Unhandled Exception Error CELA Connect Software

some patrons when trying to load books onto their device have been receiving this error message that says unhandled exception has occurred in your application and when you try to click continue nothing happens so here's a way to possibly fix it you're going to go into your search bar in your task bar and type in control to find the control panel once the control panel pops up you're going to click on the icon you're going to click onto programs that brings you to a new screen and under the first heading programs and features you're going to look for turn windows features on or off there's a little shield icon next to it so you want to click on that and that opens a window that says turn windows features on or off the first feature says net framework 3.5 and you're going to either select it or deselect it depending on whether it's selected or deselected and then click on ok a new window is going to say windows needs files from windows update to finish installing some features and you're going to click on let windows update download the files for you which is the first option so click on that and then a little green bar is going to pop up and it's going to start filling to show the progress that it's downloading the files that you need so you're going to wait for that bar to finish filling up once the bar is completely green and the download is finished it will switch to a different message that says applying changes we're once again going to wait for that bar to fill up then the message will say windows completed the requested changes and you're going to close the window and close down any applications that you have open and you're going to go to your start menu and restart your computer and that should hopefully fix it
