[Music] hello thank you for clicking on this video i'm sophia and i'm filming a what i eat a week video you guys really seem to love these and i absolutely love filming and editing them so here you go a little treat done done done done done holy [ __ ] you guys i just [ __ ] burnt my hair doing this this is horrible holy [ __ ] all right so lunch is ready it looks so good excited to try these carbonaro noodles i've actually never had them before look at that that's really good [Music] oh my gosh if you guys haven't tried pito's you have to they're so good so i'm having a little bowl of pitots and i'm totally going to score a panda in that crane machine on the way up mom did he push the dial back to talk about anything they're actually really good ah all right i'm about to change the game for you guys so it's this little pizza hat so you take one tortilla this is a brand of tortilla i've been using i really like it take some pizza sauce and just spread it all over the tortilla then you're gonna take a slice of this cheese cut it into pieces and just throw it on the pizza calamata olives some mushrooms some cut up basil now i just added some salt and add some oregano all right so look at it guys doesn't it look like a pizza it's so beautiful i have my pizza and i'm about to watch the last episode of girl my girls and i'm [ __ ] terrified i don't know if i can mentally prepare for this [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] i went over to my mom's house for some delicious homemade greek food there was a big greek salad satsiki a baked chicken and potatoes honestly one of my favorite meals to eat so comforting and while i was eating my mom decided to have a deep chemical peel yes this is my mom oh my goodness my way [Music] what are we doing this for again [Music] all right so for dinner i'm having lentils and rice and then a side salad the salad is so good added red peppers and olives and feta cheese red onions cucumber spinach kale all that good stuff these awesome for harrison i made him a shrimp burger it's pretty epic and you made it like five seconds i mean i literally whipped this up so he's becoming like a greek grandma i'm a great grandma and we're trying to figure out what to watch tonight what the hell there's hail this is weird it looks like it's snowing this is [ __ ] nuts so it is raining outside today it's very cozy it's like such a cozy day i blasted the heater so it's getting warm in here and i just want to bake i want to bake something baking just sounds so awesome right now and i'm just having these bag of chips while i bake a few days ago i was thinking about the past year telling myself that i accomplished nothing and basically wasted a whole year but then i remembered i learned to bake i also really improved my cooking skills i read a lot of good books i became comfortable with being alone again i found joy in my company but most of all i realized i don't need that much to feel content i figured out i really love the simple things in life i always wondered what made miyazaki movies so magical and it's the fact that they glamorize the most simple things a warm breakfast in the morning a cozy cat the beauty of nature and while in the future i may want to travel make money splurge on luxury items i know that my real happiness is what i make of it and not what i buy or accomplish you guys even the cookie dough itself is absolutely delicious like i'm just eating it with spoon it's chock [ __ ] good and i just started watching the handmaid's tale and it's actually really good i'm on episode i think three oh two no thought it was on episode three all right they're ready i'm just gonna let them cool a little bit but you guys look at how beautiful they are [Music] i am so proud of myself right now they taste and look absolutely amazing also do you guys like my star wars socks they're actually harrison's but i stole them i'm obsessed with them i test the cookie how good are they just gonna add the onions and the pepper guys it smells so freaking good you have no idea some tex-mex sauce i'm just adding some olive oil to the tortillas all right so the meal is ready i'm just gonna add some of this pork oops so this is the finished product it looks pretty much similar to the picture i'm gonna do something a little different just add the cheese on top because i like that ever she's hanging out with me i went over to my friend's house for burgers and game night and much needed socialization and we just hung out had fun my friend emily makes the most delicious margaritas ever like i don't even like alcohol but they are amazing [Music] so i'm drinking my morning matcha and i just started watching hunter x hunter the first episode was amazing so i'm excited to see how good it gets because i heard it's one of the best anime of all time so yeah okay so for breakfast i'm gonna be making my vegan pancakes one banana one and a half cup rolled oats a pitted date some cinnamon a little bit of vanilla extract and i want my pancakes to be blue this morning so i'm just gonna add some blue butterfly pea powder to make it nice and blue and then add some almond milk it really depends on what kind of consistency you like i like it a little thick and here is the finished product they look so good [Music] um right for lunch i just made a quick salad there's spinach avocado tomato and i made a little olive oil lemon salt and pepper dressing and i added some burrata cheese on top i'm just going to add a little bit more olive oil on top of the burrata seriously so good and now i'm just having a bag of these chips i made myself another one of my tortilla pizzas i added some avocado on top and if you guys haven't tried avocado and pizza it's honestly really really good and i'm just planning my notion right now i recently got notion and i'm honestly hooked on it it's kind of complicated at first but i'm finally getting the hang of it so cool i'm gonna make a morning smoothie bowl so i'm gonna add some raspberries oh my god what strawberries half a frozen banana almond milk so this is what the consistency should look like thick fresh chopped up strawberries blueberries granola and some walnuts the greatest nut in the world look at how beautiful and i'm also gonna continue to read a little bit of this book so far it's really good so we are in la right now and we're going to go eat some brunch actually lunch lunch it's too late i already had breakfast yeah we had breakfast and we're going to eat some lunch and we're in l.a all right so we got some mac and cheese and here's what did you get and potatoes oh that smells really good actually i have a matcha latte here so for dinner i made this huge salad oh it's just lettuce feta peas red onion cucumber and this like to die for dressing it's literally the best dressing and then we have the salmon i am so excited to have this in my belly we're watching junior on the wolf brigade in an alternate japan a special policeman finds himself searching for redemption after a horrific tragedy looks cool i'm not really hungry so for breakfast i'm just having a matcha latte and i cut up some mango and i'm gonna put some tahini on it because mango and tahin are the best combo so so good [Music] [Music] [Music] all right this is the completed meal it looks beautiful we about to eat
