unboxing tonight we got some things set up here from amazing unit we bought this week we have crazy I'm so excited cuz tomorrow we're getting into one of the two units this was one person two units two different facilities kind of rare forget which time we bought it in but nonetheless they're going to be exciting we've already kind of dipped into one and we took a sneak peek in the other the one we're gonna start filming tomorrow 33 years 33 years this unit I've never moved the unit touch to unibody unit etc that's been sitting longer than 30 years I have broken a record I like that because it gives me momentum to know that there's other records I can break because there's I've been trying to break that one record of topping at $26,000 item and I haven't done that yet and so it's like I feel like held back now I know my broken record we've got a 33 year old unit me Locker nuts storage doctor and Manny's Channel come from day hab on though that's besitos I know I'm gonna get the name dad one day I'm gonna say it's like boom but nonetheless we were all at the auction not very many other people there we decided we either compete for which in my eyes I think I wouldn't want no offense Alex no offense jack no offense Manny but I'm quite certain that I would have went higher than anybody else on the unit and I would have got him but there's no sense of playing that way we end up getting a great deal on these two units belonging to one person and we teamed up and we bought them both oh yeah 33 years on a locker you're gonna see okay so here's that here basically it's just two trunks from one of the unit there was a ten by twenty it's one of the craziest this is gonna go down and easily it's already in the top twenty just from what I see in the front of the unit it's made the top 20 of my storage units I've ever bought you guys know I bought in some good units all right the ten by twenty itself I think is in my top twenty already of units I bought if we're gonna be overall sales value you're gonna see why right here it's a twenty foot unit rule of this type of stuff right here full of this type of stuff and more and it actually has potential of moving up the ladder and being in the top ten and even one of the best years I've ever bought period but Alex Jack a mani they've all said that they think it's the best unit that they've ever bought I get they've never ever been part of such a good unit oh but it'll be their record for sure and we bought the one for eighteen hundred which is phenomena because we didn't bid each other it would've cost probably I'm speculating if I would have had to bid against them and not teamed up and been a jerk so to speak it would have probably cost 10 grand eight thousand ten thousand dollars to be a jerk and happened to myself we bought everything for $2,200 both units 13 foot unit for a 10 by 10 sitting 33 years and we bought 10 by 20 that's been sitting roughly 13 years I think two thousand seven two thousand I got it I got it all wrote down we're gonna start releasing videos Wednesday Wednesday we're gonna be putting out videos on the units maybe Tuesday on the 33 year old unit Wednesday but we're gonna have a sneak peak here tonight with these two boxes it's good its treasures for sure i person as in the grand scheme of making money just curious how long do you usually take to ship the mystery boxes boring when I don't find nothing exciting so it takes a lot to impress me quite often in a storage unit for that reason this one is making me excited I haven't really been able to sleep and I'm can't wait to get tomorrow because tomorrow you guys aren't even getting a sneak peek of the 33 year old unit you're only getting a sneak peek of the 13 year old unit that he spent roughly 40 something almost fifty thousand and rent this time it paid off Lionel operating Missal car it says the Missal car was sold for 54 bucks in doesn't say that I can't see the date on this one 2012 Goodman so that those times they were just like hey we're gonna buy heck of trains okay we're gonna buy heck of department 56 save owner yes same owner 33 15 and third we bought both his units it's an actual good unit you know what we lucky if we see a good unit there for the next six eight months but nonetheless we got it teamed up and save money a random day in the right area flight we were up in Santa Rosa where all the good units are cuz I guess one place where there's a lot of good units in Santa Rosa is that you know what it cost like eight ten grand but we teamed up and got that uniform eighteen hundred bucks four-way split here's an example of something that's gonna be a lot of stuff in there I believe remember people who live trades generally let cars they generally do I'm not saying all selling for like $1,500 $2,000 lying now in the grand scheme of trains it's not the most exciting brand it's it's good it's good but you want to find like a knight you want to find a real train of value you want to find like 1940s oh yeah during World War Two and earlier Japan and China trains made of brass mainly Japan you find like nice and show or that might be a woodblock print name but you find the right Japanese trains and stuff you're talking two three four five thousand dollars versus this is probably one to two hundred dollars in a perfect world maybe less it's a lion lo2 seven to zero three seven they call it a four six to don't know what it means why they count on like that but there's four here in this axle there's six in the middle and two so you look up lion l4 six two two zero three seven number with the locomotive and tender the price is simple to come up with what you want I'm hoping we get the real deals the real real real real deals who now Mike seems to lay back to excite me a unit has to be like instant 50 grand like that that excites me if I'm gonna make like like five grand in a month that's not exciting to me that's a job that doesn't that doesn't really excite me I'm not ungrateful for it it's just not exciting so when I see a potential of making a ton of money really fast that gets me excited wish I could find the stuff you find has not been good flea market today buying two other guys storage units they didn't want to deal with the stuff okay sexy Sarah let me explain to you why we split this now we've showed up at the auction this is the sequence of events because it has to tie into exactly why I bought units today we show up the option it was me and Alex we me and Alex rolled together Jack showed up and told us we were in his backyard he said or something and I told him it was my front yard and we've gotten this hideous discussion not really a word friends so we don't really get that way but then manny showed up and then a couple other guys showed up they're good friends of ours so they're not really uh not like a bunch of animosity or nothing but other people have money there another guy was they would have money and we kind of gave him a little bit of money to not bid on the unit another guy bit us up but he didn't go very high now alex probably would have went four or five i don't know if he's on here jackpot would've easily went a few thousand on the unit Manny's a seems to be a baller he's throwing around all the money these days buy in six seven thousand dollar storage units so forth so it would have probably potentially could have got to five thousand at least to buy it by herself if we didn't want to be friends I personally think that I would have won they would have all of them would have stopped eventually and I would have probably got it I would have went like ten grand on the unit like I honestly would have spent ten grand on another day if that wasn't somewhere like Santa Rosa where all the best units are I would have probably got that for like ten grand as it was certain competition there but we paid $1,800 $1,800 a small portion of money to team up help each other be successful not invest as much into the gamble right eight thousand by itself ten thousand would have been a huge gamble for one person but the four of us bought it for $1,800 that we didn't bid each other up teamwork makes the dream work was the first thing very first thing Alex ever said to me when I met him he came into my storage unit I was filming tearing out of ways like turn teamwork makes the dream work stuck in my brain you know so we teamed up and then they said there was a second unit this guy was with public storage he had two and two units only and we teamed up and we went to the other place and so the one guy didn't bid herself we made a deal we let him get another unit nice unit I would have been four grand easily on this tool unit but I didn't bid because there was one more unit from 1987 belonging of the same owner and when you buy one person stuff you have to buy them all so we had already planned a team up on the 1987 unit guy didn't guy bought the tool unit for 700 bucks and his other friend got another unit for 700 bucks and I bought those units off with him today for 4,500 bucks myself because I would have went 4,000 on these units myself without you I would have just done it you're gonna see a video on that then we went to the next place they didn't come we didn't get bit up on the 1987 unit by them at all they would have probably went thousand 1500 2000 bucks something but we got a ten-by-ten full covered in dust railroad ties showing this $100 bill showing here there there and some trash to sitting since 33 years longest oldest unit I've ever got we sped it for 500 bucks so we have $2,300 $2,300 these days or some stupid you know like it's not even that much to invest for all of us to make money need all of us four of us four-way split less than family one the unit you had another unit yes and like I said Alex Jack and man II think it'll be their best unit they've ever been part of that they've ever seen I'm placing it in my top 20 I'm saying right now it's definitely know without looking any further than the one feet it is the best it is in the top 20 but it has a potential to grow to the top unit it has a potential to go from 20 to 1 in my world the way I see the next 20 feet or 18 it's got we've got 2 feet in and we're only halfway done so I'm gonna say 18 and 1/2 feet to go that doesn't look at it right yeah we got over 18 feet to go in this unit could potentially become the best one I've ever bought I don't know tomorrow we will pick up the 33 year old unit the next day we will do the other one we'll call it a wrap lots of responsibility for myself I am often slow on shipping on ebay when I sell something on eBay I put three business days shipping so let's say hypothetically you bought an item on Monday I mean on Friday that means if you bought an item on Friday Saturday and Sunday is not a shipping day that's not a business day so that means I have till Wednesday to ship and be on time that's kind of process that I work on same thing with the auctions when I sell stuff sometimes I don't get to the end of the week I might not get it out same with the mystery boxes I'm getting there trying to get everything in a fluid motion but I think everybody who has been buying mystery boxes I was kind of shocked I sold a fair amount of them if you don't know I have a website wwlp.com where I'm selling mystery boxes of just stuff that I found in storage units anywhere from $25 50 of upwards of a lot of money to buy one it's just random things that one would get here's an example here's an example of like what a $25 box looks like like I got up this one has couple costume jewelry it's got a Funko pop it's got like these weird vintage doorknob dings and book things from Disney and a CD and some costume jewelry that's like what a $25 box might look like it's just a varies I don't know what I'm gonna do I just look on fine stuff like if you look at that bookmark might be like four or five bucks same with the doorknob the Funko pop is 10 like I look at everything at a price I add it all up you get over $25 and stuff for two $25 one and upwards upwards of a thousand would be a really good box is going to have the best reward obviously huggably soft i'm not i had to dispose of the item you're gonna wait and see in the video that might that might happen June I have one day I might not have stuff I might just put the money back in as long as it's it's functional but it just varies you know like I've had sold a few for 250 I've sold tons of a hundred and $50 box there's a gang of $25 box a lot of people from buying them a few people exposed to puts them on their YouTube channels I think easiest way is just buy one and find out you need some more help with your eBay I had to I need help with a lot of things alex has a raffle he said on his channel if you guys missed that on Alice's last live he was doing some type of raffle thing jack has a live tomorrow where he's doing an auction he did he mentioned having a live on Wednesday of having us all armed but I don't know if we ever set that in stone yeah I might have like this little throwback thing from the days when we all got along and put a bunch of people on live together yeah Mary I'm working on it I'm working I'm doing like independent contracting you know because you're part of the you're part of the pirate independent contractor team so it just very it's so hard it's so hard to do so many things YouTube I'm not tired Irene I'm tired I'm not tired um now actually what I I got a toothache I got to go get this tooth pulled right here that's been wearing me how am I tired of not a lot going on maybe stressed out spread myself thin I try to dedicate I try to pull myself back from YouTube a little bit recently because upon expanding my family I try to give them a lot of time and not just be all about making money and YouTube video so I kind of have tried to pull myself back on times and not put as much into YouTube and get a little more into the storage business so I know that money comes in because it's a dangerous game and I spread myself thin across the board and so don't come have to YouTube's been suffering and not being as many videos lately but gotta make sure I'm not too tired to keep all this going I usually go to bed I've been going to bed earlier than I've ever gone to bed in my life I used to usually go to bed at like 2:00 in the morning now I got a better like 10 9 or 10 o'clock at night I'm all these problems probably getting too much sleep are probably getting too much sleep weird that's what you need to do family is important understand on eBay I have one person making ads for me if you notice the my I've actually have more ads up on eBay than ever he will finish the records in a couple days and I'm gonna launch 200 records to auction the whole nice Locker of good records gone I'm gonna I'm gonna auction all 200 at one time so you have a chance to win them at 69 cents starting bid there's records up there from 10 bucks to 800 bucks right now if you go on this there's records on there now that are all great grades VG + 2 e^x and ranging from 10 to 800 bucks uh what Oscar gah was not a mystery box Oscar is a good friend of mine and he sells electronics well so what I did was basically I sent him a bunch of stuff to sell and for a Platt for a commission so to speak just like for instance Mary Harris sells most of my costume jewelry art her eBay and we have a business agreement worked out that's basically how when with Oscar he knows stuff very well so yes Alex market in the morning I'm glad you got to spend time with the families okay less time as long as they have a pirate sometimes you have to do what you got to do paper weights to marry hair say well she said she want to dab on some other stuff so I sends a paper weights Oscar selling he's good if laptops phones things like that he does things that I will never do like turn him on thank you if I get a laptop I can't remember the last time I plugged a laptop in like woohoo look at this look at this potential thousand dollar laptop how much for it is it work I don't know give me a hundred and twenty bucks you know that's the business plan Oscar knows how to do some things and revamp in situations in hitting the power button and stuff so we got a thing worked out that's not what a mystery box generally is going to look like because he said a lot of people like I said here's an example of one I'm packing up right now this is a $25 mystery box that's just random stuff that I'm gonna put in it it equals probably like 30 or so maybe $35 in random things that's your entry level that's your entry level mystery box same here Mike phones laptops I just put them in a pile you look
