We Randomized Land and Water Encounters...Then We FIGHT! Pokemon Sword

what's up everybody chill and play here back with another challenge versus video for you today today i'm here with my buddy quick gg as always and we're gonna be doing a surf and turf challenge now this is gonna work as we've randomized all the pokemon and pokemon sword and shield we've given them random abilities and move sets according to type and we're gonna get three grass hidden encounters that we cannot see aka the turf encounters and we're gonna get three fishing encounters that we can't see in the water for the surf encounters after that we're gonna take our surf and turf randomized team and we're gonna battle it out quick gg are you ready for this buddy you got your fishing rod and all that you ready for this yeah buddy i'm ready i was at the store looking for some fishing gear think i'm gonna get my surf encounters first let's see if we got any fishing spots over here all right let's pull the rod out of our mysterious pocket i don't know exactly where we got that but uh let's catch a fish okay okay we got one and it's a drapeon yo that is really nice actually that's a great first pokemon to see dark poison type which is very odd uh we like that welcome aboard buddy let's masterball it that's our first surf encounter okay let's take a look at this drapey on here it's got steel worker to power up steel type moves which we don't have poison tail absorb poison powder tackle wow terrible moves dude what the i mean at least we got poison tail i guess it's stab but what a weird move set that's not too much to work with but we'll take it we'll take it okay i'm walking up because the bike can sometimes scare off the fish oh here we go we got somewhere right here is a very small pond but i do believe a legend could be living here all right let's see if we can get ourselves a bite here okay we got one and it's a malamar i believe this is psychic dark which is also very odd i'm down for this you know what i'm down for this i think this is a tanky pokemon too it's probably pretty slow by the looks of it but it might be able to do some work that's our second surf encounter too nice okay malomar what do you have uh it's got big pecks all right okay brutal swing prismatic laser bug buzz and brick break what the oh my dude okay so we're actually a physical attacker so brutal swings nice okay you know what that's a really weird move set we'll take it that's not bad at all actually kind of odd a little weird but we'll take it i don't see any fish okay wait no here we go here we go here we go we'll get a spot right here let's pull the old trusty rod out i believe this is a no oh we got one okay yo we got a trevor on the team you guys know i love a trevor that's nice to see plus it's really fun to add the ghost type to the homies i love ghost type pokemon with drought what the what the what that's not that's not too good i don't think unless we have like solar beam or something i don't know we'll go ahead and grab it for the squad that's our last surf encounter let's hope it's decent okay let's check out our trevent let's see what it's got drought for the ability we got torment solar blade does that work like solar beam i think it might aromatherapy dragon ascent that is actually really weird but we'll take it that's good physical moves we like it we like it that's not too bad that's our third pokemon all right guys we're right here starting off with our first surf encounter actually just a catch encounter i don't like disturbing the peace on these pokemon that are in their watering holes but we gotta do it we gotta do for the challenge starting off with a nice water type in the water a pelipper oh wow that's weird color per could be really good though honestly it's pretty beefy as long as he doesn't have electric moves it's it's okay all right helper with magnet pull prevents steel type pokemon from escaping that can be kind of nice it's got echoed voice double iron bash surf which is huge and home claws actually not bad there guys that's huge pelipper first member let's go ahead and grab ourselves our turf and counter now oh my god torpedo is trying to slay me i gotta get out of here okay let's go somewhere else and get our turf encounter oh my goodness sharpies for days bro that's like an army of them i gotta go somewhere else all right sandstorming here it's about as turf as it gets let's go ahead and get something something decent please okay a cruel one a cruel one in the turf that's hilarious tend to cool a poison water type we don't really need another water type but i actually love tentacruel super especially defensive hopefully we got those good poison moves for the squad tend to gruel with the ability sand spit okay that's terrible uh creates a sandstorm when attacked great it's got sing sheer cold for the cheese smog infusion bolt what are you bro that is so weird maybe we'll just sheer cold cheese if we're tanky enough to just get rid of all those get some cheesy limbs like that all right let's surf up the next one guys i like the back and forth i'm having with it let's go ahead and serve something up in the sandstorm okay we got it easy catch and it's a lie part really such a random pokemon dude i wanted some legends i really want like a legendary pokemon guys with these random encounters we can get anything live masterballing i don't really need it but then again it is really fast that's actually good for the squad dark type and new typing we'll take it okay light part with unseen fist so we make uh if we make direct contact we can attack even if they protect it's got screech fling brass pledge and sand tube wow oh kind of garbogian guys kind of garbage but we got to get what we got to get sand tube i guess is uh good for the sandstorm combo i don't know that's weird live part of the squad we need three turf encounters so we've got our surf homies let's grab our turf ones here we go randomizing counter right here in the grass and mandy buzz okay that's a weird choice a really tanky bird actually not too bad another dark type which is not my favorite thing but dark flying eh it's pretty decent at least it's a little bit of coverage if we can get really lucky and get like oblivion wing on this that would be sick okay let's check out our mandy buzz here it's got pastel veil protects us from uh poison okay fake tears psyshock pain split scratch that is such a weird set dude that is such a weird set maybe pain slit will be useful i don't know dude that's such a weird one i'm not too uh not too happy about that one okay all right looking for our next turf encounter we need two more okay here we go we got one what is this oh my a garbador are you kidding me dude this is such a weird pokemon it's actually not that great strictly poison type ah very underrated but for good reason but we will take it on the team it's not too terrible that is another decent pokemon for the team all right guys garbador has the ability symbiosis hey not useful venom drench surging strikes that's actually really good smog and wide guard that's all we have though yikes that's so weird such a weird move set well we'll have to deal with it that's fine all we need is one singular turf encounter randomized and there it is raichu it's been a while since i've had this guy on the team not amazing but definitely a fast pokemon to have you like that electric type 2 which is nice we needed it oh my god almost flamethrowed it in the face okay we're good that's our last pokemon hopefully it's got the moves we need so we got raichu here it's got damp for the ability so we can't be uh self-destructed i guess skill shot overdrive oh water shuriken and spark not too bad we'll take it that's not so bad at all all right that's the final pokemon guys let me know in the comments who you guys think is going to win and uh let's do this fight i really want to find a legendary encounter for the squad we need it actually we really need it okay let's see the next surf turf encounter is a oh rapid dash gallerian dude i never see this thing a unicorn pokemon i think it's a fairy type pretty sure it's fairy type i don't know how strong it is but it's gotta be strong for a fairy at least alright rapidash with the ability of water compaction boost pokemon's defense stat sharply when hit by water type move that could be awesome for us actually we'd get super tanky it's got aquajet speed swap tailwind and power trick oh my gosh that's terrible i don't know i feel about that oh my god oh he really got his aquajet guys that's bad uh psychic fairy type what a cheesy move said dude rapidash great rabbit dash on the squad we have two more encounters left guys one more surf and one more turf i really need to get something amazing and this last one right here next to the babies is perfect because it's gonna be great two babies next to it means a legendary pokemon inside of it it's gonna be good guys don't worry it's gonna be because it has to be good i need a good pokemon let's go yoinkin it and no yes it had to be it literally had to be a flipping caballion guys that is tough that is gonna be a tough member to be added up to the squad that's awesome okay our fifth teammate kabalyn uh has the ability fur coat half damage from physical moves that is intense it's got tackle haze hammer arm and dynamic punch i guess hammer arm is the way to go there hopefully it doesn't fire blast us this should be a really good addition caballion that was our last surf pokemon let's go ahead and get our final turf one right here oh nope the doggo caught me all right let's try again last encounter right here no no no no no no no these doggos what don't know what did i just wait was that shiny i just have a random shiny dog wait a second i gotta catch it i don't even realize it bro what the heck yo that just shinied me didn't it i can't tell him colorblindness can be it looks normal to me bro but let me see this i don't understand this pokemon i can't tell but shiny or not if it doesn't have the thing on the top right i'm not that familiar with bolton but pretty sure we just saw a pretty i think that that might be shiny so let's go ahead and get our last one maybe i'll do some checking later on but let's go ahead and get our last encounter scyther not bad nice gen wonder turf for the squad and a final encounter master buying him i like scyther a lot honestly prefer him over caesar so hopefully he's got the good moves for us and can kind of carry that team with that bug power okay here's our final team member scyther with the ability bad dreams reduces hp of sleeping opposing pokemon it's got d fog high jump kick her amber and hurricane that's so so weird i jump kick on the scyther might be op hurricane special attack which isn't great for us but still is good strong and cheesy although bad accuracy i don't know we'll see but that's our final pokemon and our squad is ready to do this let's go into the fight all right quick gg it's time for the surf and turf battle how'd you do buddy what what was better for you surf or turf uh surf was cool turf was decent yeah mine were pretty equal pretty decent overall actually actually what's sad is i caught a shiny pokemon but i'm not using it for the fight what really yeah what happened bolton bolton literally kept charging me and wanted to be on my team shiny it was crazy it was crazy
