Ultimate Leveling Guide: Best Zones, Tips & Strategies

if you're somebody who wants to enjoy the world this guide will cover all of the best zones for questing including tips level recommendations and routing strategies that you can use to mold your own Journey around and maximize your own experience now before we get started there are five things to knowe one there's a ton of fun content out there in season of Discovery including the new runes to discover and the new PVE content called nightmare incursions which can be found in ashenvale dwood Hinterlands and ferales these events Grant experience and reputation and will give you a few unique items to help you while you're leveling such as the anguish of dreams and the nightmare siphon so be sure to enjoy these in your journey two there's usually a bunch of luls and gaps for leveling while questing on your way to 50s so doing dungeons like Alman zarak and even maradon can help you along the way at a minimum you should aim to do each of these dungeons at least once because there are a ton of quests that you can complete for a lot of experience and they're fresh fun content to do three some zones recommended will definitely be overpopulated with players so don't be afraid to reroute yourself because a lot of these zones actually have large level ranges four green Quest will grant the same amount of Base experience as if it were yellow or orange as long as you're within five levels of it so don't be afraid to do them and finally this guide isn't meant to be the fastest way to 50 but just merely serve as a guidance and an overview for the zones and the content areas that I it'll help others find this video too so let's get started strangle Thorn Veil is probably one of the best questing zones for phase 3 but it's also an extremely great zone for questing in your early 40s it's extremely dense in terms of mobs and has a ton of kill quests most of the starter quest for this Zone will actually chain into new higher level Quest once completed which is why it's such an amazing starting point and is incred ible for efficiency before starting this Zone make sure you pick up all of the quests between Grom go and booty Bay because a lot of the quests will definitely overlap in areas and you'll be able to complete a lot of them at the same time also note that quests like up to Snuff which is part of the pirate chain down south and bloody bone necklaces which is part of the troll chain up north do not need to be completed in the first outing because the chains for pirates and trolls will bring you back to the same area is to kill the same mobs if you're struggling leveling in this Zone because of PVP or the zone is overly saturated you could always try dust swallow Marsh for easier questing but I recommend just going into Scarlet Monastery Cathedral until you are level 41 or 42 to get ahead of the Zerg around level 41 or 42 we're going to head to the Badlands this zone is good all the way up to level 45 and the starting quests are fairly easy to do and give a good amount of experience but the main reason to come here is because it's the home of oldan and there's a bunch of oldan dungeon quests to pick up while we're here so be sure to do it those quests include the solutions of Doom which can be found in the south of the Badlands located at 5176 Power Stones which is in the center of the Badlands located at 4252 Platinum disc which you actually get within the dungeon itself at the very end for completing it and there's between three and five different Alliance and horde quests depending on your faction that I Linked In the description below if you're curious on picking them up now if you're a horde I'd stay here until about level 42 to 43 before heading over to the swamp of Sorrow this will be the next best place to level hostile mobs are spread out but the mob density is fairly high so the odds of aggroing something is very likely be wary of the higher level mobs found around the pools of tear with a new raid sunking Temple aka the the Temple of atal hakar is located there's also a big Elite Dragon patrolling around the Eastern pool so be very careful if you're herbalism and you're looking for blind weed this is one of the only regions where you can gather it and it can be a very profitable item going into phase three next up is going to be dust wallow Marsh it's a decent zone for early leveling between levels 35 and 45 but the sweet spot for this zone is going to be around 42 as a note there is a quest called T era of the deep which actually is one of the dungeon Quests for zul farak that you can grab in the southern end of this Zone while you're here this Zone has a decent mix of lower and higher level quests scattered throughout the Northern end of the Zone but most of the quests are chains so it's not the most efficient for leveling I typically only do this Zone if there's a dry spell of Quest from other zones or if I'm struggling being ganked in a PVP Hots spot like STV around 44 to 45 you should be entering tenis which is one of my favorite zones for questing in the mid 40s and actually contains the entrance to one of the best dungeons that you're going to be able to experience during this level range called zarak that said a ton of zarak quests can be picked up in gadget sand so be sure to grab them these quests include troll temper from Trenton lighthammer located at 5128 Scarab shells from trre located at 5126 the venatic rod from chief engineer buge Wizzle located at 5228 and there are a few other quests that you can grab from other zones such as the Tiara of the deep from dust wall March around 4657 godilla from the Thousand needles located at 7778 but just note garilla can't be completed without the Mallet that you're going to have to do a Hinterlands quest line for so I wouldn't worry about this one just yet and finally the prophecy of mosaru which you get from the East e area of tanys called steam Weedle Port there's also one other Quest that you can get depending on whether your Alliance or Horde if you're interested you can look in the description below for them now around level 45 to 46 ferales is going to be the next best place before you go here make sure you grab that Quest scree your spirits from Steam little Port anderas that we talked about just earlier this zone is going to be a bit tricky to navigate because the elevation changes frequently and there's a ton of small bodies of water and steep hills it also is going to be the home of the higher level nightmare incursions that we can participate in so make sure you have a lot of fun with them while you're here mob density is high and Hostile Mobs can be found just about anywhere but the one thing to definitely avoid is the level 60 dungeon area called dire mall to the north there's a ton of Elites around there and will definitely give you a hard time if you're anywhere in the area by 46 to 47 it's time to head to the Hinterlands this is a great Zone with a lot of kill Quest and great mob density it's also the home of one of the infamous jintha allore Elite quest lines which you'll definitely need a group for hord has way more Quest here than Alliance but it's viable on both sides and I highly recommend it it's a really fun experience and is almost like doing an outdoor dungeon so grab a full group including a tank and a Healer because you're going to be fighting a ton of higher level Elites you'll need at minimum 45 minutes to do this run so be prepared this run will give you almost a full level just from the grind and if not more when you go back to turn in all the quest and it can also give you access to a mallet that gives you the ability to summon a secret boss within a dungeon called godilla there's also a quest called the ancient egg which used to be one of the prequests for sunken Temple that is achievable within the same run but I'm not sure how relevant that Quest is going to be anymore since the dungeon is now a raid and finally if you made it this far you w't absolute demon because by level 48 to 49 you can wrap up your leveling experience in Searing Gorge these quests can be a bit tricky so I recommend doing them with one or two other people to keep it safe the mob density and questing density is pretty high and sometimes the respawn timers can definitely catch you off guard especially when you're deep within the caves or mountains so be careful also around this level I suggest doing some marodon runs there's a bunch of really good Maron Quest and it's a fun dungeon with a lot of really great gear and has two different sides that you can complete independently both orange and purple you can pick up a few of those quests in desist one of them is called the pari's instructions located at centur Pari at 5086 and the other one is Twisted evil starting at Willow located at 6239 there's also two different quests that you get within the dungeon one is called Legends of maradon that actually Changs into three more quests in a single run so it's great experience and the seed of life which you'll get from the final boss after killing princess theodes there's also three different Quests for both Alliance and horde that can be grabbed but they start at different spots one is called Shadow Shard fragments one is called Von corruption and the other one is called Corruption of the earth and Seed now if you plan to prepare for this ahead of time STV is a great Zone to prequest and make sure you're going to each of the eight zones to get the flight paths before starting your journey and don't be pressured to rush through content just to get to max level classic is all about the leveling experience and there's a ton to explore and discover along the way and finally do not
