The driver of the SUV was hospitalized this morning, San Francisco police announced they arrested the old Mary Fong Lao. She facesr charges of vehicular way, reckless driving andwrongT- driving at an unsafe speed. I spoke with a man who identified He didn't want to appear onT&er- camera, but says he's heartbroken by what happened. He says he tried to visit his sister at the hospital after the crash,úbut was told he could not talk to her because of the investigation. He has no idea, he says, what may have caused his sister to crash.
