is a pewter artwork he definitely does a lot of landscape and stuff now if you take a look at the the walls with this type of texture this texture right here so hard to do you have to keep the walls really straight there's the pivot door who's the oh I'm sorry wrong person so as you can see we have a nice slider there's a four slider here you have four were here I believe these are actually 12 or 10 feet I'm not too sure love the pocket doors here that's the side that we were on now if you take a look at the flooring here it's all concrete [Music] take a look at the cabinets here nice spring-loaded cabinets should I get some doughnuts or something can give you a doughnut it's like not today all right let's take a look at the quality of this cabinets take a look at these hot sliders shucks look at this picture right here this thing is dope oh my gosh you know the artwork here goes were like 50 even $100,000 I've seen look at this artwork this is just trippy huh [Music] and did you notice all the lights as well for the artwork now this is a garage for statement dances this is a GT Porsche right here 911 all right gotta stay focus on the house here so take a look at this flooring now this flooring is not epoxy these are actually real gravel real rock it's laid out really well this is definitely an upgrade okay ceilings are very high on here I really do like this this is dope Jeep - right here awesome 911 Turbo S okay its AMG what's out in this door right here so this is where you oh okay this is nice so here is your storage which is really nice put your trash can you got your tankless or instant hot water here's actually your furnace okay cool firebox right there [Music] coming back to the the garage now look how seamless these are these are nice sliders look at it now take a look at this this ain't no two by fours oh yeah this is a 2 by 12 it looks like this is sick now believe it or not this thing's so really quickly less than 30 days I believe but remember you can build the exact same model there's that I think three more here's the half bath look the sink right here it's actually a good idea or if you wanted to put two faucets I love that floating cabinets really cool this just opens up well it's really nice so there's nothing on the backsplash here very clean and simple you have your five burner coming into your island your sink oh this is actually really nice stainless steel should look at this okay so this is just a trash you got regular court standard I really love this pocket door here was this champagne I'm gonna take this whole thing shut take it I'm taking it I'm gonna walk out like a gangster just kidding I don't need to drink I know thank you I appreciate it though oh thank you I appreciate that all right oh nice I appreciate that so with these uh pocket doors as you can see this is not a zero threshold however I would prefer a zero threshold this right here this is actually a pretty good idea where they actually stack the wood and it's more of an architectural design too as well look at the stonework on the wall this is pretty damn dope you got your fireplace gas fireplace give you a different perspective from this angle right here kind of really show you guys everything also you got surround sounds I love how the the lighting in here they're just not your regular can round Lighting's that you got those square lights I think those are pretty cool this right here just kind of shows you some of the artwork or actually the pictures of Peter lights so this is him right here I mean look look at this this is just crazy love the single floating staircase right there that's straight iron which is really really expensive I love how the elements of the outside is kind of part of the inside of the home and you see all the lights I picture this thing lights up like a ping pong at night so what would do is I guess we'll go down this way first so off to the right here so we got the first bedroom love how you have a 12-foot slider it looks like so the ceilings are actually ten foot ceilings here man the artwork is unbelievable okay so the closet closet on this one is just a standard okay you got some straight edge looks like you got a six inch of baseboards with your casing your trim is a three inch which is really nice so this looks like a Jack and Jill but what I'm gonna do is take you into the other bedroom first I mean it has a lot of light that just comes right through here so it looks like we have a slider and I believe that these are actually remote control okay bring down the shades now the Sun is actually gonna be beating on this side so just keep that in mind okay [Music] decent-sized closet got the standard shelving this looks like a queen-size bed again if you take a look at the lights this this home is more of an art gallery type of home I mean with all the pictures I mean look how beautiful that is I just sit the the floor in here is like that industrial flooring it's just not straight concrete it's got this little glass and pebble into the concrete which is really nice I love how you get that light on that glass there here should be your tub shower combo so we got solid doors so we got a fiberglass tub Delta fixtures which is really nice okay feel in it I'm gonna go back out to the second bedroom here so we're gonna go up to this floating staircase the stairs are actually concrete whoa this is dope which guys a better perspective here you know what I thought this was actually three homes they're building it looks like there's only two so they're building one year on the corner and this one right here this one looks like a casita these ones are actually still available if you guys are still interested in a home like this type of 7 feet this is a 6/8 door here's another Peter lik that is insane I'm more interested in the artwork I do love the house though these are the kind of things that get me going so here is another rooftop o do it is kind of a little bit windy today it is what it is let's get this up on here I think this one goes over here right guys put that up in a minute let me just show you guys this right here so these are all custom Lots custom homes pick this up put this on here I mean it's probably end up blowing again so oh well I better not get locked in here that'd be crazy funny get locked in I would have to jump down like who the hell's that crazy ass realtor okay look at this do local floating staircase coming on down here so here's the master have a nice barn door ashley glides pretty smooth [Music] okay Wow look at this zero threshold even into the drain you have to people take a shower yeah one time love the fact that you have a slider here you walk out there's actually a shower here that we were looking at earlier okay this is a fiberglass tub I'd prefer a cast iron I do love the fact that how they put the stones here how this transitions to right outside here that's really nice [Music] this kind of gives you more of a rustic feel I thought this is stone but this is not stone this is a cargo fit some sort of metal cast iron use your water closet just some extra storage here master really nice Wow look at that picture right there that's full of color I love how this master just really over looks the the pool in the entryway here [Music] coming into the master closet
