hey all today i'll be showing how to use the radial puppet in avatar 3.0 as a way of toggling objects on your avatar this can be used as a way of cycling between different outfits or props [Music] to get started create a new float parameter in your expression parameters i'll just name mine shape duplicate your avatar and create a new animation [Music] add in all is active keyframes for the objects you want to toggle have them all disabled on the first keyframe on the keyframes that follow have one enabled and the rest disabled on the last keyframe have them all disabled it should look something like this enter your fx controller create a new layer and set its weight to one in the parameters tab add in the float parameter you made earlier make sure it's typed to the exact same create a new blend tree in the inspector settings for the blend tree check the box next normalize time and select your float parameter enter the blend tree add a new motion field and insert the animation you made make sure you have the right parameter selected here in your vrc expressions menu add a new control set its type to radial puppet and set the parameter rotation to your float parameter make sure your expressions menu and expression parameters are applied to your avatar's avatar descriptor then go ahead and upload you should now be able to cycle through objects on your avatar
