Walk-Through of Whitney, Texas Estate Sale on December 28, 29 & 30, 2023

I'm going to do a walkth through with you on the house for our last sale for 2023 which will be next weekend December 28 29 and 30 all the information about times and location are on the website www.3 sisters.com under upcoming sales walking in the back door because people have told me they like to see it from the entrance that they'll be using for the sale that way they know where to go for items that they may want to purchase if you're into monkeys we have monkeys some interesting things on this table in the kitchen and some cast iron on the floor everybody loves chickens well okay not everybody appliances go back over this table now this is in the kitchen but it is leather chaps Spurs these are vintage ball jars in case you didn't get any at our last Clifton sale where we had so many okay going to go over to the dining room area this two has some interesting things some Bells we'll know when you're messing around with these during the sale for sure this is interesting the wood on this one is marked from Jerusalem a nice furniture in China give you more of a closeup of what's on the shelves other glasswar there is a nice Carnival bowl at the end of this table that's pretty corner display shelf the ancestry here did have some Asian influence so you will see that throughout the home more China and a beautiful wicker display have some very pretty Linens when I did want to show you set of Pyrex bowls and these are in mint condition so if you're interested in anything this direction you would come out of the kitchen and take a left into what we call the Asian room there is a nice leather sofa and there are several nice antique clocks the artwork this desk is open so that you can see the inside another mantle clock nice fireplace screen and again items with the Asian influence these chairs are very pretty and the green lamp on the table actually is a pair the match to it is on table at the other the side of the room there are lots of pretty decorative pieces in this house but you'll know how to get here little doggy door stop now this we call the Christmas linen room so you would come directly out of the living room to this room some provential furniture like I had when I was in high school in 1970 and I loved it there's a full length mirror lots of Christmasy items and in this corner also now you know in my stove photos I will give you closeups of things some nice vintage quilts now coming back into the living room you would head back toward the kitchen again some other clocks we show you the interesting things on this table but you would come out of the kitchen and not turn left to the living room and you would go straight for the items in the office I'm going to give you a wide shot of this dresser then I will show you how special it is it has the lift top in the top drawer and in the bottom drawer it's a Cedar Chest there are books to see magazines office equipment baskets Decor vanity with mirror some other Asian inspired clothing you will see more of that in the closet also this room has clothing sewing artwork another chest of drawers perfume bottles some vintage hats this one I would like to see someone model at the [Music] sale lots of sewing items clothing and what I would call the cutest size of a wardrobe I really like that piece there's a another sewing machine in cabinet Linens scarves and a bathroom that is full of things to sa vintage and newer items and again some other Asian inspired clothing now we will go outside to see the things that are in the yard and in the garage where Benjamin will be on the days of the sale I'll do a quick walk through for you of the outdoor area this will be behind the house and that is the door at the back of the house where you will be using to enter for the sale you can see some pots in fact there is one on each side of the door right then there are items in the yard large Terra cot got a pot other pot they had things in a potting shed back behind the house when we brought a lot of those items up here the noise you hear in the background the neighbors are getting new gutters on their house this morning so you will know what the noise is there's a tree stump and Benjamin put that over the tree stump because he thought me falling down on the video would be too amusing big wheels oh this is going to be included in the sail isn't that a nice big [Music] Bell nice trailer from Tractor Supply there's some ladders my husband has a collection of ladders we won't even go into that some gardening tools and then this is the garage area Benjamin will be out here so you can dig and see what you can find and talk to Benjamin about it for those of you don't get enough Sun there is a suntanning bed out here and there's a secondary area that I would just stick my camera in and it will be okay you'll be allowed to look see if you can find anything of Interest we have some fun things planned for 20124 so we'll get to see you next week and be able to help you through this sale we'll be taking the month of January off to catch up on personal things and then we have a full schedule for next year we've appreciated all of you thank you
