[Music] [Music] [Music] hi everyone and welcome to a virtual event presentation today everyone is asking one question how can were chill events be done it's a new term so yes it is difficult to visualize the outcome most of us have been attending webinars from the last three months but is that it is that the best that can be done since we all have been doing on ground events understanding the potential of virtual events could be a question mark but not to us at creative Factory and we would like to take this opportunity to show you our vision a vision that extends far beyond the usual so welcome to our virtual world and let me clarify this is not a platform because with us there is no limitation of an experience we believe the situation we are in today with the help of technology we should be moving forward and not backwards over the last seven years we are creative Factory have produced several visual experiences for you and now our endeavour is to make the virtual events as exciting and interactive as the on ground events with our talented team we have produced the workflow to not only make your event look visually appealing but also adding value by reaching to a far bigger audience than ever before so let's talk about what all is possible in this presentation today we will take you through all the key aspects of an event to begin with the environment now we do not have to stick to one set or ambience within one event we can create multiple environments that complement its theme like how we did just now we have complete control over every surface in this environment so any information can be shown anywhere for example I can use the two giant walls behind me to show the speaker profiles and I can also use them to launch a logo or any other information there is absolutely no limit to what can be done to achieve all of this we combine various techniques of green screen shoot with multiple cameras both static and moving that works for both pre shoot or life scenario a production design allows us to stream the show live to you without a glitch in case you're thinking that a chroma shoot facility is available only in one location well the good news is that we can do the shoot in all major cities in India as well as countries like UAE Oman and South Africa at the moment and it can be streamed live from these locations as well in fact a production design does not need the speaker or presenter to come to the studio it is portable so the setup can be done at your home office or factory making it comfortable and safe moving on from Europe let's talk about the other elements of the show the first thought that comes to mind is product launch one of the most required solutions in today's time every brand wants and deserves the launch that not only creates a buzz but is also infinitive enough to make the customer understand the product for you we have created a short version of it today take a look at the sky launch demo and I will join you back in a bit lights out [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] wasn't this exciting for this demo we have used a virtual car but it can be done with a real one also and not just automobile we can design the launch of any product in a unique way our creative team takes your brief and conceptualizes new ideas that complements your product based on the brief we design not just the creative aspect but also plan the production for shoot our team personally supervises and directs issued in short no headache for you at home to help you understand your show at the design stage we storyboard the entire show and also provide color designs for the reference of the final product making sure if you see your show even before it comes to life the next key element is the presentation we all know how important that is and with our creators the presentations will not be the same as before we make them immersive to let your message reach out to your audience in a much more exciting manner with our format you can still control your presentations with a click out like you do at an on-ground to end for example I'm going to trigger these two slides using the clicker in my hand so this was a quick look at how you can make immersive environments to product launches and presentations now let's move to another crucial requirement the interactivity with the audience we are talking about the guests sitting online who would want to interact or ask questions to the presenter the audience interactivity scenario we have developed let's here do a live conversation with both chat and video with anyone you wish to let's show you how it works so I'm going to invite someone who doesn't need any introduction he is a technical director and is the behind designing the entire framework of live interaction you are witnessing at this very moment mr. hwijae is a bloke a hi Nisha how are you so mr. Vijay please share your thoughts on how effective and effortless this experience is going to be for the guests and also what more can we expect so hey guys first of all welcome to this beautiful amazing demo we are having of these words of the virtual world right now and everything that you're seeing right now is completely live as you saw in this demo the creative aspects of a virtual world the sky's the limit in there be it a full virtual event or a hybrid event or with a live audience in it this event is completely life that is the power of a creative tech design you know we've been discussing over the last couple of months about how we want to build a solution which helps our clients who are so used to the on ground sensibilities of an event and to merge them with of virtual solutions to give a comfort factor to a client so that they have a one-stop solution so we built this amazing back-end solution using existing technologies which people are familiar with where we can have live interactions with people from remote locations they can see the event on any platform of their choice and the best part is people can interact with each other within the virtual space so be it like a top management doing a town hall or a product launch or a press conference people can also interact with each other who are at virtual locations and still be a part of the virtual world the number of people watching it is practically infinite it just depends upon the platform we are going to use to broadcast so the power of interactivity with people from remote locations along with our superior tech capability and multicam setups and everything is what makes this really happen thanks so much for having me guys and hope to see y'all soon thank you so much and we will see you very soon so this was a scenario with one guest we can do an interaction between a large number of guests at the same time let me quickly show you how it works during a live interaction based the flow of the Q&E we create a lineup of the guests and on just a click we can make the particular guests appear in the virtual environment for interaction to make it comfortable for the presenter monitors are kept in front of them to see who they are talking with to show you a live interaction with multiple guests I will now invite two of our special guests mr. Bieber Khandelwal founder and creative director of creative factory and mr. cotton Afonso co-founder and executive director creative factory meddlings hello to both of you and thank you so much for joining us here today I'm sure - Misha thanks thanks for having us my first question is to you before please share with us how did you come up with the idea of creating this kind of a virtual experience yes well you know that from last three months the situation that we have everywhere and we all are from the live event industry and now we don't know when that will start so when we were looking for a solution to provide to our clients for doing events online I mean instead of haphazardly going in creating something which does not live by the quality that we have been providing so far we thought why not just first go and understand you know that why do people even attend events so the first three things that came into our mind was the experience second it was the engagement and Thoreau's the communication like these are the three key factors you know why people or our guests or our audiences attend events for these three reasons so we thought that even though if it is virtual but we should not move away and take away this experience at the same time also provide the similar flexibility and similar comfort for our clients and our guests who who kind of you know come in execute a virtual event so that's why we created this kind of a scenario this kind of environment this kind of a facility where our creatives are still intact you can still design a grand show you can still design a massive 270 degree or 36 in a screen show based on the need because earlier we were restricted because on him kind of all ran you all room you wouldn't get that kind of a height for example or physical size not available but now virtual environment gives us tremendous opportunity and you know I'm sure everybody is seen by now what we have done so that was a part where we thought his creatives also must be open and people and our you know guests should get more options second was a production part we also thought that we can't make it complicated I mean even though it's virtual events even though we're talking green screen or even here we understand the limitation of people any people still are in lockdown and can't come out so how we make the production process very very easier so that's why we have partnerships with so many places in India and around the world we have the option of going at home and shoot within the production if in the studio like how you are right now there is every facility provided you do not feel that oh you don't have real audience in front of you so we thought of you know all those aspects including convenience and comfort and that's why we created this service for our clients where you can still create immersive environments so this was the idea and over the last one and a half months we all at fader factory you have to forget a lot of effort to produce this this gives you options of you know designing your event the way you want so I'm really happy that it has come to life finally and I hope that now people will find it moving in a comfortable and we will start you know producing some cash shows thank you so much mr.
