This was a really good video! I definitely experienced some of this as a black woman living in China.
If very few Chinese people have experience with Africans, why would you expect them to be aware of their sensitivities?
I don't know IMO; It's a little ridiculous to hold them under the same scrutiny as Western states. China doesn't have the same historical experiences with blackness.

It’s meaningless to investigate people’s thought on black people unless in some city like Kuangchow with more black people culture.
