well hello everyone thank you for clicking on this video I promise you if you're into manufactur modular homes you're not going to be disappointed right here with this house we are at Pratt homes here in Tyler Texas and we're going to be looking at this house today they've got a lot of models here we're going to be touring a lot of them uh to put on the channel so y all stay tuned but today we're going to be featuring this one now the sun's starting to come up a little bit over there let me Circle over here look at this I'm going to show you a little bit of the exterior then we're going to head in then stick around at the end I'll get into a lot of information stuff that'll be very resourceful for you let's step down here so this is going to be a h yeah triple section and I love this siding that you see on on this particular house I see it's on a lot of the homes here but man this is that Hardy smart Smartboard you know whatever you like to call it this stuff is durable long lasting and you can obviously get it in different colors so this is their show model right here you come in you pick out the model you love you customize it uh man you can do a lot of different things you can get these homes built modular manufactured uh they even have a lot of tiny houses I'll show you a little look at them when we get around there but they've got it going on we've got a back door there we've got our water faucet here and another door that door right there is actually a room by itself has that door it's pretty cool setup look forward to showing you that on the inside let's see if we got anything around the corner really nice roof pitch on this house yeah here's a tiny house I tell you what let's hop back up here and I'll shine I want to show you one little thing so this is was I looked outside this thing was like shooting up but anyways all right oh look at our flooring I want to show you the co the coat closet I apologize man you know when your sinuses are really bad it seems like you just can't get words out right and everything it's it's just one of those weeks but we're going to we're going to persevere all right here we go holy smokes y'all so when I was looking at their layout they got a map here of everything and uh said the king I was like man that sounds really familiar I feel like I've heard of that model and I remember and then one of the sales guys says yeah that's that purple house we used to have and if y'all remember the I toured it the last both times I came it was right over here a little piece and it was called the king as well well this is a version of that house but there is so many differences and so many upgrades and like newer like you can tell just looking in here look at the kitchen counter tots wait till we get to that main bath and stuff it is crazy but yeah I'm thinking like this area right here what do y'all what what could you see going right here what do you think it just looks like a a nice space that uh you could put something something uh y'all drop a comment y'all let me know I'm going to keep thinking about it let's Ease on to ease on into the living room we've got the wood burning fireplace we've got it right here in this corner looks great we've got the stone this is wood burning now you can always put you in some gas inserts or anything like that on these fireplaces I like our lights we have right right up there definitely got you a nice spot for a flat screen TV smart TV is what I would get in and I would make sure it has YouTube and I would definitely subscribe to Chances home World on there just saying now I have to get you a closeup of these countertops look at this I believe I think it's more than 2200t is what they was telling me I'll let you know with some text but yeah we've got a half bath right here fantastic all right so we've got a door right here that you can shut if you would like to and this comes into the utility room and there is the back door and then we have this half bath in here oh my goodness I hadn't been in here look these counter tis must be throughout this house is what I'm guessing overlaid on these really nice porin sinks I do like that faucet as well we've got a little bit of a backsplash around here furnace will be there is this going to be a water heater storage what is it going to be you guys nice storage closet look there's the panel that's where the water heater will be behind there washer and dryer and look at the amount of cabinets we have positioned in our laundry room Alexa Alexa does the laundry kayn think we we need to get us an Alexa o okay oh yeah look at you look at you you trying to hide trying to not be in the kitchen I see you that's a lazy Susan she getting lazier by the day but yeah same tops in here you got your main water cut off there lots of plugs and a sink okay come on out of there let's go down this way we ain't even looked at the dining area have we so I've noticed that with a lot of the homes I have here they're um they basically take a lot of the homes that I previously toured models and stuff and they've like really redesigned them kind of kept a lot of the same floor plan but redesigned them done a lot of different things I guess just really updated them a lot and put brand new model brand new versions of those models out here so if you haven't been here in a while you may need to ease on back start out with this bedroom so this is just going to kind of show you some of the build quality of this house this is a manufacture that I've toured a lot of over the years and they are one of the best in the business and when it comes to heavy Built Homes that's pretty much their their their deal oh my goodness at the size of this closet making sure this ain't the main bedroom I met on accident this is huge out of there next we'll go in this bath yep same top in here wow so this bedroom has a has a back door it's wild we've got the closet there let's step over here and see some of the some of the different features I'll there's a color card you can pause and screenshot any of this if if you want I'm trying to be too long here just kind of scan through here here's the quartz looks like maybe we got that in this house there's going to be a piece of it look at these Cadets I like that I'm always a huge fan of the white I do like this as well I'm not just crazy about the darker brown I like your lighter brown this is okay I'd say this or this would probably my top picks so this could definitely be something other than a bedroom with that door there let's go down check out the main bedroom and we'll be done I actually after the I'll hop behind the camera try to give you some information maybe I didn't cover here in the tour and you always drop a comment if you have a question I'll try to answer it the best I possibly can or hopefully somebody get on there can help me out and answer it as well let's go back here see what we got in this main bedroom first thing I've noticed I'm noticing are these nice beams that we have two sets of those huge king bed and you can tell lots of space on each side now what in the world is going on so we got multiple closets in here we'll start out with this one you have these sliding doors right here you can shut if you would like to and then it's like you come in through here we have a door and what all is going on so we've got this area they got a coffee station you can set up a lot of things this could be a nice little area for like putting makeup on and stuff I'm thinking for ladies put your chair put you nice mirror there cabinet doors up above same tops as well and then I mean they got the chair they got the okay I see this is for the and look what I was just talking about there it is oh this is for the fellas cuz you all know I talked about it a bunch you're going to fellas if you're watching right now and you're not married and you've got a a girlfriend or you're engaged and you're like I have no idea what he's talking about hear me out you will need a place to sit once y'all get say you're going out to eat that night you're going to need a place to sit and take some time because she's not going to be ready when you are you just and I know what you're thinking you're like oh I'm going to fix all that you're not going to fix it you're not going to fix it look I tried to take that route I had to learn the hard way now what I do well I have kids and so there's always something to do but I'm saying if you're just getting married you ain't got any kids you're going to need your SP TV always help smartphone something something where you can pull up chance it's home world and I think you'll be all right but you need to go ahead and just establish that in yourself that that's just the way it's going to be and accept it anyways huge area god let's get into the main bath today is a good day for a good day okay holy Jimmy Cricket so check this out so this is I've seen a lot of these on TV I've never seen one in person so this is like for people as they get a little bit older you know it's hard to climb over in a tub you got this door right here you got all these Jets you got a bedet never seen one of them I mean I've heard about them look at all this now obviously I'm sure you could option in a regular tub right here if you would like that again we have this and you may not even need a tub you may want to put something else over here but look at the size of this shower I know I'm all over the place I'm just getting carried away wow this one's a true Contender I'm telling you I'm just sitting here thinking I'm like somebody that's really watching these videos looking for a house you're over here in the Texas area or I mean heck anywhere that carries deer valleys um you're like hey I'm looking I'm looking for a permanent house for the rest of my good old days this one this one is a true Contender it's it's a total package y'all stick around I'll try to I'll have information on this house the king and try to help you out some there far as Dimension size and all that it is at Pratt holes and what I've G so I'm going to pop the floor plan up again and basically this show model was kind of customized and so I don't have the actual floor plan um from this house but from looking at it as you can see that very back half if you look it's almost like three SE 3 15t sections okay that back one's going to be about I'm guessing about 8T longer than what we have here on the floor plan because if you look at both sides that room on the ends longer plus we've got the half bath there and so I would say that back section is going to be pushing right there about 70 foot um so roughly the square footage on this one's going to be closer to 2400 you could for sure get the house just like the show model there you could also get the house just like the actual floor plan that I've got popped up so keep all that in mind as well um they took I was going to say they took the king to the next level but what do you call that they took I don't know I don't I don't have anything wow I'm speechless that's a little unusual okay the videos come out Tuesday estimated pricing on a house like this y'all know there's so many options so many things where you can spend more money or you can save money depending on what you go with far as roof pitch countertops um the you know which model so many things okay where you're located state code State fees all that okay however they did provide me a estimated range at the time of recording so just uh
