what's up everybody welcome back to my channel my name is mello [Music] [Applause] now i've already seen the matrix trilogy i just wanted to go ahead and do these videos to get ready for the new matrix movie that is coming out this week and just wanted y'all to experience this journey with me again and just look at it through a new perspective you know an adult perspective because i saw this movie when i was a kid and i saw the whole trilogy when i was a kid but now that i'm seeing them as an adult and i'm seeing them with more knowledge when it comes to the filmmaking side acting side when it just comes to the knowledge of the world in general i know that i'm a pick up on a lot more things i'm probably going to enjoy the movie a whole lot more than i did and i'ma see the messages in this movie and just see why this movie is such a cultural classic oh i also got a couple questions for y'all which character is your favorite character in this matrix universe and also which matrix movie is your favorite i know the majority of people is going to say the first one but you know all film is subjective and everybody's different there's gonna be some people that say the second one is to me i feel like that's probably one of the most iconic theme songs in cinematic history yeah is everything in place you like him don't you you like watching him don't be ridiculous morpheus believes he is the one do you it doesn't matter what i believe dude with all these damn questions and stuff and his negativity like damn where's the support at my mom she loves the matrix movies there she go wonder what she was doing in that room to begin with oh i like how they shot that right there oh my goodness man who would have thought that opening action scene would turn out to be so iconic i was thinking about wearing some leather for the movie reaction stuff but i'll be really uncomfortable [Music] boy on her ass dude i'm liking the different shots that they take in with this intro already [Music] superhero landing yeah that's really hard on your knees this [ __ ] was badass he had the gun up too that that slow head tilt cool that was smooth trinity just get up get up dude i like that she did that you know sometimes you just gotta talk to yourself damn at one angle it looked like she wasn't gonna have enough time to make it she got out it doesn't matter the informant is real honor that's a nice shot i like that [Music] they killing it here with these transitions man i never seen any other wachowski's movies besides the matrix films wow i love how the matrix demo recreated this whole scene pretty much and it looked like it was right out of the movie the graphics looked amazing what the hell uh i've been terrified that's real freaky right there got the money two grand hold up this is an interesting setup a lot of the times i do wonder how this movie would have been if will smith would have took the part you ever have that feeling where you're not sure if you're awake or still dreaming look it just sounds to me like you know you need to unplug man man he bout to unplug all right i kind of want to go to a rave just want to experience that hello neo my name is trinity the trinity it's actually pretty impressive that they can hear each other you're looking for him it's the question that drives us [Music] what is the matrix oh i like how they put the clock alarm along with the music the time has come to make a choice mr anderson either you choose to be at your desk on time from this day forth or you choose to find yourself another job shoot no wonder he feeling and thinking the way he do with a zombie-like job he got [Music] perfect timing hello neo mafias i don't know if you're ready to see what i want to show you they're coming for you neo and i don't know what they're going to do man i'm just thinking about the dave chappelle skit it's just it's hilarious damn snitch damn i think it was close she the cubicle across from you is empty i wonder was this the wachowski's first movie or not i i forgot i mean if it was and you know that's like a blessing go now no way this is crazy there are two ways out of this building one is that scaffold the other is in their custody i wonder how is he talking to him as in like is he's in the matrix or is he in the real world communicating with neo i really don't know how you think he's gonna make it over there yeah i'll be terrified out of my mind too right there i am afraid of heights oh my god i just love transitions like that i i try to do stuff like that myself in my videos from time to time the cinematography here in this scene looks fantastic i just like the greenest shoe you can see on like the shadows and stuff in one life you're thomas a anderson program writer for a respectable software company and you help your landlady carry out her garbage the other life has lived in computers neo and are guilty of virtually every computer crime we have a law for every single computer crime that's crazy it's also crazy that it took you all this long to finally capture him how about i give you the finger and you give me my phone call what good is a phone call if you're unable to speak man i just really like the delivery [Music] yeah hopefully [Music] i actually had that neo action figure with his mouth like closing and stuff i don't know what happened to it goddamn what the hell is that oh so gross that supposed to be like some mind control thing or something or is it just a a tracker or something what the [ __ ] is that they talking about he's gonna help him if you want to or not so this line is tapped so i must be brief you see you may have spent the last few years looking for me but i've spent my entire life looking for you now do you still want to meet yes then go to the adam street bridge okay so the line is tapping you tell them the location to me that that's smart that's really smart morpheus yeah damn i just get in the car that's how you say hello for our protection from what from you please neo you have to trust me how you gonna say i have to trust you you got a gun in my damn face try and relax it's on the move oh my god these designs right here insane jesus christ nothing's real my god that was just disgusting i love when movies do this i imagine that right now you're feeling a bit like alice tumbling down the rabbit hole do you believe in fate no because i don't like the idea that i'm not in control of my life i always thought those are the coolest glasses i've ever seen the matrix is everywhere it is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth what truth that you are a slave neo like everyone else you were born into bondage preach man it's messed up it's all about power and money and [ __ ] and to keep people down so those same people that got those the power and the money can stay in the position at the end but i know they talking about something even more deeper than that too you take the blue pill the story ends you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe you take the red pill you stay in wonderland and i show you how deep the rabbit hole goes some nice dialogue right there man that's a hard choice though i like how they shot that the pill you took is part of a trace program it's designed to disrupt your input output carrier signal so we can pinpoint your location what does that mean it means buckle your seat belt dorothy because kansas is going bye-bye okay that was slick right there i wonder what gave them the inspiration for this movie though i also want to know what theories and stuff y'all have about if the matrix is real and stuff because i know a lot of people talk about how they feel the matrix is real but that would be crazy though did you have you ever had a dream neo that you were so sure was real uh all the time you were unable to wake from that dream how would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world i can't tell you how many times i've had dreams that end up being like deja vu and stuff and it's been happening a lot more frequently now tank we're going to need a signal soon is this part of the program lock i got him oh that was fire man oh my god it was so gross dude look like the silver surfer on crack but probably a mess oh [Music] no yo i know this dude's mind is racing like bro what the [ __ ] you ain't supposed to be up yo that look like that hurts it's definitely mind-blowing so i'm guessing that robot or whatever dropped him into some type of like trash or garbage thing for like the humans or whatever welcome to the real world especially with him he he was about to drown and stuff so am i dead far from it oh you've never been more alive man why am i certain you've never used them before [Music] that thing is just poking out morpheus what's happened to me what is this place more important than what is when and why you look like a jedi man i believe it's the year 1990 when in fact it's closer to 21.99 we honestly don't know it has to be somebody who knows what year it is what day it is this is apoc switch and cypher hi the ones you don't know tank and his big brother dozer the little one behind you is mouse of course you got to be all quiet and stuff behind me name fits perfectly so who was the first one ever to be unplugged man how did they become unplugged yo this dude just woke up from whatever y'all was doing and y'all instantly bring him to this whole simulation thing right here is the construct your appearance now is what we call residual self-image it is the mental projection of your digital self this isn't real what is real how do you define real that's real difficult to tell man welcome to the desert marveled at our own magnificence as we gave birth to a.i a singular consciousness that spawned an entire race of machines this is scary man cause that's what we kind of doing right now bro throughout human history we have been dependent on machines to survive fate it seems is not without a sense of irony this boy speaking facts man human body got the smartphone right here bruh the machines had found all the energy they would ever need watch them liquefy the dead so they could be fed intravenously to the living facing the pure horrifying precision i came to realize the obviousness of the truth yo i'm i'm feeling like i'm actually there bro my mind is going crazy i know this is just a movie but like damn bruh built to keep us under control in order to change a human being into this why why batteries what the [ __ ] [Music] that man is like in his early 30s or probably late 20s grew to learn this whole world and everything and thought it was real and then you just bring all this on them like that i feel like that's one of the reasons why the government hides so much and they don't want to tell us because they know that a lot of people react like that or even worse i feel i owe you an apology we never free a mind once it's reached a certain age the mind has trouble letting go when the matrix was first built there was a man born inside who had the ability to change whatever he wanted to remake the matrix as he saw fit the architect shoot then how he find that cheat code out man or did they program that into his like persona or whatever i don't know sure i appreciate that this movie is addressing a lot of the questions that i had earlier you don't have any holes nope me and my brother dozer were both 100 pure old fashioned homegrown human born free right here genuine child of zion oh that's cool to know supposed to start with these operation programs first that's major bar and [ __ ] let's do something a little more fun how about combat training oh jiu jitsu i'll hell yeah i love jiu jitsu i'm actually uh starting to learn jiu jitsu myself and mikey i think he likes it how about some more hell yes damn bro i wish it was just that easy to learn stuff i know kung fu show me oh that's badass and that's a yeah that whole sequence with him going up kicking and stuff that is badass okay got the fire music in the background see when i was little me and my brother or my cousin we used to try to recreate this whole fight scene he's smiling because he a hater i wanted to do this so bad when i was little bro but this [ __ ] was so hard to do [Music] you showing off man you didn't need to do that you're too fast do you believe that my being stronger or faster has anything to do with my muscles in this place i don't even know if that makes any sense morpheus fast jesus just your frame rate is trash you can't keep up come on stop trying to hit me and hit me okay oh man to me i feel like that's the best part of the movie to me free your mind [Music] whoa [Laughter] from my mind free my mind no problem right you're trying too hard and freeing your mind instead of freeing your mind i just love how they just showed us a little test i thought it wasn't real your mind makes it real if you're killed in the matrix you die here the body cannot live without the mind okay so if my mind thinks it's real then why can't i go into the matrix and get me some mcdonald's instead of y'all feeding me this slop right here that you're trying to feed i can go to panda express or chipotle chick-fil-a or something [Music] i love this song i got this song in my phone it's our enemy most of these people are not ready to be unplugged and many of them are so inert so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it okay dollar general jessica rabbit look again [Music] man why would you do that he's like yeah you need to pay attention bruh morphe has been speaking straight facts man they can move in and out of any software still hardwired to their system that means that anyone we haven't unplugged is potentially an agent men have emptied entire clips at them and hit nothing but air what are you trying to tell me that i can dodge bullets you won't have to yeah this boy morphy is showing him all the support i don't know why they haven't made more video games based off of the matrix than they have man i really hope that they make that ps5 demo into a full game bro and they just wasn't doing that to promote the movie emp aunt where are we [Music] these movies is sending us messages man making a certain level of ai and doing all this stuff with cyborgs and androids and all this stuff is not the way whoa neo you scared the bejesus out of me [Laughter] the newbie having some funny lines in this movie do you always look at it and coding well you have to you get used to it i i don't even see the code all i see is blonde brunette redhead that's crazy that you can actually read all that code and see the world why why didn't i take the blue pill i wonder what made you take the red pill then if you listen you probably didn't enjoy his life that's probably what it was so you're here to save the world i can actually uh feel for them and understand them being in a world where you know you get all these different women and you get the nice food and all this stuff and then you're here where you don't have none of that and then you'd be like i really don't even care after nine years you know what i realized ignorance is bliss so you know i was just talking about that and the next scene they show what i was talking about and get my body back in a power plant reinsert me into the matrix i'll get you what you want access codes to the zion mainframe no i told you i don't know them and get you the man who does morpheus hey that's as messed up as you're gonna betray this man but like i said i can understand you feel me he spent nine years in this place some people they just don't care they just got used to that way of living you know and they prefer that way of living i mean like what people do you know would choose to be poor after they was rich what person would choose to not have the smartphone after they have been accustomed to it most people they can't live without it also another thing i gotta say how the hell did he get into the matrix like don't you need to have somebody to monitor you don't you need somebody to hook you up then how do you get out so what did you think of her of who the woman in the red dress i designed her why well she doesn't talk very much but but if you like the meter i can arrange a much more personalized millionaire the digital pimp hard at work pay no attention to these hypocrites neo to deny our own impulses is to deny the very thing that makes us human ah i i kind of agree with that [Music] hey i see y'all looking fresh i like how she trying to stand out she get on the all white that's probably our odd dress i mean i don't know it gets dirty eat pretty easily even so is this the same oracle that made the uh prophecy yes and she knows what everything she would say she knows enough she is a guide so why does she choose to stay in the matrix then these are the other potentials you can wait here potentials at least like we in the projects of the gifted youngsters [Music] do not try and bend the spoon instead only try to realize the truth what truth there is no spoon you remind me of alfalfa from little rascals the movie so i guess try to bend myself or picture that i'm the spoon [Music] the oracle will see you now ali girl i'm over bending the spoon give me a minute be right with you you're the oracle bingo a lot of people say my grandmother looked like the oracle i know that they recast her i don't know if she passed away or they just like recasted her and don't worry about the days yo he definitely not the one with them whack ass reflexes that vase feels so damn slow i can see why she likes you who not too bright though you know what that means it's latin means no thyself being the one is just like being in love damn man i just started tearing up i mean just cuz i just started thinking about my grandmother because she really does resemble my grandmother you already know what i'm going to tell y'all i'm not the one sorry kid you're going to have to make a choice in the one hand you'll have more fierce's life and in the other hand you'll have your own that's a way to bring up the tension for the rest of the movie but i have a feeling she told him that he wasn't the one for you know him not to be thinking about it take a cookie i promise by the time you're done eating it you'll feel right as rain don't look at a poster of the girl you created man yeah lee bro why don't you just have her walk in the room damn you could at least give her a name deja vu what did you see what happened a black cat went past us and then another that looked just like it what is it a deja vu is usually a glitch in the matrix it happens when they change something shoot the video game is lagging bro wow y'all didn't notice the window was blocked off [Music] okay mouse i see you godly hey he went out like a g though i didn't know mouse had that in him oh that's what they changed we're trapped oh they covered up all the windows okay where are they are you talking like you run [ __ ] you ain't the main villain you don't even get a name oh i like how they shooting this hey that was a unique shot right there man i wonder how they did that turn the walls damn it bro [Music] i mean if we all jump his ass we can probably beat him that was a nice shot right betrayed him is because trinity didn't want to be with you ass ah god you're a weirdo man and there's some creepy dudes that's like that too a surprise [ __ ] if you would have told us the truth we hacking a computer all it takes is time well there has to be something that we can do we pull the plug kill morpheus we don't have any other choice hey man we basically lost the whole crew well if yes too but what you're talking about is suicide i mean obviously this man neo is the one but i'm just trying to find the right reason on why the oracle will tell him that he wasn't or maybe she like i said earlier maybe she saw that he was a little cocky and feeling himself and she told him that to like kind of humble him what are you doing i'm going with you no you're not i believe morpheus means more to me than he does to you and since i am the ranking officer on this ship if you don't like it i believe you can go to hell because you're not going anywhere else tank load us up see you got the strong leading woman that's what i'm talking about i'd like to share a revelation that i've had it came to me when i tried to classify your species every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment but you humans do not and multiply until every natural resource is consumed yeah yeah right about that i kind of don't like that they do that either lots of guns i hate this place i can taste your stink repulsive isn't it oh my god this scene is intense i must get free and in this mind is the key my key damn i know that boy morpheus is going through so much pain man he's trying to fight that thing off that is breaking down his mind oh here go this iconic scene oh [ __ ] i seen the clip where like keanu reeves was behind a column and he was trying to go around and he ended up slipping and falling that was hilarious i think that's like the only behind the scenes clip i've seen in this movie light in this damn room up yo the camera work on this scene is so damn impressive damn [Music] that boy neo still running down that same damn hallway god the slow-mo is fire oh [ __ ] it looks so natural when he did that too ah oh hell yeah that's like a poster shot right there and that whole kick and how he landed and stuff that got to be something that was probably in the trailers or whatever [Music] i think they're trying to save him nah we trying to get the keys to the car what the hell you think we doing here oh my god that is fire i guess that was a whole distraction thing [Music] damn trinity oh [ __ ] trinity looking badass and all that leather see you did a good job trying to dodge him though neo dodge this talking all that [ __ ] but you did how did you do that i've never seen anyone move that fast oh you know i'm just the limbo grand champion you feel me can you fly that thing not yet operator tank i need a pilot program for a b212 helicopter just like that she knows how to fly a helicopter yeah try to die these bullets fans come on there you go i mean isn't that serum like still in them though tell me all he needed was some water okay ah oh this is one hell of an action movie man yo do they really have some stunt men hanging from a oh helicopter scary man [Music] that shot is fire that is nice that's like a money shot right there i don't know how they came up with that that's crazy [Music] whoever composed the music for this movie man they did a great job do you believe it now trinity there's a difference between knowing the path and walking it's really cool how they have two different like color gradings for when they're in the matrix and when they're out of the matrix that dude hugo even know how to play a real compelling villain [Music] ah lee you homeless person man mind your business go to sleep or something [Music] damn esther anderson he's beginning to believe okay i'm trying to make this like a western right here let's see wow they really are making like every action scene better than the last really don't remember a lot of this stuff yeah take the glasses off bruh show me some respect yo let's get that man a power hitter [Applause] he taking them his too he eating them [ __ ] you cannot punch that man in the chest that [ __ ] don't phase him god lee bro what's so cool is it seem like they're doing their own stunts man [Music] yeah those badass with the know they really just switching into different people so if they switch from one person does that last person that they switch to turn back to their regular self or they just they're gone now damn and they knew where you were too so now you're facing threats on both sides [Music] damn how you knew he was going into that room oh come on man you unloaded the whole clip the oracle told me that i would fall in love and that that man the man that i loved would be the one so you see you can't be dead because i love you oh that's nice the power of love i don't know why you love him though now get up all right trinity i see you got the power no that boy said it's so smooth no [Applause] wow he can see all the code boy not even trying [Music] that man got full control now you had trinity right there why you had to go for nia well i guess they wanted to make sure they had the backup insurance plan and you know they couldn't kill them right there so we can kill them in the real world see i mean like i sent like five or six of them i could have got all of them at the same time i can feel you now i know that you're afraid i didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end i came here to tell you how it's going to begin i'm going to show them a world without you man they was trying to trace them but he knew that and he shut that [ __ ] down that boy looking clean too he can see the world for what it really is and he just taken it all in that iconic shot okay this movie is epic i'm glad that i saw this movie again and tried to understand everything that this movie was talking about i'ma be honest with y'all i didn't fully understand but that's just something that i have to research a lot myself and everything and probably i just i love the action in this movie i love the performances in this movie this is everything about this movie i can see how this film is a masterpiece i mean it's not a perfect film but it's worthy of being a classic and for a movie like this to end off a century that's something to celebrate right there okay everybody and that was the matrix this it was so good to watch this movie again with a better understanding of how a lot of things are and just how things are done through filmmaking and acting and all that i just ate this movie up i had a great time watching this movie i really hope that you enjoyed watching this movie with me and you enjoyed this video i feel like the performances were pretty good and i i know that everybody had good chemistry with each other and they had a great time filming this movie i know keanu reeves really loved making this movie the action itself is just beyond some of the greatest action i've seen in any movie just the way that the camera work was when it comes to the certain action scenes and just certain shots in general was well done like i said these are the only wachowski movies that i've seen i i don't know anything else that they worked on besides like jupiter ascending and i've heard that that's like one of the worst films ever made that's why i'm hoping that the fourth one is going to be good you know because everybody can have good and bad days you feel me not all of them are gonna be winners and i understand that they've been kind on a losing streak right now from what i've heard and stuff but i i just i have a good feeling that this movie right here is going to help them get back onto that right path i really like the certain themes and messages that they acknowledged here in this movie a lot of the dialogue was just fantastic to listen to and just everybody's deliberate when it comes to the dialogue was just great i mean this movie really had me thinking and i was immersed into the film y'all know me i get immersed into these movies because i grew up watching movies uh not a lot of movies but i grew up pretty much watching like action movies and romantic comedies and just comedies in general and i just i always get so invested into the story because i i watch these movies and this is one of the reasons why i chose to want to be an actor i just i watch these movies and i get so invested into the story and i picture myself being in this story i picture myself being the character and just thinking what i would do and the things i would say you see like these certain action scenes and all stuff and it just looks so fun and just for me to sit here and to look on the big screen and to see myself doing these certain action scenes i know it's going to be a dream come true the imagination i have in myself i see stuff like this and it
