind of driving you know what i mean yeah today's gonna be a great day bye do you guys have any french toast okay can i get some tater tots can i get some sausage and then can i get a bunch of strawberries blackberries and [Music] raspberries [Music] i've been getting my friends so slightly and the one time i don't get my french toast neither their sausage is really good and yeah i'm normally so nervous to get like sausage or meat or eggs anywhere other than like home but this one's actually so good so if you ever come to svu that's awesome breakfast number two yeah yeah yeah i'm gonna get a bunch of fruit we're matching we did that on purpose welcome oh you are basically home humble about probably bad good can i get some sausage i got i'm getting basically the same thing i got this morning i love it i think can i get some strawberries and blackberries can i get a lot of black strawberry strawberries a lot of strawberries i got my package she can't see sriracha guys search and club sriracha search sir [Music] sriracha on purpose oh what are you eating this kid snuggles 24 7. yeah bacon artificial eggs and biscuits and gravy what are you eating they're breaking baking soda do you guys want to show your eating yeah i made a french toast sandwich a french toast that smells good bacon [Music] hi can i get some rice with kahlua pork [Music] hey guys basically i'm getting food now it's my turn lately i said i should vlog what i'm getting so here i am um but yeah i'm getting a chicken quesadilla and then i got panipo as well so thank you so much there you go thank you yes please thank you okay i just finished my food i got some kahlua pork pig oh i love that video i got the cake let's make a comment do you call it pork please say pig don't listen to him or do you say glue a pillow or a pig [Music] can i get french toast yes did you like that did please like that um can i actually just kidding can i get some sausages so that's that's basically it [Music] wow zoom zoom there we go zoom out oh it just turned off i turned it off oh there we go we're currently getting smoothies um this is crooked here we go um there it is now i can see yeah awkward so because sophie wanted a schmoozy and then i wanted one too hey hey but okay whatever we are very late we have our smoothies though are you okay well that didn't work [Music] we've got miss sophie here to feed me today they have italian well i would love some is that tortellini tortellini with red sauce do you have red sauce i love red sauce [Applause] oh that's good thanks love yes please i'm so excited to eat i haven't eaten since breakfast i had some cereal like just some dry cereal but that wasn't very lg and it was also not filling whatsoever [Music] anywho [Music] so it's breakfast time we're really hungry we have gushers um every morning mean sophie yeah breakfast we go to our usual spot that's parker we are getting breakfast can i get tater tots um some sausage can i please get strawberries blueberry strawberries blackberries and raspberries you guys we have our breakfast i got two things nutella because i love yeah let's get a haul so i got a biscuit some sausage and two things nutella because i'm obsessed with myself she is she eats my nutella too watch i'll show you and i got what you guys heard tater tots whatever and on tuesdays and thursdays we have it like it's a it's a schedule now but on tuesdays and thursdays i normally come back two hours later and i get more food with my friends so we have two breakfasts with my friends like our friends just some friendly friends [Music] i don't even know if i want to eat we're going to get a salad because your girl loves salads there's just no one here hello hello for you tonight yeah that's it i read through what is that it is [Music] breakfast what day is it friday it's friday it is oh my gosh yes okay well today we are going crazy look at all the avocados [Music] can i please get some french toast and sausage thank you i said it sophie i said thank you and please can i please get a nutella and a syrup breakfast time in our usual spot if you ever come and visit svu will be right here from usually around 808 808 till 8 30 8 15 around there so yeah i love it she loaded me up
