hey what's up guys today on this video I will show you how we can fix online software exception error whenever you try to open any application for that first you have to go to settings so click on the start menu here and click on settings here you can see update and security so click on this now here on the left side you can see trouble suit click on trouble to now here is crawl down a little bit and you can see program compatibility troubleshooter select this option and here click on run the troubleshooter so you will see windows like this so if you can see the program that you are trying to open here you can select that program and click on next or if you don't see the program that you are trying trying to launch then click on not listed and click on next and then you can browse the application that you are trying to launch and you can you have to select that application so for now to show you I will just select one of the application that is available here so I will select Google Chrome so you have to select the application which you are having trouble launching and click on next so on this window you have to select this tri recommended settings after that click on test the program and make sure that you are able to launch the program and if you can launch the program then you can click on next so if you are able to launch the program then you have to select this option yes save these settings for this program or if that did work for you select this second option from here and follow the steps accordingly so for now I'm going to close this so if it didn't work for you you can click on this and you can have this select one of these options here and this window will help you to travel through the program
