Umpire calls runner out who isn't out, a breakdown

The only thing I can think of is that the ump on third made the signal for in-field fly but didn't actually vocalize it. That's the only way it makes sense to me that this many people fucked the play up. Also would explain why Goldie would be calling for the tag at second since he could see the ump behind third with his arm up
