the Lord so what did that mean it meant that everybody who had land was supposed to give a city or two to the Levites that's what he actually meant when he said that their portion is for that in the Lord it meant that those who had the official and we're supposed to give to them that was an exception and then also two and a half of the tribes were to occupy the West Bank or the west part of Judah which is not what we thought it was by you hear it in the news West Bank West but it was the the Jordan River is like it's here and on the west side of it is West is the left West Africa the left side of it is was for two and a half of the tribes so that was also an exception and then in addition to that there were exemptions for there was a cities were named as refuge cities these cities were in
