VOLVO EC380EL: 'Self-unload' in Sudbury, ON

[Music] ugh [Music] [Music] so so [Music] so uh [Applause] yeah this is sadbury sadbury ontario about 400 clicks north of toronto this was a very long trip i'm telling you and i had to reposition the stick once i had to stop for like half an hour and do that because like these pots over here were coming too close to my trailer like there was only you know after you load slowly this thing starts moving and so what i did i put extra extra one inch board and i was still i was still legal height something is this machine is definitely smaller than the one i did in march okay see like at first i only had this this big block and it was getting too low so i did this one and i put this rubber check this out it just destroyed that rubber in there all right so now we're gonna i didn't want to record with the head cam but the guy came out and i see they're very laid back over here i said i get unloaded and so they can pocket over there i see where another one the other one was they have a similar one and this guy says i don't know why they keep bringing this big excavators over here i said what do you mean and he says well they will be he said what happens is that they're sitting over here for a year info mode where's the um like it's so annoying you know like when you start it and these guys leave the they leave the ac on and i can never find the controls you know it's blowing right in my in my head but i don't see i don't see where the controls are what is this this is your windshield wipers probably somewhere here that's your radio son of a okay that's your selector auto okay there we go it's like not easy to find over here all right so hydraulics up and what do we have here for for rpm oh i think this one is all uh automatic it should be automatic yeah oh there we go [Music] [Music] all right at least now unloading should be easier because now it's pushing to go forward all right so i think it's time for a traditional russian song what do you guys think [Music] [Music] um so [Music] my so so so foreign so foreign [Applause] so [Applause] [Applause] [Music] okay ah [Applause] i'm trying to do it the same way they did it on that excavator but this stick looks much bigger i think the bucket is bigger as well right that's it so now all i gotta do is just sign my paperwork but i think the guy will need to check it because there's some stuff in here inside but yeah once i left the door open and they were screaming at me you know where did you leave the door open well i thought maybe you want to check the machine you know yeah i see that one or maybe the simulator the lady came out now she went back in to make copies of some of my paperwork that i cannot leave her but now you can see like my machine in the front is much taller that's the one i just uh parked right and turns out is because that one is 350 dc 350 el this is ec380 so that one is kind of like probably like cat 336 um this is much bigger so if the tracks are bigger the cab look the same but the tracks are bigger and probably the frame is slightly beefed up but definitely the stick the the stick is longer on mine but maybe the boom is the same i don't know but that's definitely a smaller next in size down from mine i would love to have that one because i would save a bunch of money on fuel and permits but this one is yeah it's pretty big pretty heavy i'm glad i'm glad it's delivered and finally i can go back home and by the way i'm not gonna stay home for too long because i already booked another load i'm loading friday in woodstock ontario with one of those tile tile layers like a big dozer and i'll be going to minnesota all right
