Unbreakable Thwomps + Sticky Beetles + Midair Jumps = UNO MAS MADNESS

hello my friends and welcome back to another uno moss episode of the series where we are looking at weird wacky and wonderful things within mario maker 2. again and as always for those that don't know una mas levels are typically short levels showcasing things that probably were not intended to be in this game let's go ahead and check some of these out the first uno mas level of the day is called uno mas just don't jump by drake and here wait okay what [Music] i failed i get that okay maybe there's a hint in here as to yeah i'll take a hint [Music] oh you have to be under the pal block when uh huh okay i think i i think i get it i think i understand so we need a time when when we get the power up with [Music] i'll but okay hold on got it what did i do though uh that took a long time for me to figure out can we see that in slow motion yeah i still really don't understand next up we're gonna look at wind waker in your sails by exclamation point i'm assuming this is some sort of link okay what do we have here [Music] oh what [Music] do what what do i got do what do i whoa what am i doing here i'm guessing i need to like ground pound cancel right like that [Music] oh that's tricky maybe i gotta do it got it you had to do it more than once that is wild like that should not man level creators don't put that in your kaiser levels that that's ridiculous next up we have another one by drake this one's called just hop in oh so we have to [Music] oh man so we can't jump and then land to beat the level so we gotta figure out a way to get in the dry bowls and jump out like on the same frame can i get a hint up in here or not no hint okay see this is one i wouldn't think is possible obviously it is and we have to figure out how to make it possible like because as soon as you land as soon as you get the bone suck uh you lose the clear condition and it's it's all over let's test it if i just jump and land yeah you lose the clear condition as soon as you land in the dryable so that that it's definitely more complicated than that got it again i have no idea slow motion please because i do not know what just happened [Music] got another one by drake this one's called instant coins this unimos has a clear condition where we have to grab 10 coins there's is there 10 blocks one two three four five six seven eight ten blocks did you see that are you guys seeing this look closely at the blocks there's a parachute attached to the coins [Music] whoa that is weird i don't think i've ever seen that before that's really heck and strange how that works yet another one by drake this one is called the only way is up says reach the goal after defeating at least two piranha plants [Music] oh oh so literally whoa whoa okay well i failed i failed very badly so basically we just need to wait at the start just look at the weird patterns i wasn't even noticing how the piranha plant are slowly being lifted up into the other not going down they're only going up which hence the name of the level but it's weird that they don't go down they do go up however very strange now we have one by sadie called note block no clip what do i what do i want to do i'm assuming i need to get in here right and that that's where the the challenge comes in is is getting in here [Music] oh we're in we made it let's go so you just have to time it right it's it doesn't it honestly didn't feel like you could make it in there there it must be a very precise trick though like couple frame window of fitting in that small gap next up we have one from no name bro called get a grip right here we go [Music] okay so that activates when you get grabbed by this claw you can't jump otherwise it activates um a hidden block how about if we no how do i wanna do this then oh you gotta like make it kind of suck up a little bit i don't know a better technical term than suck up i i don't know then we have this one okay that one activates the hidden block right away what if i duck ah if you duck it does not activate the hidden block but if you stand straight up it does okay to win wait but now i can't oh there we go to win one must duck next up is spin to win version 2.9 by s101 i think this is the same level i played but there's been some slight improvements so let's let's just check it out really quickly for those that have may have missed it the first time this has some really cool stuff uh that you're gonna notice with spinning with the cape like you just go through everything like right now we're going through the conveyor belt we're going to go through a p-switch block [Music] oh no i think i just ruined it and then if you duck yeah yeah yep oh wait oh right right right yep and then you duck again okay wait [Music] and then we do this [Music] there we go oh no oh there's the cape and then this is my favorite one right here we're gonna go through the bottom of the axe like you touch the axe through the unpenetrable base only we penetrated it now we have another one from no name bro called screeching to a halt so we're gonna jump [Music] that was wait why did that stop hold on hold on hold on so why did that big buzzy beetle stop what if i just do this see it doesn't stop unless you do a full jump it doesn't stop you but by going in holding jump it just stops [Music] it's like it puts the brakes on for no reason just i don't understand next up we have midair jump by mgu roadkill this is a one frame trick oh goodness this should go well roadkill is known for making some crazy did we just do that first try why dude it's it's so me like a really hard trick i can do it first try now if i would try this again right after this which i'm going to do i won't be able to do it for the next 25 30 attempts but anyways roadkill is known for making very crazy hard uno moss levels that are really cool if you can pull them off see i did i can't i didn't get it the next time oh we got it that time okay so that's not too bad not too bad we got it two out of three times there's another one by roadkill this one's propeller spin stop we have to reach the goal as propeller mario but so we have to figure out a way to [Music] oh there we go we got it see it seems like ducking was the key there by ducking and then jumping and then pressing it at the right time you're able to conserve the propeller helmet thus beating the level now we're gonna look at clippy enemies made by shy guy this is showing what enemies can clip through the one ways i'm guessing these are all enemies or setups at least that don't let the enemies clip through the one way with the nope okay except for well bowser jr still hasn't clipped okay let's go through the door [Music] [Laughter] that was oh yeah that was strange we have another one by shy guy this one is called funny skip squeak reach the goal after defeating two skip squeaks well let's get a better view this time i think we'll just chill here i think the skip squeaks that was sweet let's look at this one more time this time i am going to stay underneath them oh that's not what i meant to do that was really that was really strange the very first time they were like running into each other in midair it was very very strange they wow next up invincible thwomp 3d world again by shy guy all right so we have [Laughter] why did that not kill why did that not kill the thwomp why did the on off blocks not kill with wall obviously it's something with this setup at the very beginning but yeah that that is pretty dang ridiculous looking the swamp is just completely frozen and uh unable to do anything so yeah it's definitely something with the setup and there you can see him with the red face hi wait is it free now nope still still stuck we have another one by shy guy this is turning into the shy guy show odd blue blocks super mario brothers so the next several levels are going to be a series of looking at the odd blue blocks that are at the top of the screen so you'll notice so you'll notice up at the very top the blue blocks that you uh don't typically see but by using this setup you can see them here's what they look like in mario brothers three look very similar to the smv one style blocks and again all of these are uh made by shy guy here's what they look like in super mario world look a little bit different in super mario world they're much a darker blue than in the smb1 and smb3 forms and finally what they look like in new soup style as you can see very dark blue very similar in color to the super mario world there must not be this must not be possible or these blocks must not be prevalent or at least be able to be seen in the 3d world style just i i don't think anyways i haven't seen them now we're going to look at double uno moss pipe tricks made by chase [Music] very uh intriguing [Music] i didn't mean to do that all right not wait what [Music] what the heck is this level maybe i did mean you can't go in the pipes that is this what is this showing me is this some is this showing me something so advanced something never before seen something so unique and we don't even know how to do the uno mas una mas have come so far they've become sentient we don't even know how to do them anymore because they're so complex now we've won by dom de bomb through the flagpole devex sits up here but we don't want the stinking dev exit we want to see the uno mas magic oh baby okay we've seen this one many times but you know what it's been a while it's been a hot minute as the kid's saying since i've seen it so let's just let's just enjoy this at least we got the checkpoint so wait what happens if i time this and try to grab this oh man i'm trying to time it so that i grab the flagpole right as the on off gets hit i'll see what happens that worked wow that was actually kind of cool that worked the spring went right through us did you see that almost impossible by milk is up next are you after grabbing at least two coins what whoa how did we get that oh i get it i get it again so what's going on is we hit the p switch we want to be in the middle just take some time and we want to be mashing because what's gonna happen right at the last second when the p-switch goes off i didn't time it right we're gonna get the top two coins because we're hitting the bottom boxes and it's grabbing the top two coins on like the last frame that the boxes are solid got em got em both you saw that right as the uh p-switch was running out we got one last hit on the uh bottom boxes before they turned into coins and that let us grab the top two coins very cool now we're gonna look at sticky beetle by d2 hi hey guys we're just going in the pipe [Music] whoa [Music] whoa now this is something i have never seen before at all friends um what do i want to do do i want to throw this up okay there we go this is kind of like the moonwalking boom boom in a way but instead oh and then if you jump you can dislodge it and then it's free to fly again that's nuts i've not seen that before very very very very cool unimos just hit the bomb by a pupple is up next so by using wait hold on spring's kind of thrown off the awesome song but so what what am i my super balls how do i want to do this we got to figure out a way to somehow get the super ball to explode the bomb but every time it's getting stuck in the top spring oh what what somehow we got it through there now we can enjoy this song and beat the level yeah that was uh weird i don't really know what the difference was that the super ball got through there to explode the bomb now we're looking at janky kamek made by kasem game all right we have to reach the goal after defeating at least one magic koopa we're supposed to go left and i guess the magikoopa goes [Music] what [Music] hold on i gotta see that again this time i'm gonna walk very slowly to see it's just like as soon as it's off screen it dies as soon as it's off screen magic koopa just is dead and we can smack that axe let's look at pow slope made by nexo 333 up next go through the pipe hold on i'm gonna i'm gonna remove my webcam for this one just in case something happens where you can't see it alright so whoa oh that was wild let me see that again whoa that was really cool it was like a slope using pow blocks how about another one by d2 called one-way clip we all know how much i love clips so i've got high hopes for this one right so we get a mushroom and a star i need to be [Music] i bet you because we're going to stand up oh my high hopes were valid that was so cool all right i want to see that one one more time i love this discovery because the cool thing about the star and i always thought this was so neat in super mario brothers 3 when you got the star mario became super acrobatic he can do flips so you start flipping right now we look like sonic the hedgehog rolling around and then when the star runs out we clip right on through oh i love that one so much let's look at another one by nexo this one's called crushing scream okay there's the hind pipe up there [Music] we're dead am i supposed to duck no you i'm dying i'm dying over and over i guess we shall use the hint pipe because i don't know how not to die let's say long jump late jump late jump [Music] oh that's wild oh that's wild and crazy so if you don't jump you instantly get crushed for example here's mario getting crushed because i didn't jump however as soon as mario is off screen or right before mario's off screen if you jump you end up surviving which is nuts i love that that's uh that's crazy there you have it my friends we took a look at a bunch of fantastic uno mas levels a lot of things i have never seen before and i love that about the unomaha series again just the biggest of shout outs and thank yous to all the level creators that are diligently hunting through this game finding these weird anomalies and mistakes nintendo left in the game i love them we all love them and hope that you guys will keep continuing to
