40 minutes ago I told myself I'll just watch a couple.
Man, the way Dave goes nuts at McGwire's homerun off of the Big Unit at ~38:15.
Even when something good happened for the opposing team, he really knew how to call special moments
You might want to put a trigger warning in that for Astro's fans. That first clip...
I think I have a mancrush on Giancarlo Mike Stanton
That's what I loved about watching Bonds. Even though there's a clip of Nelson Cruz hitting a HR about a foot in difference to his, Bonds' swing was so fine-tuned and perfect that it looks like he isn't even swinging that hard. And simultaneously it looks like he's massacring the ball because of how perfectly he squares it up. Just a thing of absolute beauty.
How is the Trumbo one 471'? Wasn't very far over the 387' wall
I still can't believe that Bonds homer in NY was only 480'. I know that the RF fence is short, but he hit it halfway up the 3rd deck!
TIL Mark Trumbo hits baseballs further than I thought he did.
Thanks for filling the void of the off season. Fun watch.
