Welcome to my channel. We'll be making a delicious Yemeni vegetable dish. Zucchini (350 grams). Carrots (180 grams). Bell peppers (250 grams). Onion (150 grams). Eggplant (500 grams). Potatoes (500 grams). Tomatoes (200 grams). Olive oil. Salt. Black pepper. Onion powder. Garlic powder. Cumin. Paprika. Preheated oven. Oven temperature, 350°f, 180°c. Roast the vegetables for about 40 minutes. Vegetable oil. Onion (200 grams). Five cloves of garlic (20 grams). Hot peppers (optional). Two tbsps of tomato paste (40 grams). Two tomatoes (350 grams). One tsp each of cumin, coriander, and paprika, and half a tsp each of black pepper and turmeric. Salt. One tsp of vegetable bouillon. Half a cup of water. One cup of sweet peas. Salt. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the roasted vegetables from the oven. Add it to the sauce. Put it back in the oven using the same oven settings for another 15 minutes. Fresh coriander.
