I think this is educational and inspirational as Mr Buffet talks about the 'delighting customers' to succeed in business. RC talks about it as having been key to the success of Chewy and that it is his intention to do the same with GameStop. Personally, as a shareholder, I'm already delighted. I felt it so strongly when I attended the share holder meeting in Grapevine last June. Everyone there felt valued.
