kept us by your blood lord jesus and so we praise you god we adore you we look to you god tonight and we thank you father for keeping us safe today thank you for every spiritual blessing that you have put upon us lord and thank you for every physical provision you have given us tonight lord god and so lord i ask that you would just your spirit would just go forth even on the online broadcast lord i pray god and i ask that you would touch minds and hearts lord even the very physical bodies god of these viewers and to those who would watch lord and i pray god that your spirit would minister right now in the name of jesus and to those of us here god i pray that you would unify us together in one spirit according to your spirit god god i pray that we would have hearts of worship and hearts of praise help us to worship you god in spirit and in truth and help us to love you god with a sincere heart of god in every song that is sung god i pray that he would give you the highest praise and the highest glory god as we come to worship you and to praise you and to lift you up and to give you thanks for all the things that you have done for us and just for who you are in our very lives god we praise you we give you glory and honor lord jesus and every person that watches god i pray that everything that is said and done would give you glory and would build your church would build the faith of those who are struggling would build the faith of those who need you most even right now and god i ask that you would even touch the very physical bodies to those who are struggling those who are sick right now god we ask that your healing virtue would flow through this online broadcast and through and even right now god as we come together in under your name lord jesus we ask god that you would give strength to those who are battling this virus god i pray god that you would give them wisdom how to how to battle this virus how to take care of themselves god and i pray god that's your that even your very word god that they received throughout this revival would give strength even to the physical body as much as it does to our spiritual bodies god and so i thank you god for bringing amazing to be here that's where my heart is for the young people i know when i was in sin and i didn't know the lord i would constantly um put things in my life that i thought that would fulfill me going and we started running around with everybody when they were singing earlier praise god amen thank you you can stay there if you want but uh again i'd like to praise the lord and thank god for the opportunity that we have to minister to everybody here today thank god for the leadership of this church for pastor john and his leadership here thank god for our bishop cody and everyone that's here today that is a leader in the lord co-pastor mix and his wife it's good to see everybody here god bless you amen thank you for this opportunity give god a good hand cloud we have more people that wanted to come with us but unfortunately you know they had to stay and it's all right because they got some revivals going on too back home our evangelist of the church evangelist uriah has a ministry and they're praising the lord out in rhema he's uh it's on the southern navajo nation side and they're you know preaching the word and they're getting the word out to the people and it's important that we all keep going for god amen my pastor ruth used to say keep moving forward onward and upward so it's pretty cool to have a nice pastor who really uh poured into my brother and i's life and you know god is just wonderful i'm i'm nervous but god is wonderful okay i was watching some of the online services and it's amazing what god is doing for your people here it's amazing what god is doing is in this community the communities around and um you know i was praying about what to share with with everybody here and i wanted to be real with you guys you know i like real talk so it's kind of like i'm just going to share what i know how to share and that's what i've gone through what i've experienced and it's going to be you know you might have heard me minister about my testimony several times but today's gonna be a little different tonight it's gonna be a little bit different so we're gonna talk about transformed everybody transformed yeah that's the theme for this revival youth rally i keep calling it revival i don't know what to call it i'm new at this transform but um you know it's it's the word of god that transforms our life it's the word of god when it's deposited into our heart and it manifestses and it bears fruit in our lives that our character begins to change you no longer walk the same as you used to you no longer talk the same as you used to you no longer act the same as you used to it's because of the word of god it gets deposited into your heart it goes to your belly and then it manifests and you know you begin to see a different side of the world the side that god intended for all of us to live in and it's so wonderful when jesus started ministering the word he told the people when he came out of the wilderness for 40 days you know the holy spirit led him into the wilderness the bible says and he got tempted there for 40 days he got tempted by the devil he was you know in the wilderness for 40 days when he came out he came out with even greater anointing greater power and then the first thing that jesus started to minister is repent everybody say repent when i was looking at the navajo bible and i was reading that scripture in matthew chapter 4 verse 17 jesus when he started to preach when he started to speak to the people he told him repent for the kingdom of heaven is near or has come or is here different translations and then i looked up in the navajo it says that means change your mind the way you're supposed to be thinking change your thoughts the way it should be in the beginning so i was thinking to myself like how was it in the beginning then you go all the way back to adam and adam was given dominion and power and rule over everything of the air at the birds and over everything in the water over everything on the land he had authority he had power but it's because of sin separated him from god and since then everybody yearned for the spirit everybody yearned for the holy ghost and the power of god it wasn't in them anymore it only rested on them you know moses was a powerful man elijah was a powerful man of god but they never felt the indwelling of the holy spirit they felt it on them and they use the power you know through the rod through the staff they use the power when they lift up their hands or when they pray you know elijah shut the heavens for a while it didn't rain for a few years it was three years three and a half three years and you know they yearn they long for the time when they could have the indwelling of the holy spirit so from all the way from adam's mistake to sin all the way to john the baptist all the way right there nothing but feeling the holy ghost here and there feeling the power of god but it's jesus christ who came as the son of god the son of man he came jesus the christ and then he made a way for us he brought us the kingdom message of god he brought us back our rule because when you say king it means rulership it means authority power what adam had jesus gave it back to us that's why he calls you king of kings lord of lords jesus is the king and we are kings jesus is the lord we are lords but he is the king of all kings he's the lord of all lords so when you grasp that word when you grasp that knowledge of what jesus had done for us it should transform us you know in navajo we have the uh i don't want to say the navajo i might say it wrong we have a caterpillar and it's not just a navajo but it's everywhere around the world maybe in africa the same caterpillar i'm just yeah so the caterpillar it has a process and it goes into a cocoon when it's into a cocoon it transforms into a butterfly yeah so that's the transformation process everybody say process we each go through a process as well you don't stay just a baby christian you grow up you don't stay in kindergarten you know if my brother james if he was a a kindergartner he'd be like this little kid right here like young like a little kid you know like naughty and it's not coming out of his nose maybe i'm picking on you you can pick on me whenever you preach to and uh you know and then he grows up and brother james gets bigger and bigger and bigger and as big as he is now if he stays in kindergarten you're gonna think something's wrong with him something's not right the the elevator don't go all the way to the top he's one fry shy of a happy meal you know you're gonna have those kinds of thoughts in the same way in the christian walk with the lord if there is no process in your life something's wrong with you yeah i don't want nothing to be wrong with me for so long jason has done crazy stuff even though he's in church jason was crazy jason was cussing even though he would sing like i got a feeling everything's gonna be all right and then out the door i go i'd be gossiping did you see jaymo did you see micah i don't say that today but i'm just using that as an example but some of us do that and when i hear you i'd be like this one's still a baby ah when i hear you complaining about your problems this one's still a teenager when this one's complaining about a brother or a sister that sings too long that one's still a baby still sucking on the milk bottle we need to get rid of that milk bottle in hebrew it says uh you know you guys are still learning the elementary truth we ought to be what teachers by now yeah so i'm going on and on and on a rabbit trail here but the scripture in romans chapter 12 verse 2 and do not be conformed to this world but be what transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of god renewing your mind is what i talked about earlier you got to remember who the first couple was you got to remember who the first man was what did he have renew your mind that way because that's what jesus brought back to us in uh second corinthians 3 18 it says but we all with unveiled face beholding reflecting as in a mirror the glory of the lord tell your neighbor neighbor you reflect the glory of the lord yep are being transformed into the same image from what glory to glory just as the spirit of the lord we should be changing we should be transforming our mind should be changing our image should be changing our walk should be changing our talk should be changing but a lot of us we just get scared we get scared some people say pandemic ah they get scared they go back into the house or maybe a navajo land they go back into their hogan i think they have wiki ups out here why wikihopes i don't know what they're called yeah yeah history class all right and um you know what what about the word that you keep hearing every sunday what about the word of god that you keep hearing that every youth rallies what about the word of god that you heard monday and tuesday and wednesday and thursday friday and tonight we need to hear the word of god we are supposed to be growing in matthew 13 it teaches us about the parable of the sower different types of ground that receives the seed that receives the word and i ministered here this here a few times number one the road type the ground that is a road that they don't receive the word because of stubbornness and hardness number two type of ground is the ground with rocks it grows too quickly and the sun scorches them number three type the ground with thorns and bushes the seed gets choked out it doesn't grow and then there's a fourth type a good ground everybody say good ground this type receives the word and it produces 30 and 60 and 100 times i was thinking about that and i was like 30 60 and 100 why is it different god and then god was telling me that's a process that's your growth you're learning 30 is coming into your life and then you grow to the next stage you got 60 coming into your life you grow to that stage maybe where paul and peter walk you're getting a hundred percent deposit when you walk around your shadow starts to heal people when you pick up the microphone everybody starts shouting and dancing something gotta happen god tell you go to that morning raise the dead and wow that's a hundred percent how many of us are at that level or are we still complaining are we still murmuring are we still arguing are we unforgiving are we jealous do we hate wow do we gossip in our christian walk we learn about living in this world as a christian we do not live and enjoy life like we did before we got saved that's what it should be just like paul instructed us about idolatry putting other things before god he is trying to tell us how to stay changed last night i kept hearing the word change change change here paul is teaching some of the people how to stay changed and not going back to the way things were before before you gave everything to god in um second corinthians 6 14-17 it says do not be yoked together with unbelievers for what do righteousness and wickedness have in common or what fellowship can light have with darkness what harmony is there between christ and belial or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever what agreement is there between the temple of god and idols for we are the temple of the living god as god has said i will live with them i will walk among them and i will be their god they will be my people therefore come out from them and be separate separated says the lord touch no unclean thing and i will receive you you gotta touch no unclean thing you gotta be separated from the world you can't be yoked with unbelievers that way if you do those things separate yourself if you cleanse yourself and if you hold on to god god will receive you and he says i will be a father to you and you will be my sons and daughters says the lord almighty some of us we grow and mature and we find god's will for our lives to help mature other saints like bishop i i enjoy what i what you said a while ago really helped me because i was telling him bishop i'm kind of nervous bishop can you pray for me bishop i need some prayer bishop i need an encouragement you know just like you did right john i need some help john i need i need to go in your office we need to talk for like five hours john be looking at you like oh my god but you know we should be growing we should be maturing paul even teaches a young minister a young leader named timothy he told timothy in second timothy 1 14 timothy god the good deposit that was entrusted to you guarded with the help of the holy spirit who lives in milan no with the help of the holy spirit who lives in africa no with the help of the holy spirit who lives where in me say in me yeah so where's your power where's your fight where's your ability to see in the spirit something's not right here i gotta pray for you in the name of jesus get out and then the demon gets out and then god ordinary business affairs of civilian life that means you can't go to the casino as much as you want to as much as your hand wants to pull that down in the name of you better not use that name as much as you want to take the prayer cloth that was given to you pastor john toil in the name of jesus one hour lord god whoever gets this two hours lord god let these people change let my people change pharaoh let my people go and then he gave you the prayer cloth but you got that prayer cloth you go to the casino in the name of jesus this one i'm going to win lord i'm going to pay my tithes i'm going to take pastor out to eat and then we'll invite bishop lord jesus we're not growing in god we're still little kids god wants us to move forward he wants us to mature he wants to encourage what to be the final sacrifice that means you don't got to bring no goat all you navajos you don't got to bring no sheep you know all you jews that are probably watching from israel you don't got to bring no goat no pigeon you got to bring no no ox no you just bring yourself you are the living sacrifice deny yourself pick up the cross and follow god amen it's funny how my sister and i were talking about this today amanda and she said this every time we elevate we have to give up something wow say it again every time we elevate we have to give up something in our lives to keep changing into christ's likeness that means transformed but we need to keep our transformation but i'm going to ask you a question after saying all of this what happens when we get back in our mess again right i was doing so good i was actually praying this time but you went back and you had your friend i think one of them is called for loco i don't know exposure zima i don't know if they're still around i hear the lord saying cars come out come out from among them what happens when we go back to our mess again what happens i want to share with you my experience okay what about you do all these things to stay closer to god and growing in god but then you start to have challenges everybody say challenges then those challenges become your struggles everybody say struggles and then your struggles before you know it lead you back into the same myth into the same pit that you came out of have you been there i've been there i didn't lie to you i've messed up i've been saying for the lord one time i was at my uh uncle's uh revival my brother sean's dad he said jason can you come up i was like i can't go up there jason come on i can't go up there jason come out i said okay but he didn't know i was hungover he didn't know i was a little i don't know what to call it tipsy haven't done those things in a while i don't know the proper grammar for those i was a little buzzed amanda sometimes when she makes fun of her she says i'll buzz and and you know i did that you guys probably look at jason like wow god is really moving for jason jason got a house he never he never paid for jason got the ride that he always wanted to drive jason manages a business that's about to become his jason got a church that he never paid for but you never know what i've gone through i don't know what you've gone through and you're still here and i thank god for that let's give god a good hand clap we say the struggle is in romans 7 14 through 20 it says i'm going to try to slow this down because this is a tongue twister but this is real talk right here romans paul was writing to the romans we know that the law is spiritual but i am just a human and i have been sold as a slave to sin in fact i don't understand why i act the way i do i don't do what i know is right but instead i do the things i hate even though i don't do what i know is right i still agree that the law is good stop right there he's saying that i'm trying so hard people pray for me people they will shove me around jesus jesus almost break my neck and i feel like vomiting where the trash can and i feel like some kind of deliverance happened in my life but why am i struggling why am i still at that level where i'm going back 17 so i am not the one doing these evil things but it is the sin that lives in me is what does them i know that my selfish desires will not let me do anything that is good even when i want to do right i cannot even when i want to do right i cannot have you been there have you been there can you honestly say you've been there i've been there i know that my selfish desires will not let me do anything that is good my flesh won't let me do anything that is good even when i want to do right i cannot instead of doing what i know is right i do wrong and so if i don't do what i know is right if i don't do what i know is right i am no longer the one doing these evil things but it is the sin that lives in me is what does them the struggle is real sometimes i know what i'm talking about even in bible school i failed even when i was preaching in my home church 2012 13 14 i failed i had a dream about a man i never met him never hurt him never seen him never shook his hand wow god did an awesome thing and i put on facebook and my brother from white river he told me that he was a real pastor i was like wow even at that awesome climax of my life i guess you could say at the top of my life wow this never happened to me i never seen this happen before in my life god and even after that i fell we we wrestle in our life and psalm 26 11 it says as a dog returns to its vomit so fools repeat their foolishness are you foolish tonight are you foolish are you running around saying things you shouldn't be saying are you running around doing things you shouldn't be doing are you keeping yourself held back are you keeping yourself tied up you want to break free but why is your mind not comprehending the word of god why are you not feeding your spirit the word of god why are you not praying you need to pray this is where you have to put to use all that you have learned like in ephesians 6 it says put on the whole armor of god it doesn't say you can put on your helmet and leave your breastplate there ah you gotta put on the whole thing hey i got my sword in my hand and the army of the lord no the whole armor of god even david pleaded with god after he committed his sins he took another man's wife and he gave an order to his soldiers to have that same man the husband to be killed david probably felt really bad after this happened maybe david felt guilty and you can just imagine his response because of his fear for god fear for god will help you fear for god will will give you the faith that you need fear of god is good david said in psalm 51 do not chase me away from your presence god and don't take your holy spirit from me god imagine crying out to god i love psalm 51 it's like a sinner's prayer i pray it every time i go through stuff every time i failed i pray that psalm 51. created me a clean heart of god [Music] and renewed a right spirits within me we get frustrated when we feel like god does not hear our prayers but the word of truth tells us in isaiah 59 2 it is because of your sins that he doesn't hear you it is your sins that separate you from god when you try to worship him when you try to love him [Music] that's that's something god telling you i don't know why you can't hear me god right there it is because your sins that he doesn't hear you it is your sins that separate you from god when you try to love him when you try to worship him that's why nobody can feel your songs when you sing that's why nobody picks up the message when you preach that's why nobody wants to hear you when you testify that's why your children don't want to hear you talk about god because of the hypocrisy that still lives within us because we fight we fight inside to do right but we do wrong it's easy for us to do wrong than it is for us to do right i've been there [Music] remember this as i have learned along this journey of life your prayer life is your lifeline your prayer life is your communication system to god without it you are an easy target for the enemy in first thessalonians 5 16 it says pray without ceasing pray without stopping ephesians 6 18 says pray in the spirit at all times and on every occasion not just birthdays not just sundays not just christmas or easter not just thanksgiving every occasion that means when the sun comes up from the east and it goes down to the west even in the late midnight i will pray so when you find yourself in the pit when you find yourself in the mix again content fight for your faith i'm going to share with you what happened with jonah when i was in trouble jonah said lord i pray to you and you listen to me god from deep in the world of the dead i begged for your help and you answered my prayer you threw me down to the bottom of the sea the water was churning all around me i was completely covered by your mighty waves i thought i was swept away from your sight how many you felt that how many of you been there i felt like i was separated from your sight god because of my mess i felt like i was separated from you god because of my sins my secret sins you have secret sins you just gotta give it all to god he continues on to say never again to see your holy temple i i almost i was almost drowned by the swirling waters that surrounded me seaweed had wrapped around my head i had some down deep below the mountains beneath the sea i knew that forever i would be a prisoner there but you lord god you rescued me from the pet yes [Music] you rescued me god yes you rescued me god [Music] when my life was slipping away i remembered you and in your holy temple you heard my prayer ephesians no no no in jude 3 it says dear friends i had been eagerly planning to write to you about the salvation we all share but now i find that i must write about something else urging you to defend content fight for the faith that was entrusted once for all time fight content fight content some of you say lord you don't hear me [Music] some of you say lord where are you but god speaks to you every minute every second every minute he speaks to you every hour every day every month every year god is speaking to you all the time when people begin to sing songs he speaks to you when when our sister adrian sings he's speaking to you when bishop cody preaches he's speaking to you when you turn on facebook and you hear somebody talking about god he's speaking to you [Music] all my life you have been faithful right speaking to you all my life [Music] god is speaking to you through these songs he wants to bring you back to him he wants to love you he wants to make you feel that everything is going to be okay you ain't got to worry god loves you i don't know how to see this other song didn't know i was going to preach i didn't know but i knew that i sang for god i knew that i had a testimony about what god done for me i'm standing there reaching out to god because i heard the message she was coming to the people she spent like five minutes with one she spent like 10 minutes with another one i'm like yeah i'm gonna get an earful she spent another five minutes with another one then finally yes god come on let god speak to me and then i remember the words jason god says don't be too hard on yourself she moved to the next one i was like wait wait that's not it there's more but that did something to me maybe some of you guys are not giving yourself a chance to grow my pastor ruth she took out two she took me and my brother to lunch one time she said boys we had a good service today god was in the house like yeah pastor god was good let's go eat let's go to kiva cafe we went to kiba cafe we're looking at the menu looking at the prices like you do she looked at us and said are you boys looking at the prices yeah we don't want to be too you know we want to stay humble pastor she said that's the lie of the devil you better treat yourself right you better take care of yourself get the best meal get the best get the most expensive one treat yourself right as a matter of fact waitress waitress came over get these boys steaks i don't know what kind of steaks they want i don't know how they want to cook but get them the best meal on your menu and she said jason don't sell yourself shortly you don't sell yourself shortly you gotta know that god is there with you you gotta know that god loves you no matter what you've done see when people found out about my sins when people found out about what i'd done some of them left some of them talked about me today they're still talking about me but it's because of the word that was deposited into my heart that keeps me changing transforming into his image into his likeness so right now i dare you i challenge you to pray to god like you never prayed before let him take you back to where you first once believed them [Music] take me back take me back to you lord to the place where i first we feed
