Ultimate Mage Guide | Hypixel Skyblock

the Mage class is very confusing when it comes down to all the armor and weapons it requires but in this video I'll be going in depth on all the useful talisman's gear and equipment for the Mage class but you might be asking yourself what is a Mage and to answer that question it is one of five classes you can play well on Dungeons and dungeons are a series of randomly generated rooms with Mobs Secrets traps blessings puzzles and much more but in the end you have a goal of defeating a certain boss to earn all kinds of different Wards and here's a list I made that shows the recommended cattle level for each floor of dungeons you need these requirements before entering these floors to be efficient and if not you likely won't succeed I also recommend you invest some money in your equipment pieces because this equipment will determine how much damage you do and if you stay alive but some of the best equipment pieces for the necklace are the Riff necklace or the molten necklace these two are both good because they both give intelligence and strength which can also be good for LCM for the cloak I suggest you either get an ancient cloak or a gas cloak these are both very good for mage because allows them to gain health passively and if you play Mage you know how squishy magees can be so this is very useful but for the belt I highly recommend an implosion belt with glistening on it this is if not the most important Mage equipment piece not only because of the 25% more explosion damage but because it also gives tons of defense and lastly the bracelet I suggest you get the gun a contagion because of the ability which allows you to gain 10% of your health back when killing an enemy now moving on to the Talisman you should have at least 1,000 magical power going to this but I recommend you have the catacombs xer rings they can gain catacombs XP 10% faster and I also recommend the Wither Relic you won't die to any Withers and dungeons especially the four Withers done the phases of floor 7 I also highly suggest the Ender Relic you won't get one tap by fs and Dungeons and it's also really good for void glooms you also want a master School of any Rarity in the case you're doing Master mode but preferably you'd want a tier 7even lastly you'd want the bad person artifact because it gives a slight buff in the case you don't have a Hyperion and are using a spirit scepter but for the reforge inter tments our high suggest the end monacle because not only gives intelligence it also gives you some ability damage which will be helpful in dungeons but if you're looking for something slightly better I recommend the centring painting it is very expensive but if you're looking to maximize your damage in dungeons you should definitely get this now moving on to the gear onne for 41 41 is actually very easy as a mage for your armor recommending a three Force wise dragon with dark goggles as a helmet or an alternative is the wise Dragon helmet for the weapon you can get the dreadlord sword but it does require catoms level three to use the alternative is the bondle staff that only requires a floor one completion but the bondle staff has overall better Mage weapon this is because of it ability to shoot balloons that deal damage on impact but on the downside it is more expensive also make sure you leave your necrotic on your wise dragon armor and hero on your bonzel staff but for the pet buy yourself a sheet pet of any Rarity with the textbook as a pet item because this pet boosts mana and gives a 20% ability damage buff you can also use this pet throughout all of dungeons now moving on to the next floor floor two for mage isn't hard at all if you're the right gear and know where secrets are but if you do struggle with secrets I'll leave you get up to the dungeon rooms mod in the description of this video this mod basically allows you to know where all the the secrets are at all times and no it is not banable for your weapon I recommend you replace your bondle staff for the Frozen Scythe the Frozen Scythe however has an ability to shoot the single ice bow that damage your enemies this weapon is also good for range damage I also recommend instead of just pressing right click you also press left click by doing this it shoots out a beam that deals damage to your enemies similar to the fren Scythe works but for the gear you can still use wise dragon armor but I highly recommend you replace your draw goggles with a bonso mask because the bonso mass gives you an extra life in the case you die and also gives you strength that Stacks based on your catacombs level but if you struggle with with health and defense I recommend use your blue up pit because it has an ability that gives you 20% more Health but now moving on to floor three for the gear on floor three I recommend you get five star adaptive armor because it is way better than wi dragon armor and it has an ability to buff all your stats by 2% every five catacombs levels the Frozen sight is still the best weapon for this floor but very soon weapons of gear will get way more expensive than when your current setup costs the gear you need for this floor is quite similar to the previous one we just want to make sure you have hot potato books and everything and also the correct enchants I'm talking about enchants like rejuvenate growth and protection but those those are the main ones you're going to want on your armor for the weapon you'd also want enchants like ultimate wise Smite and sharpness ultimate wise also saves you a lot of mana on ability costs so this enchant is crucial to have for mage also make sure that you have your gear and weapons five star for the extra stat bonuses it gives I also recommend you switch your dark goggles for shadow goggles because it gives 10% more ability damage and if you're tired of enemies knocking you back put a dwarf turtle shman on your pet because a showman has an ability that allows you to take no knockback but now moving on to floor four floor four is harder for early game age because of how little HP and defense they have as well as a sheer amount of mobs in the 4 four boss fight but for the weapon AR when you place your Frozen sight with the spirit scepter the spirit scepter is way better than the Frozen Scythe this is because of the radius of the ability and it also does more damage also make sure when you get this item you five star and you should also buy the bat person artifact as I mentioned earlier it has an ability that gives you strength and defense for every bat you have spawned but make sure you have ultimate wise and Hot Potato books in your spirit scepter because this helps do more damage and reduce Mana costs by this stage you should have five star adaptive or wise dragon armor with a spirit scepter and a blue whale pet with the right Talisman and Equipment pieces I also recommend you invest in money and Mage accessories these include the aspect of the void a fire wand or any of the two voodoo dolls but the reason the aspect of the Void is on this list is because it allows you to get Secrets much quicker a cheaper alternative for the aspect of the Void is the aspect of the end which is still good for getting Secrets but doesn't teleport nearly as far and also requires more Mana but now moving on to floor five this is where the items get more expensive we can also make a decent profit off the loot chest if you're lucky but for your gear I would recommend you to use wise dragon armor but just make sure you Max it and do the same for your spirit scepter also make sure you put a DF toal sh on your blue pet because of the shm's ability and if you can afford it recom your equipment because it gives a slight boost and mana and ability damage but another way to get lots of Mana is to Max your Alchemy level you can G around 100 mana and lots of XP from this I also recommend you buy a weapon that allows you to heal for this you can buy the W of atonement or a cheaper alternative is one of the three zombie swords both of these loged to hit instantly and helps you survive while fighting moms in dungeons but if you want to be more efficient in dungeons get a ston this pickaxe allows you to get more secrets and decrease the overall time it takes you to get them because it allows you to chieve Secrets by breaking blocks now moving on to floor six floor six is hard because of the influx of mobs and how mes are expected to do large amounts of damage during the boss fight and the boss fight could be challenging to some because of how much damage the mobs do but if you follow this guide closely you should be able to do floor six Without Dying For Your Weapon you can still use either a spirit scepter or more expensive option the might staff but I wouldn't really recommend it because the spirit scepter is cheaper and the Min staff is only slightly better than the spirit scepter and for your gear I suggest you use five Necromancer Lord boots leggings and a chest plate with Shadow goggles your helmet and please just make sure they appropriate enchanting your gear that I mentioned before the blue up pet is still necessary for this floor but if you feel as if you don't have enough speed the switch to the black cat is totally necessary because the black cat gives lost of speed but the only downside is that it doesn't give any Mana or ability damage so just be aware of that but when you enter the boss fight just start spamming right click you should be able to just stand still and take the damage you should also be able to D damage the mobs enough to kill them and if you don't mind getting smacked around by mobs put a textbook on your pet and if you don't want to take knockback put a dwarf Turtle Shellman on your pet now moving on to the final floor of dungeons you will want to replace your necromass lower armor with storms armor and wither goggles as your helmet but if you're still struggling with speed I suggest instead of Storm's boots you can Max those boots for the extra speed it gives but for the reforge put a Croc on your boots leggings and helmet and put the loving reforge on your chest plate for the extra health and defense it gives the switch from a spirit sepor to a Yeti sword or Yeti sword to Hyperion is totally necessary but the Hyperion is the best major weapon inside and outside of dungeons but it is very expensive and it can cost you up to 3 billion coins for a Max one but for your pet the ones I mentioned before are all very good but if you're looking to really maximize your LCM damage you should look at at pets like the Ender Dragon and the Golden Dragon you don't really need these pets to do floor 7 but if you're looking to maximize your Mage experience I would recommend this but with the spirit syap might be a burden to your team because you might not be able to clear efficiently or you might die this is why most people shy away from playing Mage think it's too hard or it's too expensive and most of the time it's true but it's also one of the funnest classes to play in my opinion other classes rely on Mage for DPS clearing and so many other things this is why some people might say Mage can be quite aach to play but play Dungeons however you like these are just my recommendations but in conclusion I hope you have a fun Sky Block
