Hey there! Welcome to another episode of Dear Blocko! This is the show where i answer your questions
about your world AND my world! Let’s get started with our first question I am nerdy asks
#DEARBLOCKO What happens when you get covered in Acid? Love your videos! Keep up the good work! Thanks I am Nerdy. I am nerdy as well! To answer your question, it can really differ
a bit depending on what acid you’re talking about. While old movie supervillains would make you
think that acids are just some sort of body-dissolving vat of goo, acid products can vary quite a
bit, from toilet cleaners, to battery acid and hydrofluoric acid. Let’s focus on that last one for a moment
since it’s a good example of what acids can do. Used in a variety of applications from glass
and metal etching to fluorescent light bulbs, hydrofluoric acid can pose a serious threat
to you if you come into contact with it. While it may not quite melt your hand off
like you’re thinking, hydrofluoric acid can travel quickly through your skin and into
your bodily tissues, where it damages your cells. Get into direct skin contact with the acid
and you could end up with severe burns that can take several hours to develop. But it’s not just getting it on your skin
that you have to worry about. Breathing in the acid can damage your lungs,
causing them to swell and accumulate fluid. It can really be quite dangerous. Second question up. Nintendo and Apple fan asks
#DearBlocko Why do we hear a ringing when it’s too quiet? Hmm. While I’m certainly not a doctor, and should
only really be trusted to talk about pixelitis, it sounds like you might be referring to tinnitus. Tinnitus is the perception of a sound, often
a ringing, in the ears. These noises could also come in the form of
a buzzing, chirping, hissing, or humming sound. A variety of different things can cause tinnitus
from inner ear hair cell damage to loud noises at a concert, sometimes it’s only temporarily,
but it’s typically not a cause for worry beyond the immediate issues the noises cause
you. The sounds can come and go or be constant
buzz, and can vary in loudness when they’re there. The sounds are often more noticeable or get
worse when you don’t have as much background noise, so you’ll probably notice it the
most when it’s silent around you, like when you’re trying to fall asleep in a quiet
room. And now it’s time for questions about me
and my world Paper Bag asks
#DearBlocko Can you please take us on a date with u and
Circlia? Ur awesome btw! Thank you so much! Dates with Circlia are just like dates in
the human world. Sometimes we go to the movies, or a walk through
Blocktown park. And sometimes we’re fighting pink aliens
with mind lasers on the planet Bx-13. Ya know, just like a normal couple would. Howling Shadow asks #dearblocko, did you know that one of your
friends is a glitch monster? Uh...no? Hey friends! Wait, where Rhombus? [Electric Static Noises]
