We Tried Cringe Jeep Accessories

Jeep enthusiasts are some of the most DieHard car owners and they love to customize their cars with all sorts of gadgets accessories and vanity items to most people a lot of these customizations are super cringe So today we're going to try a bunch of different Jeep accessories to see if they actually improve the Jeep experience or if it's just a bunch of useless garbage I'm Justin that's Jimmy welcome to Donut now most of the accessories you'll see Jeep owners using are more about the cosmetics and our first product is no exception literally every jeeper first modification this is the infamous angry eye Grill from Rough Country the Darth Vader mask whatever I feel like I see a lot of like M crawler Jeeps with this Grill on that's how popular these are you never see a sad one though no no they should make a sad Grill so why are all Jeep people so angry Justin it's a $200 piece of equipment yeah why it's plastic it's angry it's unpainted why are you spending so much money on it but guess what Jimmy what five stars wow should I ask them if this fits my Jeep yeah go for it okay hey will this fit my Jeep he is pretty happy most of the time then I think you're shopping in the wrong place Jimmy we've got a $200 product that is super popular you're going to match all your buddies at the mall we need to install it so Jeeps are built different they don't have a hood release you have to undo these latches because you know tradition the install seems to be pretty simple we just have a couple plastic rivets that we have to remove so we're going to use flath heads to go ahead and do that you know we're going to break a few of these probably think I've already broken I'm still paying this off so break it there we go nice wasn't too bad all right no more cute Jeep look feel like this could be cheaper but I think they're making a lot of money off of the fact that it's so freaking popular it was a little tighter than the stock one but uh it went in there about the this convenient little harness clip here so you can unplug the door harness isn't that nice of them wow and now all we need is a starbolt or bolt for the hinges and then the door should come right off this is for for you yeah here we go it only grabs onto half the latch the half the first half of the latch which doesn't feel that secure but once it's latched it feels great but then you open it let to climb up there and I'm going to be taller than you think that's going to help you I do I do think it's going to help me at least he's happy if you look at big old like military vehicles or like you know tanker trucks they always got a random ladder they always have ladders so that someone can service the top of it open the hatch fill it up something you could like zip tie stuff to this you know that's what I was about to say you could put a Jerry can here you could put a first aid kit there there are some uses but it's not an actual ladder for you to climb on wow I'm shocked that work I thought this window was going to just burst look at how tall I am now wow good for you I finally did it taller than all of you people Jeep owners tend to love the outdoors and if you love the outdoors up oh my God all right this wheel cover is from tire cover Pro distressed this side up Wrangler off-road Jeep camper spare tire cover u122 custom size $60 it was pretty expensive what looks pretty good sure Jimmy so it's a 33in size to fit our stock spare tire here distress white is the graphic style and it is a black cover so Jimmy picked this side up over don't follow me you won't make it overbuilt hey do you think the turbo is the adrenaline gland of the car engine is the heart oil is the blood are the drive shafts the legs or is it the axles it's the axles but I'm willing to admit the bumper the but if you admit that the CV joint is the knee hey just so you know the meeting was canceled amazing the tailpipe is the butthole anyway during the late '90s Nissan along every other oh my goodness what do you think this is my hitch mounted barbecue grill yeah so you purchased a hitch fire F20 hitch mounted propane grill yep uh for $650 MH it's quite a unit I mean it it looks impressive we'll see how it Cooks how do you like your Burgers a little Pink's fine yeah keep it a good medium so we didn't want to break Jimmy's new to him Jeep there we go man oh my God it's the wrong hitch so we're going to grill off the ground how's it going over there Jimmy it's pretty fun got any like cheese or seasoning or anything no sadly I couldn't afford it with all the money I put into the Jeep right okay I have to use a plastic fork actually to flip these we'll see how that turns out yeah I'm going to be honest Justin there's a couple things that I like about the Jeep I really like the door bars I think the ladder was definitely a gimmick I've realized that I don't need to climb it to be tall I need to grow tall in here what are your thoughts I hated every bit of this the grill is nice the grill is really cool really it's working that's a pretty heavy duty grill it might be overkill for you honestly everything we've done today besides the grill has been completely
