*music plays* What's up, YouTube, it's Alyse here and today I'm going to be sharing with you what I eat throughout the day. I'm going to be hiking approximately 14 or 15 miles today on the Appalachian Trail and I'm gonna be eating mostly raw vegan food. We actually forgot to get a fuel canister at the last place we stopped. So we probably aren't gonna have a cooked dinner tonight. So I'm gonna go and show you all the things that I have lined up that I will be eating today And I kinda of organized these things in a way they will digest So the quickest digesting things I will be eating first And the slowest to digest items I will be eating at the end of the day So without further a dew I hope that you enjoy this what I eat in a day video So first we have three little packages of freeze dried fruit from Miami Fruit These two are variety packages and this one is Rambutan So that will be my breakfast along with a raw vegan garden of life protein little tea thing that i'm gonna make in here With this four sigmatic tea-i've never made this before but Addison made it this morning at said it was pretty good So that will be my breakfast And then my snacks for the day will be some dehydrated pineapple and bananas and i'm gonna pour a little water In both of these bags just to rehydrate them a little bit Here is some go raw cinnamon raisin granola And then these are the none raw things for the day I have classic almond butter from Justin's and two Arabar bars And then these power wraps from go pals I've got the Italian and the Japanese flavour and a little go raw raw chocolate for the end of the day So this might not be enough but I might end up eating some more throughout the day so I will update you if I end up doing that *music plays* Wow, oh jeez It's creamy and really flavorful I haven't really had much mushroom stuff in my life Both of those little tea packages are mushroom packages Wow Addison's was much better than mine i'm not sure what he did different Maybe he put in more protein powder which has like a sweet vanilla flavor But that is strong and it's like real creamy like a smoothie Alright I might drink half of that and have Addison finish the rest I'm actually drinking the whole thing It's still pretty pungent and bitter but i'm almost done Okay so once I watered it down to clean out the pot It taste a lot better so I guess it really is meant to be a tea and not a thick protein smoothie type thing *music plays* So cold *music plays* So there was a slight change in plans today Didn't end up hiking as much as we anticipated We ended up getting to camp in like the middle of the afternoon I took a really long nap so the last footage you saw of me eating was the last time that I did eat So we were able to borrow some fuel from a friend so now we've got some pad thai cooking Which I will show you in a minute and that's gonna be my last meal of the day so I feel like I didn't eat or i'm not gonna eat as much today as I did the past few days of hiking But I did have a pretty low mileage day in comparison to the previous days *music plays* Ooh yeah, that looks a little soupy, did you put peanut butter in it or anything? It's a little soupy, no. Oh my gosh i'm so excited. I don't think it's quiet done yet.
