oh [Music] all right what's up everybody another day another property tour if you guys are just tuning in to this channel for the first time i'm shrugging crusoe with simply vegas your las vegas realtor today i'm here in the city of uh henderson and in a neighborhood a gargated neighborhood called quails ridge estates that's right just wanted to show you this three-car garage real quick and also the driveway here that you have a little rv parking but uh we're gonna start from here from the beginning like i said this is a gargati community just located on the east side of eastern eastern runs from south to north i'm going to say it's pretty much in the center of the valley so today we are going to be exploring this lovely home homes here are custom homes that were built in the early 90s so you can see a lot of greenery if you notice the light poles are very decorative even like the mailbox alone too as well you have individual mailbox each home has its own charm a lot of greenery in this neighborhood have you ever seen the show the wonder years that's right that's how it feels here now the home right here we did a full video tour and the crazy part about it is this home was foreclosed on i believe at that time and i think they were going through the rehab but this one is finally done i don't know exactly what the full backstory is but i know that this is a rehab home also i want to give a quick shout out to the broker uh enzo for allowing me to do this video tour much love so what we're going to do is uh we're going to take a look at this home in depth okay now we're supposed to come out here probably like a couple days ago maybe last week i'm thinking i don't remember but uh the home was not ready but now it's fully staged and we're gonna dive deep we're gonna take a look and see exactly what's going on it's a lot of work that has been done to this home this is a rehab home or refurbished whatever you want to call it now this home was built in it is 1986 thousand thirty six square feet is a single story six bedroom size bathrooms completely remodeled i love the stamped concrete here really nice you have this little courtyard with the low retaining wall decorative rocks okay so the exterior of this home has been uh painted as you can see you got the original doors here not bad on the color scheme on the exterior lights here they have used led lights all right let's go inside let's see what this is all about sun is beating on this side that door handle is kind of hot all right nice and cool in here so as we come in what i like about this is you open up this door all right i'm gonna go straight back here let me show you what this is all about okay you open this up take a look at this i'm going straight right into the backyard this whole home is designed around this unique pool imagine this back in the 80s right this is history right here look how gorgeous this thing looks exterior in the back has been painted too as well they got a little cute little chandelier there got your pillars again you got the stamped concrete led lights throughout the back here you also got your floodlights now the lot size here is twenty thousand nine hundred and nine square feet i love this cover lattice here so basically this is looks like the original they just painted it black which makes sense okay let's take a look at this yard over here so they had to come in and add some of this grass here sun is uh well home is facing south so your sun exposure is gonna be in the front looks like they did a brand new goodman air conditioning unit you got these uh pine cones these things are very expensive to get rid of get the view fencing right into your neighbor's yard now with these pine cones man these things live for like 200 something years or even longer but the roots man they go pretty deep as you can see the uh concrete border line has been shifted that's normal i'm going to step up here looks like the the deck up here has been repainted nice little girl this must be a brand new girl let's take a look at this countertops is brand new that's for sure this is gonna be a brand new girl oh my gosh look at that i love that i mean you got a couple little things here and there now i didn't tell you guys the price price is um one million five hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine dollars one point six million so on this side is just pretty much all open here looks like they uh i don't know if they redid these eaves here huh original pool pump that looks like a new heater this is also a new filter too as well also this is brand new okay all right let's go let's go inside i want to show you what this is all about they got a beautiful kitchen if you guys haven't had a chance blinds inside the center of the glass they are very pricey as we come in as you can see we have orange field texture on this crown molding here just right above you have these led lights gives you that ambience all right off to the right this is what we call the waiting room i don't know that's what i'm calling it so this is the front of the home now i love the lights here led lights here and these built-ins right here they look like the original well i mean we have a little bit touch-up paint that needs to be done there the fireplace that looks like a new casing for the fireplace love this color this brick i love how they kept this charm versus just painting it white and getting rid of it okay see what kind of floors these are these are actually wood floors folks these are engineered probably tongue and groove wood floors and it feels like there's a pad underneath you got about 10 foot ceilings on here looks like they did all led lights i think they uh they're not the traverse i think so here's your formal dining but let me get your bearings for a second here got a kitchen down here a room down there and also you got a couple rooms down here but you know what let's just start off on the west wing of the house this is going to be a long video also don't forget to comment like and subscribe let's head down here this is the what the laundry room bathroom wow look at this bathroom gorgeous they did the 12x24 is on the tile uh looks like they did the quartz countertops here love the the cabinets we got the carlos um fixtures a lot of these fixtures now you can get directly from amazon you got the original cast iron tub that has been sanded and resurfaced tile this all the way up to the top nice so you have a door here six panel door we have on this side some linen closet perfect so it looks like this bathroom is basically the public uh facilities right or bathroom and it shares for this room here i'm gonna say this room is probably more for a guest or just to entertain an extra room so you do have a french door that leads you out here to the front of the home i think if i purchased this home i would probably put some sort of a deck right here or something like that some chairs where you can open this up that'd be kind of cool or this would also just be great for your guests right to have them have a private entry this way so they don't have to come through your your main house again here's that bathroom but we're gonna head down this way here so that would be probably bedroom number one let's head on down this way so we have an office a very large office with the built-ins i don't know if you guys can see that or not a little bit dark in there so i do apologize this would be your office your library uh very large again just go ahead and click on the description below get you that link get you all the information that you need see what i like about this house is that this is the main feature of the home it's like you've got one two three four five six seven doors you can literally just leave this all open and just walk from one side of a house to another side of a house here's the primary this primary is large enough that has its own retreat the primary says is 14 by 15 but it's a lot larger than that so looks like they did some drywall work here you can see the different textures between the orange feel so a closet here okay there goes your six foot french doors again these are brand new doors you can tell i didn't make these doors in the early 80s here but again you have the blinds in the center which is i do love that now coming into the bathroom this is a gorgeous bath i'm going to walk you straight back here now take a look at this you have a standing free tub i love how they did this 24 by 48 tile here along the wall here gives you that spa like wow look at that beautiful chandelier and check this out you have a door that takes you out into your private all right jacuzzi i guess where all the magic happens folks and you have the skylights from above here now this was probably built after the fact i'm not too sure because this looks like the exterior of the home then it looks like whoever lived here at one point because i'm not too sure how many owners i'd have to pull it up right added this on but it's a little bit humid in here or you can smell that chlorine from the uh the spa let's take a look at this tub in detail here let me know in the comments below with this fixture here would you put it on this side or this side or do you leave it like that to showcase it right i mean look at the gooseneck on that thing that's crazy you have a three-quarter inch on this glass door which is really nice that's all i'm saying it's nice it's not it's nice okay standard closet under mounted sink led lights and here is our water closet or what you call professionally laboratory all right we're gonna head back down this way here when look at this you got just windows looking straight out get the formal dining set on this way let's take a look from this angle here believe it or not if you stayed your home it makes the house look a lot bigger all the rooms that love that tray ceiling gorgeous huh again you got that uh six foot french door now let's come into the main part of the house here let me take a look at this beautiful right here's your main living let's shut this door again give you guys a different perspective here come down this this side of the house what do we have here down this hallway off to the left it takes us right back out to the house we were just on the west side of the way now we are on the east side of the wing very presidential all right so we got one two three rooms on this side well closets need to be adjusted that's for sure brand new carpets so you got your three-quarter shower oh yeah definitely make the adjustments on this for water flow i love that herringbone as big as this uh shower is i'd probably make this soapbox a lot bigger for contrast again this is just my opinion um this doesn't have a glass shower i mean the glass door just through the fact that eats up into your costume rehab i mean the company that rehabbed this property they know what they're doing i love this blue cabinet series it's like a navy blue love that soft closing cabinet i love this so this window has some condensation that means that there's probably a gap in between so there's two ways to uh fix that okay you take out this whole window as far as the framing and reframe it the problem that you got to do the reframing the stucco the uh interior of the tile or what they'll do is put another window right in front of it so that's another option and i love how this tile look at the design of this tile here it's like a fish scale that really matches that window there did a really good job on that you can tell that this investment company has a design team or somebody has an eye for this kind of stuff two-tone paint closet i'm not even going to go in there 10-foot ceilings orange-filled texture um looks like we have some drywall cutouts here another bedroom okay if you guys want more information about this property go ahead and very nice love the fact that they came in and added some led lights on here they knew that we needed to add a lot of lights in here look how gorgeous that is got some new cabinets counter tops this almost looks like a marble countertop let me feel it oh yeah this marble baby i love the handles on here look at this oh yeah just gonna admire this for a second love the kitchen number one selling feature to a home is a kitchen followed up by the bathrooms however i don't want you to get uh i don't want you to forget curb appeals like the main thing as far as instantly as soon as somebody walks in the home they know if they like it just by the curb appeal you got lg appliances we've got a 36 inch cook countertops and take a look at this old school farmer sink cast iron completely brand new mowing fixtures okay love this window right here i feel very homey i mean there's a little bit attention to detail here and there but you'll never get a perfect home besides my home i'm just kidding let's take a look oh we have over here so we got the pantry i think let's take a look at this refrigerator now one thing i personally would have done would have probably add led lights above there that would have been cool but then you would have to run electrical here's your water closet or your laboratory here's your three-car garage [Music] so in here looks like they just uh just paint [Music] nice truck that these guys have beautiful overall i'm going to say aesthetics wise a couple things here and there you buy a brand new home you're gonna have that problem anyway uh for 1.6 i think they'll probably end up getting it to be honest with you i don't know why i'm saying that to be honest with you i'm just telling you there's you guys know how i am i'll just tell you how it is sometimes it could be a little bit too blunt guys let me know in the comments below if you would pay 1.6 million for this home this is a gargated neighborhood uh they do have tennis courts um a pool too as well every home here is very very unique on its own every home has its own charm right these are basically designer homes let me know in the comments below what your thoughts are about this
