segment stupid criminal segment on the news our regular friday features once again social media appears to be the downfall of today's stupid criminal thanks to facebook a minnesota man who allegedly broke into a home was tracked down very easily here's the story police arrested this suspect nicholas wigg last week after they say he entered a home in south st paul minnesota the homeowner said the wig took cash credit cards and a watch but his undoing came when he used the homeowner's computer to log onto his facebook account oh my gosh we are not this dumb we can't be this dumb this is not possible to be that dumb it's not i will not believe this fool logged in like we really literally cannot tear ourselves away from social media even in the middle of a robbery bro you can't tear yourself away from social media fam let it go you can update your status when you're done oh this cannot be oh my gosh and he wanted to go to jail he must have been homeless he ain't have nowhere to go he wanted three hots and a cot that's what it was he left his profile up on the screen oh my god wig admitted to breaking into the home and taking the stolen items he's been charged with a felony if he's convicted he could face up to 10 years in prison proof i can't even laugh at that no more like that's so dumb it's not even funny man like fam bro you did yes you did but you didn't but yes wallet it was 50 bucks okay i had to replace all my ids i had gift cards in there my earpiece and a calculator i thought there was another piece in the mail okay we gonna let her finish there was no were like five police cars on the lot it was a robbery gone terribly wrong however russell wasn't aware of just how rough the going was for this criminal until he took a look at the surveillance video 35 year old allen sparks entered the store just before closing friday night but instead of leaving he stuck around he hid in the meat prepper if you were looking for somebody you would actually have to come over here and crawled under there at the scene after everyone had left sparks headed back into the store and made mistake number one when he first came out of the back room came out of the meat prep area he had turned one of the cameras he walked right up to it and turned it so i guess it wouldn't show him anymore of course it already showed him all the way through it from there as russell illustrates sparks grabbed this pink bag and headed behind the tobacco counter give him some cigars and just a little bit of everything toss papers loads it all the way full gets up and head straight to the back it was when sparks reach the back of the store at which point the criminal mastermind's plan went awry as soon as he goes out that door he sees the police to his left he makes a u-turn comes right back in throws the bag on the floor knocks over the barbecue grill and makes a mad dash to where i don't know because all the doors are locked it looks a lot like something straight out of a scooby doo cartoon [Music] with nowhere to go cops eventually caught cuffed and arrested sparks for what you ask almost 200 worth of rolling uh tobacco for cigarettes for knwa northwest arkansas news i'm jr davis well the home buyer tax this attempted robbery at a bank in a washington dc suburb went horribly wrong for the suspect on wednesday a security camera captured video of the man as he dropped a handful of cash inside the pnc bank in laurel maryland the camera also picked up his frantic attempts to pick up the cash tossing it into an open umbrella because he didn't have a bag his bad luck i feel my iq dropping watching this man i don't need to finish this bro i'm getting dumb and dumber by watching this by the minute man who plans a robbery but has nowhere to put the sun reported that 42 year old robert c williams was charged over the robbery in which twenty thousand dollars was taken from the bank a mug shot released by the laurel police department shows williams with a bandage on his head a man is in jail after he tried to order tacos from duncan police officers police say they were dispatched to duncan tacotico on highway 81 after a concerned employee said she thought there was something wrong with a couple of their drive-through customers 7 news reporter sylvia corkell found out why the employees were so concerned sylvia employees tell me they had problems understanding the couple through their order speaker box they said they could hear the couple out and clear but they couldn't understand their slurred and muffled speech if you want a good taco lori griffin says you can come to the taco tico where she works she says she sold thousands of tacos here but never a burger we could barely understand what they were saying i heard the woman asked for hamburger and french fries this is a taco place griffin says jimmy bradley came through the drive-thru with his wife but their speech was so slurred she asked them to pull up to the window i waited and waited and waited at the window and nobody ever pulled up and i looked out and they had both passed out in our driveway that's when griffin called police but before police got there griffin says the couple woke up woke up a little bit and started fist fighting each other before the the police got here and they both passed out again duncan police officer ronald corcoran responded to the call and tapped on bradley's window and then as i made contact with him i asked him sir what are you doing what's going on he'll try to order eight tacos from me corcoran says the couple [Laughter]
