three weeks before the 2019 Arnold Classic to MHP athletes one a former Arnold Classic winner and the legend of bodybuilding and the other a young contender in the midst of a career transformation meet at iron bound Fitness in Newark New Jersey for a shoulder trading session though both athletes are clearly in the throes of low-carb contests dieting and dragging a bit they bring as much dealing with a gashed finger today the result of breaking a glass while washing dishes right before this video session unsurprisingly Victor no stranger to hardship presses on with a makeshift bandage holding his finger together Victor will sub for Oscar today helping guide Akeem toward a workout style that will produce the best effect on the Arnold stage despite the fact that Victor's himself will be competing there as well you guys see Hakeem or garlic pizza definitely pleasing watching work out because it's form and my thing is when I watch somebody training up crazy about form and steady and
