Was there a part of the quote missing? I didn't hear him say Apple is heavily speculated, but just that Berkshire is less speculated on than most stocks?
In the preceding moments of the video, he was making the point that buybacks are hard with Berkshire because of the difficulty of buying blocks in the market, so he was asking investors to call him if they had $20m in the stock to sell.
He has a throw away line a couple of seconds from the beginning...

The most striking part of this video is BRK stock was $221 and AAPL was at $301 which drives home what you state about speculation looking at the current stock prices for each equity.
