look at this wow this is unbelievable you truly get the sense of grandeur and when you look back at a property like this you know you've made it in life right brent you truly have so first of all just notice how large this patio is and the canary palms that tower over you multiple exits multiple walking trails around the property wrought iron gates at various places railings the palapas we've just got to get down there let's go you know i'm hearing the water and whenever i hear water it kind of just pulls me towards it [Music] so ty there are many features out here i'm excited to share with you but let's start with the spa comfortably seats 10 people my client believes it's approximately 7 000 gallons i don't want to say exactly 7000 because if i'm wrong they'd get me in hot water but mentioned look at all these chairs the palapas the waterfalls the beach wow the beach the beach sand there we go beautiful san diego oh my god is one of three different palapas with the lighting and at night this is absolutely stunning oh my gosh as with the fire fire pits and fireplaces and entertaining patios we're in french door where you could just choose a different one each night of the week oh it's wednesday i'll go to palapa number one i'll just sit here in this chair and just relax with the water features and say i've made it again forty thousand dollars invested just in exterior lighting a lot of it is down here if you think this looks wonderful right now you really need to come back in fact you're invited there we go we need to sit here flip on all the lights change the color change the mood change the ambiance and just unwind at lakeview road [Music] another table six more chairs palapa number two remarkable you could sit here i mean you could have corporate parties here i feel like i'm at like a theme park or something this home has everything it truly does and the nice thing about it too is it feels you know even though there is the lush landscaping you're going to do a lot of living here and not a whole lot of maintaining everything is perfect there's a ton of hard scape but there's still a ton of greenery and pebble rock and pebble rock and detail yeah yeah it's incredible so i think it's time to look at some additional grounds because we haven't even scratched the surface there's more to come another seating area palapa number three with another entertaining area this is where i can picture the taco bar you may not notice it granite countertops just like inside 12 foot fireplace i said at this fireplace a couple nights ago stars it was a really clear night and you had the crackling fire and that that scent of burning wood is just fabulous and then an area that i don't spend a whole lot of time because i'm five foot three but a professional grade basketball court wow or badminton interest is on both sides beautiful sport court thank you for not asking me to throw a ball i was gonna bring one i was gonna oh well hey brent private spot yes i had no idea this was here yeah another gate up there this is just down off the upper driveway to the other two-car garage and you have just all of the pebble rock and all and this is all lit up at night but take a look at this view oh my gosh wow i loved the pool area but and i never thought i would say that i could love anything more than the pool but this there's a lot to love in the reserve yeah wow and then for anyone with a green thumb you also have the ability to have your own garden wake up in the morning pick your fresh fruits and vegetables head back inside 30 fruit trees at the property oh wow so yeah you already have that going too okay so here's your waterfall this is where you throw the switch watch this ty [Music] can it get much better than this no i don't think that i don't think it can either look at the water on its way down the mountain oh man wow this is unbelievable don't miss it [Music] we've done a lot of homes in the show and never has your top three things you have five hours there we go i would say that this is a property where you can absolutely have it all and if you love the outdoors you have everything you want every possible patio to entertain i think there's just something really soothing about the ambiance of nearly 70 000 gallons of water and views out of every single window as we kind of wrap up here at the home the a little bit about this neighborhood and what a luxury it would be to live here certainly look at this we're we're flying over 1.3 acres wow with a nearly 70 000 gallon pool yeah a beautiful nearly 7 000 gallon spa yeah a waterfall complete oasis of water slide you know as we fly over this estate though it's it's truly remarkable i mean it's the architect mr nakamura designed this very very thoughtfully and every single room of this property you have gorgeous sunset views i chatted with my client the sun sets convey they're going to walk oh there we go yeah there we go lake pow way just 1.2 miles away is a fabulous place if you enjoy fishing it's trout season right now look at that we're right over there it's unbelievable they keep dropping you know 1500 pounds of trout into the uh wow into the lake you can you can you get catfish and bluegill and sunfish and it just it it's incredible the value here is incredible as well not just the home but if you want to go spend the day on lake poway and rent a motorboat it's 30 dollars for the entire day whereas lake hodges which is also a wonderful lake i grew up there fishing with my dad but it's 45 for two hours and 15 for each additional so for 30 to spend a day on lake poway you know have a motorboat is incredible and just like that now we're over lake hodges another great amenity here in escondido which borders of course poway um there's so much around here and we'll talk about we got to go back to maderas after this but what do you love about lake hodges so it's a beautiful place i grew up there as a as a young child fish they're probably a little bit too talkative i scared the fish away i think my dad finally gave up on me yeah but madeira's golf club i mean we ought to we ought to definitely go get the cobb salad there at the grill oh wow darris is fantastic but beautiful 18-hole course wonderful wonderful place just two miles northeast of us wow if you want a home that has all of this grandeur and no meloroos and no hoa this is the place to be yeah and you'd never need to leave there have been parties here reportedly with 1 000 people the the property's been featured on mtv crips okay and it's definitely i mean you can understand yeah absolutely and i have heard on good and good good information that maroon 5 has played at this property very nice that's why i wanted to dance when i was at
