We Hiked up a Mountain for Topaz & Red Beryl Crystals!

there it is that's it [Music] all right we are walking up Topaz Mountain and we're going to be looking for topaz crystals but really red Barrel can't wait that camping couple we got Nico and myself Crystal collector let's get her done this public location located on Topaz Mountain Utah is not for the faint at heart it's a really rigorous climb up this mountain and I don't recommend it unless you really know what you're doing the spot to find these red barrel and topaz crystals is right off the edge of the Mountainside it's pretty crazy to get up here but once you get there it's phenomenal you can see we parked way down there already walked about halfway up and where we're walking to you can see this huge white area of Dugout Rock we're gonna check that out but look on the way up there's a topaz Crystal right here no it's lost its color because it's been sitting out in the sun but that is a topaz Crystal right on the surface check it out still going up here a little bit of snow on the ground all right y'all I don't recommend this unless you're in Tip-Top condition you have great balance because look the hike is no joke that first section isn't so bad but then you get up and it's a really steep angle here check it out and it's really and the Rocks just go all over the place when you step on them so you know don't come up unless you really know what you're doing way up here now almost made it look at this I've got a crazy climb here the last section is super steep but the view is beautiful I'm a little bit out of breath and y'all if you're not prepared to make a climb like this if you have no experience do not come to this location this is no joke nobody needs to be coming up here and getting hurt because this is for experienced diggers and climbers only The View hey Kendall down here sifting finding anything yeah I got this nice topaz already check it out she's already finding them for me she's working just for me oh oh sorry just topaz oh topaz nice stuff together already getting topaz here Nico's getting them Frank is in the cave we do all the hard work and I'm about to go dig for these topaz and these red barrels y'all right here we are in the cave system what Frank's hammering it down here and I'm over to the side and check this out I just came in right here and realized look at how loose this is probably gonna drop a few topaz on the bottom look at the one that's already came out check this one out that I just pulled a little cluster maybe it'll stay together but I'm gonna just take this apart by hand looks like we could get some oh yeah pieces up in here oh yeah look at that you can see you can see some topaz crystals hanging out right here now they're covered with druzy so they're not too great this is a huge pocket here what I'm going to do is just let all of the dirt fall right here and then I'm gonna sift this stuff because you won't see the barrel a lot of times it'll just fall right out quicker than you can see it so that's what we'll do here okay so this is this material is really loose like a pocket I just want to go really slow there's one right there oh not bad oh there's another one oh several look at that thank you there's two or three topaz crystals so check that out right out of there [Music] all right Frank it's attempting here to knock this huge piece off but you guys don't try this at home or here unless you know what you're doing we're watching these cracks it's going to fall down and hit this rock and split into pieces and he's just high enough there to where he'll be okay there it is that's it Timber oh my goodness that is the biggest rock I've ever seen fallen in my life Frank the Tank got her done again look at that there's this topaz all in the ceiling look at that the ceiling topaz sometimes dude that was nuts all right so back into this oh and he just pulls this out [Music] payment um check that out oh right here just pull that right out to the ground must have fell right out of this pocket here and look wait look boom boom they're everywhere pockets go let's open up a pocket here and it looks like a cluster oh look at this oh yeah check that beauty out super cool cluster so I just knocked off some rock from Top it fell down and look at this I haven't even touched them three clusters two of them are really covered with this you know some druzy but look at that we're talking about let's see if we missed any more that fell I mean it fell out perfect to that pocket a couple more wow there's more oh there it is they're just falling out of the ceiling all right Frank's breaking this rock down now and look there's just pockets all in it they're logged look at that topaz topaz red Barrel top I mean no I'm just kidding watch out look at that popping them right out of there got one oh on The Matrix red Barrel it's a gem too it's pretty Jimmy look at that the elusive red Barrel the most rare barrels in the world for the day four barrels so far look at that the most rare Barrel in the world the red Barrel yay just sit into a pocket in here forever it was an average of like one card we found like a hundred when I was up here with my friends I've got a red Barrel here alert dude I just split this huge Rock and right in here is a big one there it is the red Barrel or as we call it red barrels so after like seven or eight of these check it out there it is my first red Barrel it's pretty good size one too nice check that out that's a swapper red Burrell there it is please hi Frankston hit into not just one but two red barrels dang we might have to bust that off with a chisel you see it right there in the wall you want the little extractor no I need a Sizzle with the bus set off right back here there's one red Barrel and then there's the second right underneath the same wall so now he's got to try to figure out how to get those out but sizzles are in the wall they're in the wall very beautiful under the hammer check it out talk about getting out on Matrix oh look at that look at that are they both on the same Rock no it would be cool man it's got a little kicker on it right there on the Matrix on The Matrix another one oh getting my hands faking look at that right on The Matrix killing it out there he found another one another one all right so we gotta have at least three in this oh look at that throw that puppy in there see what we got here look at that nice one nice foreign [Music] check it out foreign [Applause] with topaz crystals [Applause] that I bet there's 50 topaz crystals in this basket here look at that all over wow foreign dug this whole three to four foot and we got out a few nice pieces there check it out this whole bag full Frankston found another piece here check that out on The Matrix really Jimmy and we don't mean Jiminy Cricket and Kendall has found at least 20 today oh yeah we've had about 10 and eight red barrels no we don't they're going for a record yeah let's see the magic case [Music] look at that oh the red Barrel they're in there I think that's my favorite all right look at this we've got a nice large topaz Crystal sanika walks in he's like you might want to if I would pull the camera out for this oh it's huge check that out large red Barrel [Music] nice [Applause] [Applause] all right tell me what you got uh I think I have red Barrel she has found a red Barrel where'd it go oh we lost it that's that it no yep yeah it's tiny and you can barely see it but that is it the red Burrell beryllium Tony has red Barrel growing underneath her nails check it out [Music] all right so she's got another one was that out of here no oh it was just sitting there another red Barrel right there check it out for sure I'm gonna lose it yeah we've got a hundred percent yeah man look at that beautiful shape clean it up a little bit here Frank is going at the wall here finding them look at Jeffrey [Music] how many you got today 30. all together we probably do it is time for me to head down this mountain y'all wish me luck because believe it or not that's the way right there uh yeah that is it um I'm a little bit nervous we'll see I made it down the mountain now let's check out all the finds from today look at all these topaz crystals you can see these are the high graded pieces with my two red barrels what check them out they are tiny but that's about the average size you're going to get for here but the beautiful topaz and sometimes no one found one all day but sometimes you can actually get a combination of red barrel and a topaz Crystal on the same piece wouldn't that be epic so there it is look at that just beautiful topaz crystals these are just kind of washed down that's about the best you can do for cleaning them the rest of that stuff won't come off it's just tiny bits of sand and Tiny druzy quartz crystals actually that nice natural hexagonal shape if you're interested in some of my finds check out the eBay page just Google search Ultra rocks eBay and
