Unknown USB Device Device Descriptor Request Failed | Fix

So, if you're struggling to connect your USB  device to your computer and doesn't detect and   doesn't work you need to go to start right click  there and then select device manager and click   on universal serial bus controllers if you don't  see the unknowns what you should do is to click   on view and click on show hidden devices and then  once you do that you will see a lot of grey items   these grey items means that these ports have  been used before and they have been registered   in the registry editor of windows and they are not  connected at the moment to your computer and those   take a place in the memory of your computer  which might not allow for the new devices to   be connected to fix the problem you need to go to  this website and download this program called USB   oblivion download it then you go to the download  folder you can extract it to a folder then open   the folder there are two programs one is for  32-bit windows and one is for 64. I guess   everybody got 64 nowadays and there is a readme  if you double click on this we run it and then   you can do a real clean but for the demonstration  of this video i will just run it to stimulate   what it can clean also it is recommended to close  windows explorer and reboot in your case you need   to keep them checked and also keep do real clean  check for this demonstration I uncheck them   and I click on stimulate and it finds a lot  of keys that it can remove from the registry   editor for them to remove don't forget you need  to check on do real clean and also it saves a   backup registry file and once you have done  that then try to connect the USB device again   to your computer and see whether that works if it  helps you please put that in the comments below
